The All Blacks playing stocks have been refreshed for the final test of the year against Wales on Sunday morning.

Only captain and lock Scott Barrett and blindside flanker Simon Parker are retained in their positions from the loss to England with Will Jordan moving from fullback to right wing.

Former All Black Josh Kronfeld told Ryan Bridge Robertson is giving people opportunities to make a statement at the end of the tour.

Speaker 1 (00:00):
The Abs wrap up the year and card against Wales

(00:02):
fourteen am Sunday, our time. If you're wanting to watch,
for you wanting to listen, The Grand Slam dream obviously
is over and Robertson's dropping three of his dropped rather
three of his last eight tests. Josh confound form all
black with me this morning.

Speaker 2 (00:15):
Morning, Josh, good morning.

Speaker 3 (00:17):
Hell are we.

Speaker 1 (00:17):
Oh not too bad? Lots of changes he's made for Cardiff.

Speaker 3 (00:22):
Yeah. Look, I guess it's maybe he was always going
to do that. You know, I had a plan and
the idea was that anyone was done and then after
that shift into the rest of the crew, but also
maybe forced his hand with injuries and maybe the team

(00:43):
not performing as well as he wanted it against England.
So he's given people opportunities to make a statement at
the end of the.

Speaker 1 (00:51):
Toll, including Ruben Love, who I see is starting at fallback.

Speaker 3 (00:55):
Yeah, and it's fantastic. I mean, look, everybody's been asking
the question, and you know, he's a great player. We
love what he did, what he's done this season and
and and hoping to see him showcase what what school
sets he's got. And I mean that's that's the public
so everyone's getting their wish, you know. But at the

(01:17):
same time, Will Jordan has been fantastic, you know, so
we know how good he is. And but you know,
it'll be interesting to see the little shuffle around with
that respect and and how I think was on the
wing that's right, Yeah, so see how that goes and

(01:38):
how they how they gel. I mean, the back three
these days should be interchangeable in terms of position. You know,
if someone in doing something or done something that you
know that a winger should drop back and fill out
that that that role and you know, as as as
should you team and so it's the game just what

(02:00):
he seems to be more and more adaptable with their
role sets, you know, and be able to interchange. And
I think that's just the modern games.

Speaker 2 (02:11):
Josh, we have thirty seconds left, and I apologize to that,
but I want to know what talking about changes the
coaching staff, anything needs to change, Well, it's.

Speaker 3 (02:23):
Going to be I mean, Jason Hong leaves, so there's
going to be changes anyway. Look, I don't we do
have a tendency to panic, you know, like everything's kind
of new for everybody. You know, they're growing, they're doing
you know, they're trying to make progressions. We can just

(02:44):
you know, clean slate. You know, that's that's what people decide.
But my feeling is, look, it's not jump the gun's
see what happens. You know. It's a tough role. It's
a new thing to do. And I and we're.

Speaker 1 (03:00):
Only halfway two. We're only halfway. Josh's the other thing.
So the bit of the devil, you know, I suppose
than the one you don't. Josh Cromfeld. Form More All
Black For more.

Speaker 3 (03:09):
From early edition with Ryan Bridge. Listen live to news talks.

Speaker 2 (03:12):
It'd be from five am weekdays, or follow the podcast
on iHeartRadio.
