Speaker 1 (00:00):
You're listening to Bill Handle on demand from KFI AM
six forty kf I AM sixty. Bill Handle here on
a Wednesday morning, November twentieth, some day with the crowd
before we get into the Sanctuary City business Sala City
Council yesterday voted to do exactly what it does. Anyway,

(00:23):
It's like us waking up in the morning and voting
to do this show. But aren't we supposed to anyway? Yes,
it's much the same. We're doing something. I think we're
trying it on Friday, right and the ask handle anything,
And what we've done is, here's what we've done. It's
something I wanted to try for several years, and that
is it's much like handle on the law, where you

(00:44):
ask questions and I have no idea what you're asking.
This is ask handle anything. I will answer any question
other than you know, if FCC regulations don't allow me
to or you know it's going to put me in prison.
I'm not going to admit it crime unless it's pass
the Statute of Limitations, and there's plenty of those, and

(01:04):
anything get me fired short of that, anything, boys and girls.
So here's what we're doing. You go to the iHeart app.
You can download it for free. Of course. You go
to the KFI page during the show, and at the
top of the right hand corner on the KFI page
is a microphone and you hit that microphone and record
your question. You have fifteen seconds and that's it. And

(01:25):
then Ann and Neil choose which phone call, and then
it's played on the air and I answer the question
and I do not hear this. It is completely totally spontaneous.
So let's try it and see we have some fun. Now,
let me tell you what happened yesterday. LA City Council
voted unanimously unanimously to call Los Angeles to declare it

(01:46):
a sanctuary city forbid city employees and resources from being
involved in immigration enforcement federal immigration enforcement. And by the way,
it was a tentative vote because this second vote is
required for some technical reasons. Now, the law does not
stop the FEDS from carrying out mass deportations in LA.

(02:10):
It doesn't do much of anything that it isn't already
in place. But what it does is send a signal,
mainly to the Hispanic residents of the city. It sends
a signal that LA is prepared to and is going
to war with the Trump administration over immigration policy. At

(02:31):
the same time, the LA school Board said it was
a sanctuary school system for immigrants and the LGBTQ community.
One of the council members who represents the central San
Furano Valley said, this is Bob Blumenfield. That what the
city is actually doing is it doesn't have much legal

(02:53):
validity because everything's basically in place. But it says the
city is hardening our defenses in the face of truck election.
We know there is a target on our back from
this president elect. Linfield said. Now, Trump has promised to
deport every illegal immigrant in the country, which, of course okay,

(03:15):
really by the way, and during his last presidency he
deported about one point five million illegal immigrants. You know,
Biden's about to do the same. By the time the numbers,
Biden's going to match Trump at about one point five million. Now,
last time around, Trump, while he was president, tried to
withhold money from LA after its long standing policy of

(03:39):
not allowing police officers to take part in immigration enforcement.
Do you know, and here is a little factoid for
you that the policy that the police in Los Angeles
cannot ask or ascertain the immigrant status of anybody, cannot
say are you illegal, cannot intimidate ask if someone is

(04:04):
illegal or not. You know when that policy kicked in
nineteen seventy nine. That's how long the LAPD can't ask
people for their immigration status. All right, I want to
take a break and I want to come back and
I'll finish this up, because there's a lot to this
and while it doesn't have much legal validity, well it does,

(04:25):
but it doesn't change what's going on. This new sanctuary vote,
a sanctuary city vote that took place last night or yesterday.
There is a lot of political value to this vote,
and basically it is a war and city council is right,
Bloomingfield is right. We have to kick up our defenses,

(04:46):
according to the city Council against Trump and Trump's policy.
Why because number one, this is California, and number two,
this is the City of Los Angeles. Yesterday, the City
of Los Angeles vote. City Council voted unanimously to declare
La sanctuary city, which means that city employees and city

(05:08):
property may not be used to investigate, site, arrest, whole, transfer,
or detain any purpose for the purpose or any person
for the purpose of immigration enforcement. There is an exception
the city will cooperate if law enforcements investigating serious offenses,
criminal offenses. So how does that law change previous law

(05:31):
and policy. Zero, It doesn't change anything. The city was
already there. Now. What it does is codify some stuff
which has already been going on. And so this gets
interesting because the FEDS are going to come out. You
can't stop the FEDS from coming out and picking people

(05:52):
that are to be deported. I mean, that's impossible. However,
the city can say we're not going to give you
any information. We're not going to turn anybody over who,
for example, is being released on bail. Ain't going to
happen unless there are serious allegations of criminality there than
they will. So it's basically declaring war. That's the bottom line.

