Speaker 1 (00:00):
Husky UCLA game is set for NBC tomorrow. If you
have Fubo as of right now, you're not watching it
because there is a carriage dispute between NBC and Fubo.
Maybe we can all go to Teresa Walker's house and
watch the Husky Ucla game tomorrow before the Husky years
the Seahawks take on the Titans on Sunday.

Speaker 2 (00:16):
I know she'd love to have the group over.

Speaker 1 (00:18):
She joined us right now from Nashville, our resident Titan insider.
She says, yes when so many others say no, it's
our friend, Teresa Walker.

Speaker 3 (00:28):
How are you Well, I'm good, but I've got to
cover Vanderbilt. You know, the Commodore's are number twelve in
the country and they play tomorrow afternoon. So my husband
might not mind having some company, but I've got to work.

Speaker 1 (00:43):
Well, just leave the key, undo the mat, and we'll
just make ourselves at home, all right, No problem, No problem. Hey,
what is going on with this Titan football team? I mean,
I can't think of a better word to describe it.
They just flat out stink. What's happening down there?

Speaker 3 (00:57):
Well, this is a team that they free previous losing seasons,
right and They just quenched their fourth straight with the
loss on Sunday to the god who did they play Sunday?
Oh the Houston Texans. And guys, that was a sixteen
thirteen loss to the Texans who went out last night
on a short week and really handed it to the
Buffalo Bills and Josh Allen. So here's the thing. Yes,

(01:21):
they're not good. They're rebuilding, absolutely completely agree with that.
You know what, they also are playing possibly the toughest
schedule in the NFL. And you know, for all this parody,
they got the number one pick. Look at who they've played.
They've played the NFC West, Hello Seattle, They're playing the
AFC West. Chiefs are still coming in December. They've already

(01:45):
faced the Chargers. Their home opener was the Rams. They
have been facing left and right, the seemingly a rotating
revolving door of the best pass rushes in the NFL.
And I'll just say this, the Titans protected cam wore
better than the Buffalo Bills did last night against the
you know, for Josh Allen, So you know they're gonna

(02:05):
be growing pains. This is a rebuilding youth movement. I mean,
you know, they've had two rookies in addition to cam
Ward playing in you know, a couple of wide receivers
you might you know El Guyaman or Jim D. K
Gunner Helm, I mean, and and cam Ward's is the
rookie and the quarterback gets all the attention. But this
is a team in the midst of trying to start

(02:27):
over yet again.

Speaker 4 (02:30):
What about the level of want to with the team
right now? As far down as they are. I mean,
Jeffrey Simmons, I saw a video with him this week.
He was all ticked off talking about the last game,
and there's guys laughing and joking in the background after
the game.

Speaker 2 (02:43):
Is there a sense that some of those guys have
kind of packed it in?

Speaker 3 (02:49):
No, I think there's a This is a young team. Remember,
not only are there, but you know they had nine
rookie draft picks, and you know they've added a few
more young guys through waiver claims. They've got a bunch
of second year guys. Cedric Gray is among the top
tackling leaders in the NFL. This is essentially his rookie season.
He was out hurt most of last year, his true

(03:12):
rookie season. So it's more that there's some veterans that
are trying to get these guys attention. They don't have
a ton of veterans, which is strange to say for
a team that's you know, on paper, yeah they look older,
but you know, hey, look at Johnny Hecker is their punter.
Their long snapper is i think in his sixteenth NFL season.
So they've got a few guys helping sway that so

(03:33):
and Jeff Simmons had missed almost three games essentially with
a handstring. It's tough to speak up and make it clear, hey, guys,
come on, let's get it together. The guy he was
kind of sending a message to was the right tackle
JC Latham. Four penalties on Sunday, three false starts at home.
It's like, seriously, young man, what are you doing here?

