Andrew Alderson: Sports reporter on Warriors win, New Zealand cricketers fleeing India and Pakistan and Ryan Fox at the Myrtle Beach Classic in South Carolina

The Warriors put on a nail biting performance over the weekend, coming back from what was looking like a loss. 

 A 69th minute Luke Metcalf field goal proved decisive, as the Auckland team hung on for a 15-14 victory over the St George-Illawarra Dragons.

It takes the Warriors to a 7-2 record for the season – cementing their top-four position. 

Sports reporter Andrew Alderson talks to Ryan Bridge about the win, the New Zealand crickets fleeing India and Pakistan and Ryan Fox at the Myrtle Beach Classic in South Carolina.

India and Pakistan. We saw of the weekend that some
of them are going to flee and then we've had
a six five but there's violations. What's going to happen?

Yes, So watching brief at the moments, are still uncertainty
around that. Trent Bolt, Russian Avenger and Devin Comway apparently
heading home, Mitchell Center and Bevan Jacobs still left there.
There's been a few air strikes, also an indication the
tournament will resume later this week, so it's all up
in the air or not, as the case may be
for the Indian Premier League. Also the consideration of the

Pakistan Super League which due to run until May eighteenth,
so another week or so or just about six days
to go on that that's been postponed indefinitely. So there's
still about I think eight or nine New Zealanders involved.
Their likes that came with him, so I think in
a non playing capacity, but yeah, I still some concern
there for those those players in the Pakistan Super League
as well.

All right, keep an eye on that. And Ryan, how's

I guess the key to this tournament. There's two PGA
tournaments going on simultaneously in the United States, and the
winners of each of them will get a place at

he's still well on the hunts so so far, so
I've got to We had that incredibly mercurial round yesterday
with nine birdies and six bogies across you in just
the three pars from his round, but was able to