(06:18):
And so we don't know, and here is still questions
remaining about this. We know how the LAPD is going
to deal with immigration authorities, so simply not going to
cooperate based on immigration status. But how about water and power?
The Port of La La World International Airport that runs

(06:38):
the airport, don't know yet about eight hundred thousand of
La Counties ten million or so residents don't have legal status.
According to USC Equity Research Institute, whatever, that is more
than seventy percent of them. I'm assuming this is a nonprofit.
And by the way, this information came from the La Times.

(07:00):
I am, and they say that seventy percent of those
eight hundred thousand don't have quote legal status, means they're illegal. God,
you can't just say they're illegal, can you. You cannot
say that, all right? So those who are possibly kind
of sort of questionable as to their legal status, Okay,
let's put it that way. Seventy percent of been a

(07:22):
country longer than a decade, and so we're going to
see this war now. De Leon, yes, that Kevin de Leon,
who is still a LA City council person, he said,
and he's been involved in this because he was in
the state Senate for a long time. He said. Do

(07:43):
not think, do not mislead folks into believing there'll be
a special force shield which protects illegal aliens, illegal immigrants
from being deported in Los Angeles. This is simply cooperation
with the Feds. Karen Bass said she looks forward to

(08:04):
quote reviewing the final ordinance and continuing our work to
keep all Angelinos safe in other words, Hell, yes, I'm
going to sign this thing because I'm part of the
declaration against the Trump administration when it comes to immigration.
So what can Trump do? We don't know. We don't know.
Can for example, he withhold money from the city certain

(08:28):
grants for example city fire department. Now excuse me, well
fire departments too, but city police departments. LA City, for example,
has gotten grants from the federal government, both in terms
of money and in terms of equipment. Can the president
president elect withhold that those kinds of funds and withhold

(08:53):
that those kinds of material trucks, et cetera, you know, programs,
communications gear, that sort of thing. Can that be withheld
because the city won't cooperate with the feds. No one knows.
I mean, we are on entirely new ground when it
comes coming up in this administration, There's going to be

(09:15):
some real testing. I guarantee you. There are already dozens
of lawsuits that are going to be filed the first day.
And you will see the ACLU, you will see state legislatures,
especially from Blue states. You will see county you will
see you'll see counties. You will see all manner of

(09:36):
organizations filing lawsuit after lawsuit after lawsuit. As policy changes
dramatically under the new administration, we're in for ride. I've
told you that many times and on all starts January twentieth. Okay,
there's a story that came out of the Wall Street
Journal I want to share with you, and that is
actually analyzing the rise of Robert F. Kennedy Junior. And

(10:00):
this guy has gone from fringe half crazy to now
he has been nominated to head the head of US
health policy. Health and Human Services controls, FDA controls, NIH
controls all of that. And so how did that happen?

(10:21):
Is it just this crazy anti vax guy who supported
Donald Trump and that's it. That's the reason he has
that position or is going for that position. You know what,
There's more to that. There's more to that, and a
lot of has to do with people who do not
trust modern mainstream science medicine specifically, and is there a

(10:48):
reason for that? Most of the stuff is crazy. You
know that Kennedy had argued vaccines cause autism. COVID was
developed by the Chinese specifically to exclude Chinese and Jews,
although I have no idea why Jews are and thrown
in that one to be excluded by COVID. That's sort
of crazy stuff. However, what Kennedy has tapped into is

(11:11):
distrust of modern medicine and why that has grown, and
a lot of it has to do with COVID. What
is that? Well, because big extreme medicine actually pushed COVID
and was so conservative about its approach to COVID. I
keep in mind, people were dying by the hundreds of days,

(11:33):
one hundreds of day. And when you talk about big
med they were scrambling just to figure out what it was.
They had no idea. While they're saying mask up and
they're saying, here are the vaccines were developing and the therapies.
This thing was going like crazy. It was snowballing, and
people were dying like a thousand a day. You know,

