involved in a game that so many love. It is
not Brainwave, it is not Less man Standing. It is
not Patrick Mahomes Trivia. It is in the neighborhood and

Byer on Fox. Let's continue this Day After Christmas Show
Kyle Whittingham, the new man, the new Michigan man, getting
a five year deal in ann Arbor, Aaron the big
news of the day.

Speaker 1 (01:14):
Big news of the day. A theme that I think
you and I have discussed we were in the previous
window as well, is you know, listen, you don't want
to make light of why Sharon More was fired. You
know there's real lives that were impacted, not even his,
but you know, others, his wife, et cetera. But I
think it all kind of worked out well for Michigan
because bottom line is, I don't think he was going

(01:38):
to be the coach there past next season. I don't
think he was the right fit whatever. And I just
bring it up because you have a guy in Kyle
Whittingham that has been incredibly successful that I think it's
pretty clear now was essentially forced out at his last
stop for reasons that I don't fully understand. And to
a point that you brought up several hours ago, Kyle
Whittingham is going to be motivated to of Utah wrong.

(02:00):
So whatever the reason, I think Michigan got a very
good head coach, and I think it's a program that
was actually already in very good shape, and they just
upgraded the coaching position.

Speaker 3 (02:11):
The big news on this day after Christmas where some
people have to go back to work, right, I mean
we're in for communo on rich John and Brisbane, Australia says,
don't you guys have Boxing Day? I know what they
do in England, he says, we get a public holiday
the day after Christmas every year, so it's a four
day weekend for a majority of the workers. It would

(02:33):
be a five day weekend right if you're starting on
Christmas Eve as well, from Wednesday all the way through Sunday.
So different different spaces for different places. But that's what
they're doing down under.

Speaker 1 (02:44):
Let me ask you this real quick. I feel like
it's a good topic for comunio and rich would you
rather have all day Christmas Eve but have to work
the day after Christmas? Or would you? Because like Christmas
Eve in my wife's house is the holiday, like we celebrate,
we open presents at midnight, all that good stuff, and

(03:07):
so like December twenty fourth is a chaotic day in
my household. And I think if you asked anyone in
her family, they'd be like, I need December twenty fourth off.
So I don't know. I don't know. I'm just thinking
out loud here, you know. I think a lot of
people would gladly take today, especially because it's a Friday.
But December twenty fourth should be a day that we
get off to us.

Speaker 3 (03:25):
I think December twenty fourth, right when noon kicks in,
it starts to beat Christmas Eve. Yeah, that morning, Like
if you wanted to do half day and be done
with it and then you could get the following day
after Christmas. I think most people would take that. I'd
probably I'd love Christmas Eve as well. Gives me something
to look forward to. I was here till four on
Christmas Eve and then we did our festivities at home,

(03:47):
which was perfect for me. So I think I would
rather have had the day after Christmas off.

Speaker 1 (03:51):
Okay, fair enough, And I think it's a good point.
I that is the employee hack is you don't take
off Christmas Day because your employer is gonna give you
half day on Christmas. Take off Christmas Eve. Excuse me,
because your employer is inevitably gonna give you a half
day anyway. Well, I'll tell you right now.

Speaker 3 (04:05):
What we're gonna do is you're gonna team up with
Isaac Lohenkrown, Aaron Me, you're a teammate, Isaac Lohngkrown. Congratulations
by the way, Jason Stewart and Iowa Sam, you guys
are going to be a team as well.

Speaker 4 (04:14):
Oh oh yes, let's do this.

Speaker 3 (04:16):
It's a game we like to call in the neighborhood.
I give you guys set of questions, and you guys
have to just kind of get in the range. I
would say something within a year, guess how old I am?
And if you said forty two, bless your heart, but
you'd be wrong. If I said you needed to get

(04:37):
it within one year, you would have been wrong. You
would have needed to be forty seven, forty eight my
actual name, their age, or forty nine. That's how you win.
If you get the question right, you get a point.
I've got twelve questions, all right, We're going to exhaust
the questions. If you guys are tied after the questions,
there will be a tie breaker, but you will as

(04:58):
a team decide what your answer or is going to be.
In the neighborhood. These are all fairly related to ongoing
things in sports. Some may have a wider range, some
a more narrower scope. But are you ready to play
in the neighborhood. I'm ready, already. Let's do this, the
team of Isaac and Aaron Torres. I'm thinking of a

(05:22):
number odd even to go first. What do you got
odd or even?

Speaker 1 (05:28):
Number?

Speaker 5 (05:30):
Boy, the silence when you ask that simple question does
not bode well for our chances. Aaron, I'll defer to you.

Speaker 1 (05:36):
We'll go on.

Speaker 3 (05:37):
Okay, it was that was going to be my answer.

Speaker 1 (05:39):
It was seven?