(03:54):
And you know, so it was kind of the you know,
the veteran of the group kind of trying to clear
his throat and say, guy, this is this is serious.
Come on, let's get going, and just trying to help
set a tenor there's a you know, I didn't make
it to the Titans blacker room today because well they
put the last piece of steel in for the beautiful stadium,
so any Hawks fans coming to town. We'll see it

(04:14):
going up right next door to the current stadium. But
the ping pong table got broke. It's not in the
locker room anymore, so we'll see if it calms down
a little bit in there. But I think Jeff Simmons,
three time pro bowler, made it pretty clear, guys, we're
trying to get better here, and especially with the way

(04:35):
the defense played, you know, shut out the first half
season low and points they guys between. Since Week five,
they are only two teams in the NFL have more
sacks than the Titans.

Speaker 1 (04:47):
Well, and Gray's Abel may not play for the Hawks.
Their rookie star left guard might be out for this game.
So we'll see. But Teresa Walker is with us on
the radio show in Teresa. I'm just curious about the atmosphere.
I mean, you know, Hawk fans have kind of gotten
have itIt of traveling pretty well. You know, places that
are closer like Arizona, San Francisco, La. You can really
hear them on television. There's going to be some Seahawks

(05:10):
fans in the stands on Sunday, like I'm looking at,
you know, some websites.

Speaker 2 (05:13):
It's nineteen bucks to get in the door.

Speaker 1 (05:15):
For God's sakes, for a ticket, you can sit in
Rowe twenty on the forty yard line for one hundred
dollars on Sunday. What's the vibe going to be like
in that stadium Sunday?

Speaker 3 (05:26):
It should be, based on what we've seen much of
this year, a good home crowd for the Seahawks. I mean,
people love to come to Nashville, spend the weekend. Hit
Lower Broad in the Honky Talks, maybe go to the Opry,
go to the Rhyman, do things like that. Hey, maybe
catch a Predators game. I'm not sure what the Kraken
are doing right now, but I don't think they're in Nashville.

(05:47):
Michekend So that would have been a perfect weekend for
Seattle fans. But there's a lot to do in Nashville,
so you can come, the weather's going to be great
on Sunday and have a good time. I mean, well,
you know, before they're buying, you could have gotten into
you know, on I think it was set under ten bucks. Wow, man,

(06:09):
thereesa Mike Vraber last, let's get that last second airplane ticket?

Speaker 4 (06:14):
Now both Mike Vrable went fifty four and forty five
took him to the playoffs three of the last five years,
either won a couple of playoff games and then was
fired two years later. Was he fired prematurely?

Speaker 3 (06:26):
Uh? Looking at what he's done with New England. Yeah,
I mean seriously, he's won more games there this season
than the Titans have won i think almost the last
three seasons put together. So you know, they were what god,
last year, I'm trying to really blank out last year,
but you know, full wins over the last two seasons,

(06:47):
he's doubled that. And you know his season didn't you know,
he didn't go out too well here either. Let's not
forget his last two seasons here were losing seasons. Uh.
So you know that sometimes a change of scenery can
do you good. But you know, let's put it this way.
When you you know, the Titans had the fire coach
who struggled to make in game decisions, you don't have

(07:10):
that problem with Mike brad Right.

Speaker 1 (07:11):
Well, you mentioned the pass rush right by the Titans,
and you got a team in Seattle, Teresa. Sam Darnold's
only been sacked ten times the entire season, and again,
you know most of that is where Gray Zabel at
left guard, and he has had a few turnovers in
the last couple of games seven turnovers total in the
last eight quarters. But this offensive line has generally been

(07:32):
pretty good. So I'm I guess slightly concerned about that matchup.
But paint the picture for us, right, Like, if there's
going to be an upset and a thirteen and a
half point favorite on the road actually losing a football game,
that's pretty significant, man, So paint the picture. What should
Seahawk fans be concerned about? Besides that pass rush? How

(07:53):
does the head of the Titans pull the upset on
Sunday if it does happen.

Speaker 3 (07:57):
Well, they do some of the things we've seen from
the defense the last couple of games. Cody Barton had
a pick six I think just before the buye. You know,
they they've had a punt return for a touchdown. Kim
dk Guys, he's a rookie, but he is leading the
NFL in all purpose yards. He's had some great returns
on kickoff. So you need some things from special teams.

