Yeah, that's right, Good morning, Ryan. Today marks twenty three
years since the nine eleven attacks killed almost three thousand
people across the United States at the number of sites,
and is the case every year, people gather to remember
those killed and hold moments of silence at those various
sites where the attacks happened, including at the site of
the World Trade Center here in New York this morning.

(00:27):
There was one point of insto this morning's commemorations here
where one of the family members speaking seemed displeased at
President Joe Biden, who, when speaking with reporters yesterday was
outlining his schedule for the week. He said tomorrow, I'm
doing nine to eleven, referring to his attendants at Ground zero. Now,
the wife of one of the victims while on the
podium described it as a flippant remark. He said he

(00:49):
was doing nine to eleven and said, please remember that
September eleven. Families lived this every day and a number
of politicians were in attendance this morning, including Kamala Harris
and Donald Trump, who had another chance to shake hands.

Well, that's nice, isn't it. The suspect in a California
wildfire has been arrested.

Speaker 2 (01:09):
Yeah, that's right. Three major wildfires are raging across southern
California at the moment and are threatening up to sixty
five thousand homes, according to the California Department of Forestry
and Fire Prevention. Right now, Ryan, there are two thousand firefighters,
two hundred fire engines as well as firefighting aircraft working
on displays, and I've sent in the National Guard to

old man has now been arrested and suspected of arson.
Important to not as well, officials say this morning, twelve