Speaker 3 (05:39):
Do you want to go first or seconds in this game?
How do we have proof of that?

Speaker 4 (05:42):
Yeah?

Speaker 3 (05:43):
Because I'm not going to cheat.

Speaker 1 (05:44):
You could have just given them those. He's a man
of honor. I could have seven was actually the answer.
That's true. Do we want to defer to the second half, Isaac,
or we're taking the ball?

Speaker 5 (05:53):
You know what, let's defer to the second half? Always
a good thing in the NFL.

Speaker 4 (05:56):
First up, since they since they chose that, could could
they their team name be the odd Couple?

Speaker 1 (06:04):
Oh?

Speaker 4 (06:05):
Are they a couple?

Speaker 1 (06:06):
Very see the odd in both of you.

Speaker 4 (06:09):
Coming up after this show on most of our stations.

Speaker 3 (06:12):
That's absolutely correct. I love it, just as confusing as
the coin toss in overtime nowadays. All right, pick a
number one through twelve. Sam and Jason, you're up.

Speaker 1 (06:24):
What do you like? Just pick a number?

Speaker 6 (06:25):
Yeah, pick a number. Sam, You want me to nine
oh nine? JJ McCarthy, all right, within ten pounds. What's
the weight of spur Center Victor Webbin Yama?

Speaker 4 (06:36):
Oh? Within ten pounds, within ten pounds. He's seven seven
six seven seven very skinny svelt Is.

Speaker 5 (06:47):
This before after his Christmas day at dinner?

Speaker 4 (06:52):
What would you say too? I'll go to thirty two.
You can, you can make a slight adjustment on that.
One to thirty two.

Speaker 6 (06:59):
What do you think when woman Yama had for a
Christmas dinner like a cornish n or something. I don't know,
it's worth looking into. Uh, two thirty two?

Speaker 1 (07:07):
You like?

Speaker 6 (07:08):
I like? He's he's houtol seven to four seven six
two thirty two, within ten pounds, within pounds, Yeah, let's
do that. Let's do that.

Speaker 3 (07:17):
Two thirty two. You are correct two hundred and thirty
five pounds. Your range was two hundred and twenty five
to two hundred and forty five, So iowa, Sam and
Jason Stewart have one.

Speaker 4 (07:29):
Point lucky guess.

Speaker 1 (07:30):
All right?

Speaker 3 (07:31):
We go over to Isaac and Aaron Torres. Pick a
number guys one through twelve, but don't pick number nine
four within twenty dollars far and not including tax. What's
the retail cost of the Kobe five pro trow pe
shoes worn by Caitlin Clark last season? Okay, a retail

(07:53):
price without tax?

Speaker 5 (07:54):
Totally deferring to Aaron on this.

Speaker 1 (07:56):
Within twenty dollars. These are game worn Caitlin Clark shoes.

Speaker 3 (07:59):
These are these are the shoes that you could buy
at a foot locker, but these were the shoes that
she wore. How much are they retail wise if you
were to buy the shoes that Caitlyn Clark wore. This
The reason I'm saying this is because Kitlyn Clark's gonna
have her own signature shoe coming up in twenty twenty six.
In fact, there were Nike commercials airing over the Christmas holiday,
But she wore a Kobe five shoe last year. How

(08:23):
much would that shoe be worth it?

Speaker 5 (08:24):
Aaron, I'm totally going to defer to your expertise on
this because I think it was more dollars. Bailey Wick,
I'm gonna say two twenty five, but I'll defer to Okay,
I so I would go more your direction than mine.

Speaker 4 (08:37):
D Aaron work a foot locker?

Speaker 1 (08:39):
Absolutely not, Okay, I did work at McDonald's.

Speaker 3 (08:41):
I did work at Champs.

Speaker 5 (08:43):
I didn't know this.

Speaker 3 (08:44):
Yes, that was a long long time ago. What's your
final answer?

Speaker 5 (08:49):
You want to kind of meet in the middle.

Speaker 1 (08:51):
And I was going to steal just Jay Stuw's two
thirty two because that covers two twenty five to fifty ish,
So how.

Speaker 3 (09:00):
Else could we be dan within twenty dollars?

Speaker 5 (09:02):
Okay? I was gonna go maybe two seventy five because
that's seventy five. Okay, we'll do to seventy.

Speaker 3 (09:08):
Five, all right. The answer is one hundred and ninety dollars.
So yeah, so a no go there for.

Speaker 1 (09:14):
The people, I actually can't shoe because Caitlin Clark is
very good at branding to the common folk. I was like,
I bet it's probably cheaper than I think.

Speaker 3 (09:23):
We gotta want for the people. We gotta one nothing
game and allows me to tell you the road to
Milan runs through Saint Louis see Ilia Mallinan Alyssa, Lewin,
Amber Glenn compete at the twenty twenty six privagen Us
Figure Skating Championships January seventh through the eleventh be there
as the twenty twenty sixth US figure skating team is
name Live tickets at US figure Skating dot Org. Back
to the game, Jason and Sam, you guys are up

(09:44):
question one through twelve?