(08:18):
You need the defense to get some points for you,
and yeah, get it, get some more turnovers. See if
you can extend Sam Donald's struggles. I know that was
against the Rams, but try to get the hands up,
tip some balls and get some That pass rush is
gonna have to win even when they're not taking Sam
Donald down. And then we'll see guys, because unfortunately the

(08:39):
offense for the Titans, it's not been good. Tugh touchdowns
all season, and you know cam Ward is gonna You know,
Calvin Ridley is now out, broke his leg last week
just after he'd gotten back from a hamstring. They have
got elik Ian Manner, he's been starting much of the season.
He's out with a hamstring. So you know they're literally
expecting cam Wards Miami teammate Xavier Orstrepo to get via

(09:03):
game day elevation from the practice squad and give this
league gered receiving corp on offense helping hand. But you know,
cam Ward, I'll just say this, if he can play
from the start of game the way he did to
finish last week, ninety five yards eleven plays, Guys, the
thirty nine yard or that he threw to set up

(09:23):
the touchdown was a thing of beauty and we've seen
some flashes. We just need to see him do more.
More importantly, don't lose the football.

Speaker 4 (09:33):
How much of the struggles of your division and also
the NFC South is simply because of the interest in
college football. And you're part of the country where maybe
the fan bases aren't demanding as much of the NFL
ownership because there's too busy demanding it of their athletic directors.

Speaker 3 (09:51):
Oh, I'll just say this. In Nashville, yes, it's home
to Vanderbilt. Tennessee is three hours to the east. Memphis,
which was ranked until just recently, is over hours to
the west. But guys, Uh, the san base, they have
made their their unhappiness very clear. I can't tell you
how many times I've had people called, you know, Amy Adams,

(10:11):
Trump needs to sell the team. Uh. You know they
they raise that piece of steel up and she signed it,
and someone's like you, well, that's that's still that that
them's going to be sold within two years or fired
excuse me, in two years. Uh, based on the track
record of they're now on their third GM since December
of twenty two. Uh, they're gonna be looking for yet
another head coach. So they they're the manning and they're

(10:34):
speaking by not showing up, you know. So while they
have sold tickets to the new place because everybody wants
to get in there, especially as they did for final
fours college football playoff games w W SummerSlam. I think
is going to be there in twenty seven sou But
they're speaking by not showing up, So they are. They are.
They're making their displeasure very known. And guys, they were

(10:57):
selling out pretty much when they were good, and that
wasn't that long ago. Nineteen they put you know, that season,
they went to the AFC Championship game. They were the
number one seed for the twenty twenty season, and then
they ran into Cincinnati. So you know that's the NFL.
They're trying to dig their way out. We'll see. You know,
you got to make the right hires. I mean, then

(11:17):
the hires have got to make the right choices in
the draft. The Titans have three draft classes with nobody
on this roster twenty one and twenty two. They've got
Chigakuonquo and he's in the final year of his deal.

Speaker 2 (11:32):
Geez well.

Speaker 1 (11:32):
Teresa Walker is with us again the AP and Nashville
covers the Titans for them and has graciously offered up
her home on Saturday for Seahawk fans traveling down there.

Speaker 2 (11:42):
She won't be there, but she'll leave the key underneath
the matt on the back door.

Speaker 1 (11:45):
By the way here fridge will be fully stocked, chicken wings,
the whole thing. So she'll be tweeting her address out later,
So keep an eye on that. But Teresa, before you go,
you mentioned cam Ward there, and obviously we know him
pretty well up in these parts, played at Washington State
and then you took off from Miami. What's he been
like to cover? What's he been like to kind of,
you know, observe as a leader not you know, look,

(12:06):
he's he's obviously a first jig guy getting thrown into
the fire. I mean, he doesn't have a lot of
help around him, obviously, But what's he been like to
cover so far?