(11:54):
we lost a million people in the United States to COVID.
And did the big mainstream medicine do it all? Right? No,
I mean they never do. I mean they did it quickly.
They saved a bunch of lives. But you know, for example,
school systems, right, we got a lot of house they'll
keep kids away from schools. Well, kids really suffered. And
it turns out that those people that pushed that kids

(12:16):
should not go to school, kids should stay home. It
hurt the education of those kids dramatically. I was one
of those that said health is more important than a
kid going to school and learning. Well, it turned out
the kids do very well with COVID. They don't succumb
to COVID. They don't get as sick from COVID as
adults do. But they didn't know that at the time.

(12:38):
We found that after the fact. But what happens yet,
medicine then does not trust it. Government is not trusted
because on a political side, look at how many anti
government people. Well look how Trump won, anti government, anti
deep state one of the main reasons that he won
the election. So what And the other problem is is

(13:03):
that Kennedy and some of these people of his ILK
actually have legitimate points that medicine agrees with overprocessed foods,
for example, absolutely true obesity in this country. I mean,
anybody in their right minds is he's absolutely right on
that you've got dyes and additives. There is a legitimate argument.

(13:28):
So where is that fine line? Well, the problem is
is you've and by the way, Kennedy has gone crazy
on a lot of stuff. He now has to backpedal
the anti vaccine stuff because I'm not against vaccine. Well, yeah,
he was against vaccine. He was dead set against vaccine.
Now he's coming back on that because well, maybe that

(13:50):
goes a little bit too far, maybe it goes a
lot too far. But he is both legitimately attacking problems
that we have where big medicine were mainstream medicine agrees
with him, and then he goes over the edge. And unfortunately,
we have people that are now going to be and
are in the public light and have influence that before

(14:11):
the Internet, before the conspiracy theories, theorists went out of
their minds. These are guys that would stand on the
street corner. Remember we used to have people on the
street corner, Neil, you know that would be We've had
demonstrations and people literally with placards and signs and doing
just weird stuff. Yeah yeah, but just you know, religious
guys with the bullhorns and you know, sure, yeah, that's

(14:33):
where these people used to be. Okay, that was it.
They were limited by what you could hear out of
a bullhorn. Today they go on the Internet and all
of a sudden they get ten million followers, and all
of a sudden, this thing starts to expand and it
blows up. So it goes from crazy to a lot

(14:57):
of people believing. And then all of a sudden, you
look and you what's wrong. And when the crazies have
some legitimacy, they have a kernel of truth, right, arguing well,
arguing that the US government is in fact doesn't understand
a lot of America doesn't understand Middle America has marginalized people.

(15:20):
You know what, It's absolutely true. Now moving right into
members of US Congress are underneath a pizza parlor in
Chicago and there is a pedophile ring. Maybe that goes
a little bit too far. The problem is it's not
a fine direct line. It gets very fuzzy, sort of

(15:41):
in the middle. So, according to a former National Institute
of Health director, a guy named Francis Collins says, science
is losing its place as a source of truth. And
you know, at medical authorities that focus on ways to
stop disease failed to really look at how this totally

(16:04):
disrupts people's lives.

Speaker 2 (16:05):
It does, and.

Speaker 1 (16:07):
It'll really pay attention to it because all it's doing
is going after the medicine part, not looking particularly after
the policy part not particularly looking after look what it
does to people. Case in point, the masking requirements and
the kids not going to school. Well, you know, so
here's what medicine is doing, here's what the boards of

(16:28):
health did. All we're concerned is about is the transmission
of COVID, and here is how we deal with it.
We keep people separated masks, no one getting near each other,
which means kids have to be taught at home. Really
didn't understand. I didn't, and I didn't really put this
into perspective how this screws up people in a major way,

(16:51):
destroys kids' educations. I mean kids are still catching up
years later. A lot of kids lost a year of school,
a year full of schooling gone. So that's why people
like RFK are in fact mainstream. Now if you will,

(17:12):
is he going to be Is he going to be
confirmed ahead of Health and Human Services? Ahhs? I don't know.
And there's an argument that the reason Gates has been
put up as an astorney general, that that was purposely
done so people like Kennedy can in fact be confirmed.
Politics running amok. And yes I believe in vaccines, and

(17:34):
yes I have vaccinated my kids. I believe in that.
And I've talked about gardasil. You know what you give
to children because of the possibility of transmission of STDs.
You give that to young girls. I gave mine when
they were six. Well, okay, maybe that's a little young. Okay.