Speaker 4 (09:45):
Does the one ninety? Does that go to the Kobe estate?

Speaker 3 (09:49):
I'm not sure how it all breaks down.

Speaker 4 (09:50):
Kobe inc interesting.

Speaker 3 (09:52):
I wanted to figure out what her shoe is going
to cost when it's actually released, but we don't have
an We don't have a release to day.

Speaker 1 (09:59):
What did I just answer a question too?

Speaker 3 (10:01):
What is the show shoe that she wore last year?

Speaker 1 (10:03):
Yes? Which is not a Caitlin Clark signature.

Speaker 3 (10:07):
Correct, it's a Kobe shoe.

Speaker 1 (10:09):
Yes, not enough of a shoe aficionado to fully understand.

Speaker 3 (10:12):
It's all right, moving on. You guys got a number
one through twelve.

Speaker 1 (10:16):
All right, So nine and four off the board. Jason,
let's go Carter.

Speaker 3 (10:21):
Is that number eight?

Speaker 4 (10:23):
Yes? Nice? Nice?

Speaker 3 (10:24):
Within one number of non Power five schools ranked in
this week's AP men's Top twenty five college basketball poll.

Speaker 4 (10:32):
Ooh, good one, see Carter, that would have been fair.
That's bull crop within one, Sam.

Speaker 6 (10:42):
Okay, non power five teams in the men's ap basketball
Top twenty five.

Speaker 3 (10:47):
Yes, so we're talking about Big ten, SEC, Big East,
ACC and Big twelve.

Speaker 1 (10:55):
But how many? But not Big East? But not did
say Big East?

Speaker 3 (10:58):
Power five? Yes, you're talking?

Speaker 1 (11:00):
Oh sorry, can you?

Speaker 4 (11:01):
I'm confused?

Speaker 1 (11:02):
Say this again.

Speaker 4 (11:03):
I'm gonna I'm gonna put it in nineteen and a half.
Choose a number after before or after nineteen and nine?
This is all the power for the top twenty five. Yes,
how many?

Speaker 3 (11:12):
Non power five? So non power ten? Yes, not in
the SEC, not from the Big twelve, not from the ACC,
not from the Big East.

Speaker 4 (11:21):
The next question is how within one? How many times
do I need to explain to Sam question?

Speaker 6 (11:27):
I got it because he was talking about like group,
well everybody, but the power five in the top twenty five.

Speaker 1 (11:35):
I'm gonna say within one.

Speaker 7 (11:37):
I know.

Speaker 1 (11:39):
There.

Speaker 3 (11:39):
I couldn't say ten because there's only twenty five teams.

Speaker 6 (11:42):
Yes, yes, Jason, uh, let's see nineteen and a half
is min nuversal?

Speaker 1 (11:49):
No? No, no, no, no, no, no, no, that's that's how many. That's
how many you're saying six?

Speaker 5 (11:55):
You guys take any alonger. A new poll is gonna
come out superseding this one.

Speaker 6 (11:59):
I'm gonna say, I'm gonna say three or no, I'm
gonna say, let's let's let's do four. I know Gonzaga
is in there, and I'm just whiffing on other teams. Wait, no, three,
let's do three? All right, let's do all right? The
answer is one Gonzaga. It was just it was Gonzaga.
Oh you had two you guess, yes too, yeah, yes,
Gonzaga the only school right now?

Speaker 1 (12:20):
Wow?

Speaker 3 (12:20):
Not from the Power five.

Speaker 1 (12:22):
Did they get that rhetoric?

Speaker 3 (12:23):
They did not, They did not. They were off zero
or two.

Speaker 6 (12:27):
No, Saint Mary's in there. No, you know, no, well,
no Memphis in there.

Speaker 5 (12:32):
Rough week for the Gaels.

Speaker 3 (12:34):
I mean, if I didn't include the Big East, you
would add Yukon right.

Speaker 1 (12:36):
Well that's why, Yeah, because I thought you didn't include
the Big East.

Speaker 3 (12:39):
Yes, all right, chance for Isaac and Aaron Torres to
even this game up. Pick a number, pick one through twelve,
not four to eight or nine.

Speaker 1 (12:47):
I'll go Joe Tory in honor of Jay Stu, just
giving out random people with the number.

Speaker 3 (12:51):
Okay, six, number six, all right, I thought so. I
just wanted to make sure within one the number of
one thousand yard seasons in Travis Kelcey his twelve year career.

Speaker 1 (13:03):
I'm FC West. I'm deferring to you.

Speaker 5 (13:05):
Yeah, I'm gonna say in his twelve year career, I'm
going to say.