Speaker 3 (12:15):
He's fun because he's what you want in a quarterback
in that he's not getting too high, he's not getting
too low. Obviously, he wants to win. Nobody likes to
lose when you're a competitor. But he can see the
big picture even while he's trying to get better. And
you know that that's been the fun thing. You know,
during the off season, in the summer training camp. He

(12:36):
was like, like stability would like stability they fire his coach,
and it's like, listen, I'm going to be here. We
need to get this thing going and get to winning
and do what we can. He was asked, well, you
want to coach the other day, and you know, so
it's like he can, he can see the big picture.
He cannot. He also had a fun moment within the
last month where you know, he's trying to quiz this.
It's like, can you call out this play? And my

(12:58):
first immediate thought was and then secondly, ooh, that's a
long play call when you're trying to get an offense movie.
Maybe the next coach comes in and cleans up the
playbook a little bit. But you know, he looked at
the big pictures. You're like, you know, guys, when I
was talking to all these teams, schemes and things are
essentially very similar. It's just what you call things, and

(13:21):
even that is very similar. So he's like, calm down,
We'll be fine with whatever coach is. And the fact
of the matter is he just needs more help around him,
and he's the best thing about him. He has been
available to this point, and you do see some signs
he got the ball out really quick this last weekend
against that Houston pass rush. That to me is a

(13:42):
sign of growth.

Speaker 1 (13:43):
All right, listen, you're the best. Thank you for offering up,
offering up your home. Very nice of you. All Right,
we'll try not to trash. Yeah, we will, we will.
You're the best. To have fun this weekend, and we'll
talk soon. Teresa, thank you, my pleasures.

Speaker 3 (13:56):
Thanks guys.

Speaker 2 (13:57):
All right, Teresa Walker from the AP in Nashville.

Speaker 1 (14:00):
We always go to her first for Titan coverage, and
I remember talking about this earlier. Man, the Niners have
Carolina on Monday nights. Let me ask you a question,
where did shock the hell out of? If Tampa Bay
beat the Rams this weekn in LA? Where did shock
to heck?

Speaker 2 (14:12):
Addy?

Speaker 1 (14:12):
If the Niners beat Carolina on Monday night, we're at
shock to heck aaddy. If the Titans lost to the
Seahawks on Sunday, Okay, if all those things happen, eight
and three, eight and three, eight and four is the
top three spots in the NFC West. The Rams Seahawks
in San Francisco. Then the Niners have Cleveland, then they
have the Titans, then they have the Colts and Hawks,
but end with Chicago Carolina. Excuse me, The Niners have

(14:34):
four games left on their schedule. They probably should win
all four of them. And that's Carolina, the Browns, the Titans,
and the Bears. Because it's in San Francisco. That's an
eleven and sixteen in third place in the NFC West.

Speaker 2 (14:46):
And here's the two things that got going for him. Guys.

Speaker 1 (14:48):
You realize what the Niners record would be in the
NFC if they win this game Monday, they're gonna be
eight and two in the NFC and they're already four
and one in the NFC West. Are we dismissing them
a little bit too early?

Speaker 3 (15:02):
Maybe?

Speaker 4 (15:02):
Well, I just think because we know they're not that
talented a football team, and they're a completely damaged football team,
but they're an incredibly coached football team.

Speaker 2 (15:12):
I mean, I look at their schedule though, and I would,
and that's why they are where they are. I mean,
we we knew at the beginning of the season.

Speaker 4 (15:20):
We had this conversation at the beginning of the season,
we said, San Francisco has the easiest schedule in football.

Speaker 2 (15:27):
That's why they're seven to four.

Speaker 1 (15:28):
Right, But so what who cares and if it comes
down to one game at the end of the year
for second place in the NFC West or whatever, man
is that game, mikiel nervous.

Speaker 2 (15:38):
I'd also push back on the damaged comment.

Speaker 5 (15:40):
Rock Perty is now healthy, Ricky Piersoll is now healthy,
that offense is greg George Kittle is now healthy. That
offense is now healthy, that offense is now good. I
get that, Dick, I get that, But that offense is
now very good. And I mean that that's a team.
They just thrashed Arizona offensively. So I mean again, like,
I am not going to dismiss them because in the playoffs, yes,

(16:03):
we know defense's wins. But at the same time, that
offense has enough talent and enough legitim players around it
where they could scare me.

Speaker 4 (16:11):
But they're not a high powered offense. And let me
just provide I would disagree with that. Disagree right well,
they better because let me give you four numbers. Let
me give you four numbers. Twenty six that's how many
Houston scored against them. Then twenty four that's how many
against the Giants. Forty two that's what the Rams just
scored against them, and Arizona just scored twenty two against them.
So they're giving up mid twenties to mid football teams.