(17:55):
There are people out there that are, let's say, questionable
in terms of mental health. And you've got folks. I
saw a video of this gal who what she did
to her face is just ridiculous. I mean, look up
weird stuff that people do in terms of plastic surgery
with butt lifts and botox and all kinds of stuff. Well,

(18:20):
how about this one permanently changing your eye color through
cosmetic surgery. Huh, you're not happy with your eye color,
so people get colored contact lenses. Oh no, this one.
You don't have to worry about contact lenses. You go
to an ophthalmologist, and there's one guy who came from

(18:40):
Russia and he's one of very few doctors that do this,
doctor Alexander Mulfsovich, and he uses a laser to cut
tunnels into the corneas and then puts dye in them. Oh,
it's called a top kerato pigmentation. Corneal tattooing takes about

(19:05):
half an hour. Oh, of course, it's not FDA approved.
God forbid, the FDA would ever let you tattoo your eyeballs.
But people do it they want and it's not cheap either.
Different colors and this came out of Wall Street The
Wall Street Journal than an article and interviewed a bunch
of people and say, I feel better with different color eyes.

(19:28):
I'm more secure, I have more self esteem with different
color eyes. Now I can see certain stuff that you
do cosmetic. Now. I don't want to get personally here,
but you know, I can understand guys, for example, cosmetically
for example, trying to do deal with penis enlargements for example.
There's a reason for it. By the way, I want
to point something out. None of them work. This is

(19:49):
from personal experience. Not one of those work in the meantime.
Eyeballs for real. Yeah, it is a thing and it
is growing. And he interviewed a bunch of people. Why
would you do this? Well, One gal who was interviewed says,
I was always bullied when I was younger, which is

(20:13):
why I got botox and fillers and Brazilian butt lifts.
I don't know why they call them Brazilian butt lifts.
I have no idea. Maybe because you want to look
like a Brazilian, but no idea. But somehow that translates
into feeling better about yourself. I just don't understand this.
One guy that was interviewed, he changed the color of

(20:36):
one eye because he has a husky, a dog, and
you know they can have different color eyes, and so
in order to match his dog's eyes, he changed the
color of his eyeballs. What do you do when the
dog dies and you get a labrador? What do you

(20:56):
do with that one? This is completely irreversible, as you
can imagine. Now, they do allow the FDA does allow
dies to be used, but only for medical purposes. People
for example, that have to have recreate cosmetically because they

(21:17):
have either glaucoma or they have various various diseases that
come in or injuries, and part of reproducing is bringing
back some color in the eye. But other than that,
the FDI says absolutely not. You know, when I read
this or when they show this to me, I go,

(21:37):
how do people the tattoo their corneas? Neil, your tattooed.
You're tatted up all over the place. Yes, now you
have a lot. Well, you're not crazy tattooed. No, today,
it's tatt city that are just ridiculous. Yeah, it's and you're.

Speaker 2 (21:55):
Just a cono.

Speaker 1 (21:56):
You have tattoos. I've never seen you with a long
sleeve shirt. No tattoos.

Speaker 2 (22:00):
Nope, my body's a temple there, Bill.

Speaker 1 (22:02):
Oh yeah, my daughter. I led her to have one tattooed.
Now she's going to join the circus.

Speaker 2 (22:08):
Yeah, they're a little addicting. Cono has one that says
this end up. Nope, don't have any guys. You know,
he's drinking and find him. It's kind of like the
hot topic thing to do.

Speaker 1 (22:20):
Now.

Speaker 2 (22:20):
It's just overrated.

Speaker 1 (22:22):
I don't get it. I don't get it. I had Barbara, Barbara,
Barbara loves him. She just says, I want another one.
I oh, come on, give me a break. Actually, it
was a good reason she had him. I'll share that
with you. I let her have the first one, and
I don't know why I did it. Well I do
know why I did it. And then that opened up
the floodgates. Kf I am six forty live everywhere on