Speaker 3 (13:11):
Eight.

Speaker 5 (13:12):
Yeah, let's go eight.

Speaker 3 (13:13):
You're good with eight. It's within one, it's seven, so
you got that. Correct work, Good work, guys. Seven in
the twelve years hasn't had one lately? I would have
said like four.

Speaker 6 (13:25):
Yeah, I would have said much lower than that. Good
good call, mister, a FC West.

Speaker 5 (13:29):
That's why I differ some good years with Alex Smith,
even before more homes.

Speaker 4 (13:32):
Yeah, very good.

Speaker 3 (13:33):
All right, back over to Jason and Stan.

Speaker 4 (13:36):
I just have one one request. Yes, you've got to
show me Love. Go ahead, I got it.

Speaker 1 (13:43):
He's making a joke about the song playing right now.
Oh what this is?

Speaker 4 (13:48):
Is it Robin r who sings it? You got Robin show?

Speaker 1 (13:55):
Is that the name? I think that's a different Robin.

Speaker 4 (13:57):
You got to show me Love?

Speaker 5 (13:59):
I thought you were picking number ten as an homage
to Jordan Love of the Green Bay Packers.

Speaker 6 (14:05):
Do you want to go No, let's do something. Let's
do something lower on this. Let's do like a let's
do how about five? George Brett five within twenty five.
The total passing yards by Max Brozmer in his three
appearances this year for the Minnesota.

Speaker 1 (14:23):
Vikings within twenty five.

Speaker 3 (14:24):
This is not net, so this does not take away
from the sacks. As yesterday they had a net of
three yards passing.

Speaker 4 (14:33):
Oh that was after the sacks, before the sack.

Speaker 3 (14:36):
That was after the sex. So this is just his
stat line. So the three yards count towards this number, Well,
it wouldn't be three. So I know in the first
game he had a pretty rough go. I think he
threw like four picks in three yards. Okay, twenty five
yards passing. I'll say one total, one nine nine total.

(14:58):
I would say that he had one hundred and some
the first game. So you think in the last the
last two games he's only had like less than one
hundred combined. If he had three yesterday, well no, no,
we're counting. Yeah, we are not counting. Were counting as
a team they had three net yards passing. But that
what that means is you lose your team passing stats

(15:18):
by how many times? That's what you guys got to
figure out.

Speaker 1 (15:24):
Let's hey, Jason, how about this, how about this? How
about this?

Speaker 6 (15:28):
Within twenty five. I would say two hundred and forty
let's do that two forty oh, so close to seventy one.
Two forty six to two.

Speaker 3 (15:39):
Ninety six would have been the answer. Sam was really
on the on the right track. He had fifty one
yards passing yesterday as a team it was three yards
because he was sex seven times for a loss of
forty eight yards. But you were very close, just not
close enough, I undersold him. Yes, yeah, dang, well.

Speaker 1 (15:56):
You were close.

Speaker 3 (15:57):
And you said he had one hundred and twenty yards,
and then if he had fifty yesterday and fifty you
know about you were close on that, all right? Aaron
and Isaac chanced to take the lead, and then we're
going to take a time out here in the neighborhood
one two or three, seven or ten, eleven and twelve.

Speaker 1 (16:13):
I mean, Joe Torrey didn't let us down. So let's
go with the captain, Derek Jeter, number two.

Speaker 6 (16:17):
Number two with this within within two Wait wait, I'm sorry,
hold on, hold on, can we do a scoreboard check here?
I thought it was now three to one? Is it
two to one?

Speaker 1 (16:27):
Now?

Speaker 3 (16:27):
You each have gotten one correct?

Speaker 1 (16:29):
I thought they.

Speaker 6 (16:30):
I thought they got two correct. So far I'm not
trying to lose us the game, but I'm just trying
to be fair here.

Speaker 3 (16:36):
They've got the Travis Kelcey career one, and then they
got the Caitlin Clark went wrong.

Speaker 1 (16:41):
Okay, okay, yes, oh, and then we got were we
are one and two correct?

Speaker 3 (16:45):
So I got one point. It's one to one, right,
all right, let's do it, all right, Isaac and Aaron.
Number two within two the number of fifty point games
for Nicola jokicch in his career in his career, Yes,
fifty points or more?

Speaker 5 (17:01):
Why come on, theres they got to be within twenty five.

Speaker 3 (17:03):
And with us alight, listen, there's some game within the game.

Speaker 1 (17:08):
Okay, what is the game within the game?

Speaker 4 (17:11):
Exactly?

Speaker 5 (17:12):
Yeah, as we miss this is a stall tactic, by
the way, for.

Speaker 3 (17:15):
Us, there's a game within the game. I'll let you
guys try to figure it out. But there's some tells there.

Speaker 1 (17:21):
The game is clearly team with Iowa Sam because he
gets the easy questions.