Speaker 1 (16:34):
But that's the problem is that now they're not playing
those mid teams anymore. They're playing crap. Yeah, they they
got Okay, would you like to take the Panthers to
beat the nine Ers? You wouldn't take them to win,
not in Levi's Cleveland, Tennessee, Chicago. I mean, they got
a couple of tough games against the Coltston Seahawks. I'm

(16:54):
just saying this. I would think if a gun to
my head. They finished third in the West. But this
is not a cakewalk. This division is ridiculous, man. I
mean again, if all those things happen that you said
are going to happen this weekend, and I would thousand
percent agree with you that all those three things happen,
we got eight and three, eight and three, eight and four.

Speaker 2 (17:15):
This is gonna be a bitch. This is a battle.
I mean, the NFC West is unbelievable.

Speaker 1 (17:20):
And if San Francisco finds themselves within shouting distance of
anything significant, who knows what that does to them confidence?
Confidence wise? And now, as Jackson said, they're getting everybody back.
I just don't think we just throw them out of
this race at all. No, not if all those things
happen this weekend, this is going to be a freak
of war the rest of the way.

Speaker 3 (17:39):
And I love it.

Speaker 2 (17:39):
It's great for football. This is the best division in
the NFL and you're in it.

Speaker 1 (17:43):
Man, iron sharpens iron by the time the Hawks make
the playoffs, look out.

Speaker 4 (17:47):
But when you watch San Francisco play, yes, do you
see a team that looks like the two teams that
played at LA last year? I do not.

Speaker 1 (17:54):
But I also see a team that's overcome a lot
and they're about to be eight and four, and four
and one in the West an eight and two in
the NFC, and that is a little bit scary.

Speaker 5 (18:03):
And I would just throw in Christian McCaffrey, Christian McCaffrey,
end of story.

Speaker 2 (18:08):
But he hasn't played like Christian McCaffrey this year. That's
pretty good. Let's get a break.

Speaker 1 (18:13):
Hugh Millan will join at five, Jackson and Dick will
continue to fight off the year.

Speaker 2 (18:17):
I'll film it and post it on Twitter. Coming up
on ninety three three.

Speaker 1 (18:19):
KJRFM now back to football frive Age sponsored by Tito's
handmade vodka on your home for the NFL.

Speaker 2 (18:27):
Sports Radio ninety three point three FL.

Speaker 1 (18:31):
That was pretty entertaining just watching Jackson and Dick fight
off the air about how good the Niners are. I
thought that the the bite. By the way, Dick, when
you called Jackson right in the forehead, well, he punched
me below the belts. Listen, we talked about that. The
guy is four foot nine. It's a lot harder for
him than it is for you. Okay, but Jackson, let's
try to avoid the crotch area. Okay, but biting people, Dick,

(18:55):
I don't know, man, I think we should apologize.

Speaker 2 (18:57):
Sorry, jack Okay, not accepted. And I was looking at
Christian mcafrey's numbers.

Speaker 5 (19:01):
They're not as bad as I so, Dick, he's the
number one running back in fantasy football?

Speaker 2 (19:06):
Is that true?

Speaker 5 (19:06):
Yeah?

Speaker 4 (19:06):
True?

Speaker 1 (19:08):
Come on, Well, would you take these numbers out of
Kenny Walker right now? Seven hundred yards rushing, three point
seven yards of carry, but six touchdowns. That's about what
Kenny Walker's doing. Seven hundred and thirty yards receiving, reiving
on seventy four catches. How the hell does he have
seventy four catches in eleven games?

Speaker 2 (19:30):
The guy's got ninety six targets and five.

Speaker 4 (19:33):
Touchdown Maybe Mac Jones and brock perty or a checkdown Charlie's.

Speaker 2 (19:38):
I mean, getting him the ball in space seems like
a pretty good idea. I think getting what you think?
I think getting Ken Walker the ball in no kidding
is a good idea.

Speaker 1 (19:46):
Dude, he's got two more targets than Jackson Smith and
Jigma does Christian McCaffrey. That is stupid. And I'm I'm
with you a million percent on the Kenny Walker thing.