Speaker 5 (17:25):
Exactly, all right, Just off hand, fifty point games within two.
Since it's within two, it doesn't seem to be an
astronomical number. For some reason, I'm just going to guess eighteen.
What do you think erin.

Speaker 3 (17:40):
So fifty point games in his career?

Speaker 5 (17:42):
But if it's within two, maybe it's even lower than eighteen.

Speaker 1 (17:47):
I mean, I know that this is an NBA offensive
explosion league, but eighteen does seem a little bit high. Yeah,
maybe like fourteen, that's fine with me. Like triple doubles,
it will be much much higher variance. So oh yeah,
let's go with Aaron's fourteen.

Speaker 3 (18:02):
Fourteen. That's incorrect. Guys. Five, he got a fifth one
last night. Wow, yes, he's had sixty one. He had
fifty six last night. Three other times scored more than fifty,
by the way, in his career for Iowa.

Speaker 5 (18:13):
Sam and Jason their next question. We'll have a variance
of ten thousand either way, So you do.

Speaker 3 (18:17):
Hey, there are some that may warrant it. Right now,
we've got a defensive struggle on our hands. Aaron and
Isaac with one, Jason and Sam with one. What a
game of in the neighborhood? Hey, ever, wanted to try

Whose turn is it?

Speaker 1 (19:55):
Is it?

Speaker 3 (19:55):
It's your guys turn? Yes, yes, start of the second half?
All right, number there is one, three and seven or ten,
eleven and twelve.

Speaker 1 (20:06):
Go for it.

Speaker 4 (20:08):
Let's see here. I'm gonna go with a little twelve.

Speaker 1 (20:12):
Action number twelve.

Speaker 3 (20:14):
All right. These are questions. They don't have to get
the exact answer. If you get the exact answer, you're
in the house. Otherwise, just get the just get in
the neighborhood, Aaron Rodgers. Within two? How many sauces and
spices does Buffalo Wild Wings say is on their main menu?
So if you were to go to Buffalo Wild Wing's menu,

(20:35):
and I'm not saying count the spices, they have a
specific number that they say is in their menu of
sauces and spices. This does not include limited time sauces
or special sauces. How many sauces and spices combined? Within
two does Buffalo Wild Wings say is on their menu?

Speaker 4 (20:55):
I'm just gonna say, I'm gonna put it out there, Sam,
go over or under nineteen and a half?

Speaker 1 (21:03):
WHOA, I was thinking a little less than that.

Speaker 6 (21:05):
I was thinking like twenty six at first, and I'm like, no,
that's just too much space on the menu. And then
I was thinking like twelve. So you're kind of in
the middle there. What did you say originally nineteen and
a half, nineteen and a half? Man within two in two nineteen.

Speaker 4 (21:20):
Let's just settle on, uhle we do eighteen eighteen, eighteen eighteen, Okay,
let's do eighteen.

Speaker 3 (21:25):
It's funny you say eighteen because it's incorrect. The exact
answer is twenty six twenty six. Sam was right on
that head. I'm the number. Go with your gut, man.

Speaker 6 (21:37):
I think was it in a commercial where they're like
twenty six signature sauces.

Speaker 4 (21:41):
Good sauce.

Speaker 1 (21:42):
I can't believe that.

Speaker 3 (21:43):
Go with your gut, Oh my guts advantage Lo and
Kron four as the number is one, three, seven, ten,
and eleven.

Speaker 1 (21:55):
Three, Luke Garrick three Paper, Luke.

Speaker 3 (21:59):
Within Abe Ruth Bowl games or postseason games for Indiana
football in their school's history.

Speaker 6 (22:07):
Oh Man within eight Great question, Bowl games or postseason.

Speaker 5 (22:15):
Oh man, Okay, because I know they haven't played in
the Rose Bull since sixty eight, but the pool On
Weed Eater Bowl, the Blue Bonnet Bowl, that's a good one.

Speaker 1 (22:27):
So I feel pretty confident saying if we say ten,
we will be within eight one way or the other.

Speaker 5 (22:32):
I thought i'd go a little higher, just because they
probably they they've been around for like one hundred years,
but there were they were they were the losingest. Yeah,
I would probably say fifteen. So do you want to
split the difference and say twelve? I think twelve is

(22:54):
pretty safe yet, Okay, man, honest Dan.

Speaker 1 (22:57):
You guys are definitely in the neighborhood. Fourteen.

Speaker 3 (23:00):
Wow, any number between six and twenty two? What's going
on in the even stevens? Did you also say fourteen?

Speaker 1 (23:06):
Did someone?

Speaker 3 (23:07):
No?

Speaker 4 (23:07):
I was just doing the mouth. That's a wide range
for a number that was only there.

Speaker 3 (23:11):
No, it's a big window there. Bulls started nineteen oh two.
But to your point, they weren't going to bowl games.

Speaker 5 (23:18):
Why don't you go order pick up from from b
dubs over there? From that last question?

Speaker 1 (23:22):
Just because you guys are getting the exact answer and
then choosing another number that's not our fault over.

Speaker 5 (23:28):
Aaron and I are more in tune with our inner
sports psyches.

Speaker 4 (23:31):
Apparently this is typical odd couple gamesmanship.

Speaker 6 (23:37):
All right, even Stevens one, seven, ten or eleven. Why
don't you say we try to even this up. Huh,
let's go with Cam Newton. Are we down two now?
Two to one, two to one, let's even this up.
Let's do Cam Newton all right?

Speaker 3 (23:52):
Number one, number one within four the number of playoff
appearances by the Detroit Lions in the Super Bowl era.

Speaker 1 (24:01):
Within four.

Speaker 4 (24:04):
This seems easy, seems real easy.

Speaker 3 (24:08):
So just so people don't think I'm I'm cheating here. Yeah,
the super Bowl eras the Super Bowl era, we know
about what that is. These guys had a one hundred
and twenty years and they had eight games to figure
it out. Span you guys get about half.

Speaker 6 (24:26):
Of that four about sixty going back about sixty years. Yes,
we're in super Bowl six, super Bowl sixty another in
super Bowl era, it's round eight. So whatever you think
of the four within four. So they've made just making
the playoffs.

Speaker 1 (24:43):
So under Dan Campbell they've made two or three.

Speaker 4 (24:46):
No, and then they but they went like twenty five
years without making.

Speaker 6 (24:50):
What so they made I want to say, they made
it like two or three times under with like Barry Sanders.

Speaker 3 (24:57):
I like eight.

Speaker 6 (24:57):
Let's no, wait then, what like a random year in
like the seventies, Maybe they make.

Speaker 4 (25:02):
It you want to do?

Speaker 1 (25:03):
You want to do eight?

Speaker 4 (25:06):
Maybe a little higher if you want, go ahead.

Speaker 3 (25:07):
I don't know, let's do let's do eight. I like eight,
You like eight should have gone a little higher. It's
fourteen times.

Speaker 4 (25:15):
So that's what I remember.

Speaker 3 (25:19):
Remember Matthew Stafford playing a wild card game against the
Cowboys Barry Sanders and runs yep.

Speaker 2 (25:28):
Aaron, I'm detecting some there with the evenhile the Irons
sat us none in the seventies, right, I remember, like,
you know, Matthew Stafford going like nine and seven with
Jim Caldwell, And I'm like, was that even a playoff year?

Speaker 1 (25:39):
It was a winning record.

Speaker 3 (25:40):
But my goodness, all right, the odd couple here with
the ability to take a sizeable lead with just three
questions remaining, seven ten or eleven? What's up for you
in the neighborhood?

Speaker 1 (25:54):
Seven ten or I mean, I might as well just
keep picking Yankees? Do you mind if I go Mickey Mantle?
Isaac since we're a team.

Speaker 3 (25:59):
I can't do the most seven Mickey mental all right,
within four the coaches that are ahead of Sean Payton
on the all times wins list? Within four?

Speaker 5 (26:09):
Oh so where does Peyton rank on the all time wins.

Speaker 1 (26:11):
List in this ranked? Yeah?

Speaker 3 (26:14):
Yeah, okay, but I want to know how many coaches
are ahead of him?

Speaker 5 (26:18):
Okay, so at least we got we know we got Shula, Hallis, Belichick, Belichick,
Andy Reid. That's four. I'm just curious how many more
are there.

Speaker 1 (26:30):
I'll do some mental mats. So he's been around since
basically O six ish, yeah five, So.

Speaker 5 (26:35):
Let's say ten wins a year for the last twenty years.
That's around two hundred. Gosh, you know, I want to
say that Red and Shula were in the are in
like the low three hundreds.

Speaker 1 (26:49):
Within four four, within four where he ranks on the
all time wins.

Speaker 5 (26:52):
List, I would say, I would say he's within he's
within the top ten. I would say ten would be
I guess a safe bet because that would take us
from six to fourteen. So I would go with ten.

Speaker 1 (27:06):
I actually happen to agree with that one hundred percent. Okay,
you guys, good with ten?

Speaker 3 (27:10):
Ryot another point for you guys, he's twelve coaches are
ahead of him, He's thirteenth, right now, Don Chula, George Allis,
Bill Belichick, and to read Tom Landry, Curly Lambeau, Paul Brown,
Marty Shot, Niemer, Chuck No, Mike, Tomlin, Dan Reeves, and
Chuck Knox right wins like John Peyton.

Speaker 1 (27:28):
Like Batman and Batman over here. There's no Robin on
this team. There's no Robin on this How many questions
do we have? We I don't think we can win? Yeah,
you guys, there's two more.