Speaker 4 (19:55):
You know it? With you?

Speaker 2 (19:56):
Three catches last game is the high of a year.
Let's do it again.

Speaker 1 (19:59):
I don't understand why he's not a bigger factor. It's
almost like he's in somebody's doghouse. Did he pissed somebody
off and he say the wrong thing? That he mother
f somebody?

Speaker 2 (20:06):
Is he cocky? Is he arrogant? Is he talked back?
What's the deal? Why isn't he playing more?

Speaker 1 (20:11):
And why are we now now just now seeing Mike
McDonald say he deserves more playing time? What was it
about what he was doing earlier that spoke to him
that he did not deserve it?

Speaker 4 (20:22):
I didn't see anything, And my take on Ken Walker
has been the same since we first started him as
his rookie year. He is not going to consistently get
you four yards, but he is going to get you two.

Speaker 2 (20:33):
Two, two, seventeen home run.

Speaker 4 (20:35):
But you gotta keep giving him the ball so he
can get seventeen and eighteen and the forty two yard
touchdown run.

Speaker 2 (20:43):
You can't give him the ball twelve times a game.

Speaker 1 (20:46):
You mentioned the slugging percentage for Kenny Walker versus Zach
Sharbonnay that he's got more doubles and home runs, right,
He's gonna be a lot more of those, And I'm
with you. I just think getting him into space and
getting him the ball with room to run on the
fly with a convoy in front of him, or having
him turn the corner. I think that's the way he
was built. And look, guys, I mean I don't know

(21:06):
what his future is right now. I'm going to see
a guy that the Hawks are gonna want back next year.
I mean, they've kind of severely limited in some ways
as markets. Right I'm not sure how attractive he's going
to be as a free agent. I mean, good for
him that he stayed healthy the entire year so far,
this season. So that's a big check mark in the
right column for him. But I just think the Seahawks

(21:26):
at their best, they don't get there unless Kenny Walker
is at his best. I think the Seahawks at their
best includes Kenny Walker. I'm sitting the ball a lot
more than he is.

Speaker 4 (21:35):
That they have to do two things to get to
the Super Bowl, and that is get Kenny Walker the
football and stop throwing picks.

Speaker 2 (21:43):
If they do those two things, I.

Speaker 4 (21:45):
Think they can win the NFC Championship because the rest
of everything's gonna fall into place.

Speaker 2 (21:49):
Their defense is definitely Super Bowl good.

Speaker 1 (21:52):
Let's look at the pick thing for a second, shall we,
Because we had this little debate earlier today. You and
I were talking about taking sacks versus throwing picks, and
we'll talk to you about it. Look, clearly everybody would
agree right on the pecking order of things that happened
when you drop back to throw the football. If you're
telling me I got two choices, take a sack or
throw an interception, I'm shockingly going to sign up for

(22:14):
the sack.

Speaker 3 (22:15):
Duh.

Speaker 1 (22:15):
Every single time now you get sacked, there's a chance
you're gonna fumble the ball. All that too, right, So
we're trying to avoid all that. But if it's between
those two, clearly I'll take the sack. This is a
guy in Sam Darnald because you just said you got
to avoid the picks. Okay, he's got He's got ten
interceptions on the year so far. Forty percent of them
came in one game. So before the RAM game he

(22:37):
had six picks in nine games. But he also had
two bad fumbles. Okay, I'm not talking fumbles, I'm talking picks.
You said step throwing picks. He had six picks in
nine games before the RAM game. I don't think this
was a problem before the RAM game. Nobody was running
around when we were talking about Sam Darnald being in
the MVP conversation saying he's throwing too many picks because

(22:59):
he wasn't.

Speaker 2 (22:59):
He had sick picks of nine games.

Speaker 1 (23:01):
The fumbles, he had two fumbles lost in eight games
before he got to Arizona, when he had two of
them against the Cardinals. One of them was against the Niners,
other one was against Tampa Bay. All right, and you
were zero and two in both those games. Maybe you
give a break on the one against San Francisco because
nick Bosa completely destroyed a Blucas on that play that

(23:22):
led to a fumble by Sam Donald.