Speaker 4 (27:37):
Okay, because you said before the game, this is like
the double Jeopardy round ride. Our questions are worth making
a three points each.

Speaker 3 (27:45):
Do you guys want to finish out the exercise ten
and eleven question?

Speaker 6 (27:48):
Let's let's try to just even though it's it's like
a lame duck coaching tenyure, like, let's just try to
go out with win the final game in the regular season.

Speaker 5 (27:54):
Let's do it, alright, that's not the Raiders Giants game.

Speaker 1 (27:57):
Okay, where the even stevens? So why don't we ten?
All right?

Speaker 3 (28:01):
Within three inches the height of Victor Webbin Yama in
total inches.

Speaker 4 (28:05):
Wow, we're talking inches now, that's how that's how much
this has gone.

Speaker 5 (28:09):
And they literally answered this question themselves earlier in this game,
not that I'm better inches.

Speaker 1 (28:14):
We did talk victory total inches and he has grown?

Speaker 5 (28:21):
Is he wearing shoes?

Speaker 1 (28:22):
See?

Speaker 3 (28:23):
Not all of these are just like some of these
are just you think about you can sort it out.
You can figure it out.

Speaker 6 (28:28):
Within how many inches? Three six, seven, six is a
good seven, seven to six? But I need to know
the number of inches you're giving me? Oh, can I
use my calculator inches?

Speaker 5 (28:41):
They don't have the metric system, and ioway don't worry
about it.

Speaker 6 (28:43):
Seventy six, No, uh, twelve times seventy seventy six?

Speaker 5 (28:51):
Who knew this would be so twenty seven?

Speaker 1 (28:53):
We're gonna find out who knows elementary school? Right now?
It's addition in subtraction and long in multiplication.

Speaker 6 (28:59):
Well, seven times twelve is eighty four good plus six
is ninety ninety. We said seven to six, so ninety inches.

Speaker 3 (29:07):
Let's do all right? You are correct, he's actually listed
seven to four. According to the NBA's official stat eighty
eight inches was the number eight. We were in the neighborhood,
you were in the neighborhood. Congratulations on that one. The
final question we will take. Yeah, you guys, we've been
twenty five games missed by Anthony Davis, now in his

(29:28):
fourteenth season. By the way, this includes injury and rest.
So essentially we just took how many games have been
played in the season's Anthony Davis has played?

Speaker 1 (29:38):
How many has he missed?

Speaker 5 (29:40):
Boy? What an indictment.

Speaker 1 (29:41):
By the way, you twenty five.

Speaker 5 (29:42):
That question was about Michael Jordan. The variance would be
like five. But with Anthony Davis's twenty.

Speaker 3 (29:48):
Five quarter of a season, almost a third of a season,
I'm just.

Speaker 5 (29:51):
Off hand gonna say one fifty. What do you think, Aaron,
Maybe that's a little high on my account.

Speaker 1 (29:58):
I think it's way low. Okay, ten ten plus seasons,
that's fifteen games a year. Yeah, so I would say
I'll say to seventy five is my final answer.

Speaker 5 (30:09):
Okay, do you want to split the difference and make
it say two hundred?

Speaker 1 (30:14):
We're Batman and Batman. I mean I'm not gonna.

Speaker 5 (30:16):
Okay, yeah, we'll split the difference.

Speaker 4 (30:18):
Go two hundred, not two hundred.

Speaker 3 (30:20):
You should have gone with Batman to my left right
on the head. Two hundred and seventy five.

Speaker 1 (30:25):
Wow, I street close Davis. Do I know street closed
Davis shrubbing in our face now in his fourteenth season.

Speaker 3 (30:36):
So you would have thirteen seasons, not all of eighty
two games because you had the COVID year and then
the shortened season. But ultimately Davis would have missed for
one reason or another two hundred and seventy five games four.

Speaker 5 (30:47):
What in his three full season's worth of games? Wow?

Speaker 1 (30:51):
I would add there was a couple of seasons where
he played in like the seventy five ish game range. Yeah,
so it shows you there's been some really dark not
very many season games play.

Speaker 4 (31:01):
So the odd couple one.

Speaker 3 (31:02):
Three to two is the final. So glad that I'm
a little scarred.

Speaker 4 (31:06):
To be honest, Dan, you have no idea how many
times my life I've been told I'm within three inches.

Speaker 3 (31:14):
For over forty years, tierrak has been helping customers find
the right tires for how, what and where they drive,
ship fasted free, backed by free road hazard protection, with
convenient installation options like mobile tire installation tierraq dot com.
The way tire buying should be. The tiebreaker was gonna
be the average price of a regular gallon of gas

(31:35):
in Vermont.

Speaker 7 (31:36):
Fox Sports Radio had the best sports talk lineup in
the nation. Catch all of our shows at Fox Sports
Radio dot com and within the iHeartRadio app CA.

Speaker 3 (31:46):
You know one Rich here on Fox Sports Radio. He's
Eron Torres. I'm Dan Beyer in for the guys. Thanks
to Isaac Low and Grond, Jason Stewart and Iowa Sam
as well. You guys been mulling over the gallon of
gas question that I left you. That would have been
the tiebreaker of in the neighborhood.

Speaker 1 (32:01):
I've been thinking about it.

Speaker 4 (32:03):
Bernie Sanders, I would guess pays two dollars and sixty
five cents.

Speaker 1 (32:07):
That was our guest, two sixty five sixty five.

Speaker 3 (32:10):
You've got roots up in the northeast. Yeah, any guess
on the According to a Google search December of twenty
twenty five, the average gallon of regular gas in Vermont
would be how much per gallon, rounding up to the
nearest whole scent.

Speaker 1 (32:28):
My my gas consumption is so skewed by living in California.
It's like asking what the average house price is. So anyway,
I'll say two forty five because I think I heard
Sam say.

Speaker 3 (32:38):
So Okay, yeah, he said two sixty, it's three or six?

Speaker 6 (32:41):
Whoaoh six, he's ninety nine.

Speaker 3 (32:46):
He would have been much closer. Yeah, you would have
been really in the neighborhood. You would have been a
block away from that gas station. That's how close you were.

Speaker 6 (32:52):
Can we all agree on the fact that we definitely
know that a gallon of Vermont maple syrup is more
than two ninety nine, know that it's gonna be like
four hundred dollars in the gallon.

Speaker 3 (33:03):
It's gold. It's gold. Speaking of gold, the road to
Milan runs through Saint Louis see. Elia Mallin and Alyssa
lew and Amber Glenn competed at the twenty twenty six
Privage in US Figure Skating Championships January seventh through the eleventh.
Be there as the twenty twenty sixth US Olympic Figure
Skating team is named Live tickets at US figure Skating
dot Org. I don't think bittersweets is the phrase. I

(33:26):
just think I don't want to say bitter either. But
Travis Kelce sure seemed like he played his last game
at Arrowhead Stadium last night as a member of the
Kansas City Chiefs. They lose to the Broncos a whole
scene afterwards. Even the Kansas City chief security guy, who
I've just found out in the last twenty four hours,

(33:47):
does this a lot kind of a bully with his job.
You know, we all know Dom Desandro of Philadelphia, of course,
who's really warmed up I think to his role of
being Big Dom and has done a great job with it.
This other guy from the Chiefs is just yelling at
cameraman and being a jerk. But in a moment last
night of seeing Travis Kelcey leave the field, I think

(34:08):
a lot of us felt going into that game it
was gonna be the last time we would see him
play at Arrowhead Stadium, And afterwards I just get the
sense that, yeah, it was the last time.

Speaker 1 (34:18):
As somebody who has felt like for a while, the
Chiefs need a hard reset. I actually, as sad as
the sounds, I think the Mahomes injury actually makes it
even easier, which I think is a pretty obvious stance.
You know, is what are you coming back for to?
I mean, we've seen the last couple of games without Mahomes.

(34:39):
There's no real incentive to win. I know. Mahomes says
he's gonna be back week one. He's clearly not gonna
be back week one. And if he's back week eight
and you're two and five, do you you know, there's
just not a lot of reason for him. It's gonna
be bad next year if he comes back. I actually
give him credit because it's clearly for a love of
the game thing. It feels like the logical time to see.

Speaker 3 (35:00):
I don't think there's going to be any regret on
his part. I know he wanted to change the narrative
from what happened in the super Bowl, but also if
you're there, and I thought, I think a lot of
people thought it was going to be really difficult for
the Chiefs this year because the loser of the Super Bowl.
I believe the hangover is a real thing. So it
was going to be difficult just as it is, let

(35:22):
alone having now all the injuries and then the ultimate
injury to Patrick Mahomes. But I don't blame him. I
think he should have played this year. I think it
was the right opportunity to do so, and in a
weird way, Aaron the Mahomes injury. Now, unfortunately for Chiefs fans,
it wasn't in a playoff atmosphere and you had a
third string quarterback. But it also allowed Travis Kelce to

(35:43):
have his nights, his moment, Yeah, yeah, his moment where
he could be sent off on Christmas. There's no need
for him to play against the Raiders in Week eighteen.
Loan reason to go to to Las Vegas. That would
be the way to go out. And I think if
we find out that he's not going to play in
that game, then we will know that, yeah, this is it.

Speaker 1 (36:03):
Yeah, it's a lot different than an AFC divisional game
where you can't just be pulled.

Speaker 3 (36:08):
So yeah, yeah, absolutely so. But a story we definitely
will be covering in the NFL offseason. He is erin Torres.