Speaker 2 (23:24):
I'm just saying, are we are we letting a little bit?

Speaker 1 (23:28):
The last couple of games create a narrative for Sam
Donald that maybe wasn't there leading up until the Cardinal game.
Is this really a problem or is this just an
eight quarter aberration for this guy?

Speaker 2 (23:41):
That's all I'm saying. I don't think he's gonna have a.

Speaker 4 (23:43):
Four interception game again this year, two of them in
his life until that. But two weeks ago, when you
were gone and I had holmegren on, I asked him
flat out, Okay, is Sam Donald too reckless for you?

Speaker 3 (23:54):
And that was.

Speaker 4 (23:55):
Before the RAM game, before the Cardinal game, because he
has lots of balls that he throws into traffic that
may not get picked.

Speaker 2 (24:03):
Okay, let's not breathe the lead? The lead was you,
asked Hongrin? What's the answer? The answer he asked Mike
Oburn for something.

Speaker 1 (24:11):
And then by the way, my favorite pizza recipes, I
can know it on a Friday night, love going to
Waller's and fish and chips.

Speaker 2 (24:15):
I believe he said it was good. It's good to
be aggressive.

Speaker 4 (24:19):
But you can't cross over the line into reckless, and
he was kind of borderline at okay that point.

Speaker 2 (24:24):
Okay, Well, first of all, two things unfair because I
wasn't there one.

Speaker 4 (24:28):
Okay, no, but you said that nobody mentioned turnovers this week,
but I tell you I did.

Speaker 2 (24:33):
Okay, But why did you? Why did you? Because he
loves to throw into traffic, but it was working.

Speaker 1 (24:40):
It was it was you know who I was threw
into traffic a lot when Michael Pedtix. Michael Pedicks had
a cannon for an army. He can get away with
a laser beam. So look, I'm okay with it as
long as it's not turning into turnovers in the last
couple of quarters.

Speaker 2 (24:53):
I mean, I get it. The guy had a horrible
game against the ram him as much.

Speaker 1 (24:58):
As you, I am not an antid is going to
debate that that Sam Darnold had a terrible game against
the Rams.

Speaker 2 (25:05):
I think it should give Seaawk fans hope.

Speaker 1 (25:07):
As I know you agree that you threw four interceptions
and you were still one field goal away, which they
probably could have maybe had a play or two to
get him even closer to winning the game. I mean,
that would have been an unbelievable statement. I think by
Mike McDonald to go down there to La.

Speaker 2 (25:23):
And get that win. He's like, dude, I just beating
my guy through.

Speaker 4 (25:26):
Four picks, and right, what type of statement would it
have been for Sam Donald to lead the team to
a touchdown drive and a field goal drive in the
last three and a half minutes of the game.

Speaker 1 (25:36):
Was it you that mentioned the Packer game in twenty fourteen,
the NFC Championship when Russell was tossing those picks and
some of those were drops, obviously by wide receivers, but
you know that was the epitome of what you're talking about.
Right again, Jackson broughs up to a horrible game and
then he goes out there and he just finds a
way to win. He finds a way to get the
job done. Chris Matthews on sidekick aided, I get it
all that, Mark Shawn Lynch aided Packer stupidity aided meaning

(25:59):
Aaron Roddy was throwing against Richard Sherman who had half
an arm and he wasn't even going his way in
that game.

Speaker 2 (26:05):
I don't know what the hell.

Speaker 1 (26:06):
Richard Sherman scared the piss out of Aaron Rodgers from
the opening game that they first ever played against each other. Okay,
it was amazing that night, but that that's it, Like
that's how close they were. Because same looked pretty good
in that final drive, did he not? He looked really
good on that final drive. And maybe if they manage
the clock a little better, maybe they do get a

(26:26):
fifty four yard field goal attempt, maybe they win the
freaking thing on Sunday against the Rams. So I just look,
I am more than willing when it gets to it
to say, okay, we got a problem. I don't know
if we're there yet. I don't know if we're there yet.
I agree, all right, we're gonna break textimonials and then
Hugh mailing at five coming up on ninety three to
three KJRFM
