All Right, boys and girls, here we go in a
busy Wednesday night right here on ninety three to three KJRFM.
A chance to talk to the king of all NFL
play by play voices around the world, the representative every
single Sunday Monday night of millions of sports fans around
the globe. The NFL on CBS. The NFL in Westwood

(03:18):
won the NBA on Amazon. Our friend, Kevin Harlan, how
are you, pal?

Speaker 7 (03:24):
Oh? I'm doing fine. How are you.

Speaker 4 (03:28):
Good? You see you seem thrilled to be here. I
gotta be honest with you.

Speaker 8 (03:32):
Did the commissioner of the NBA hint that there were
going to be two new teams and maybe, just maybe
they're gonna get a game up in Seattle going once
again with NBA basketball.

Speaker 7 (03:43):
Yeah, I wouldn't be wonderful.

Speaker 5 (03:44):
Huh.

Speaker 3 (03:45):
He said yesterday apparently that they're gonna look at it
in twenty twenty six, and they're obviously looking at Vegas,
looking at Seattle, and Sonic fans.

Speaker 4 (03:54):
Have their hopes, their hopes high. Should they have their hopes?

Speaker 3 (03:57):
I do you think Adam Silver would say all that
if he didn't really plan on giving us a basketball
team back?

Speaker 7 (04:03):
I agree, Well, I don't know about Seattle.

Speaker 8 (04:05):
My thinking is, and I think just common sense is,
is that market with all of its history number one,
sports success, number two and just the fortune five hundred aspect,
there's so many reasons why the NBA needs to get
back up there. But the history for all of us
people that love the league and love the history of

(04:26):
the Sonics makes the most.

Speaker 7 (04:28):
I would love to see them back up there.

Speaker 8 (04:31):
It'll make some realignment issues, clearly, because if you would
add they I think they're sold on Vegas. I really
think they're sold on Seattle. I don't know anything more
than what I read. What I hear just interpretation, but
I would sure like to think that this is on
the front burner of where they want to go. I
can't imagine Nashville might be a player in this, of course,

(04:54):
And if they're going to go west one east, I
don't know.

Speaker 7 (04:57):
I don't know. I'm just saying I just think now
the time is right.

Speaker 3 (05:01):
Well I think that. I mean, look, the arena's ready,
the fans are ready. You haven't seen the new arena yet, correct?

Speaker 8 (05:10):
Is it the old What it was called The last
time I was in it was called Key Arena.

Speaker 7 (05:14):
What is it called now?

Speaker 3 (05:15):
It's now called Climate Pledge Arena? Yeah, you haven't been here.

Speaker 7 (05:20):
Yeah, I don't know what it's all about.

Speaker 8 (05:22):
But anyway, I when I was there, it was Key,
when I was doing the Sundus before they moved to
Oklahoma City. And I think I think my first NBA
game up there that I broadcast was in nineteen eighty two,
so Bob Blackburn was the voice of the team.

Speaker 7 (05:39):
That goes back many years.

Speaker 8 (05:40):
But I was twenty one when I did that, and
that was many, many, many years ago.

Speaker 7 (05:45):
But that's ye.

Speaker 8 (05:47):
I'm trying to think it was called Key Arena back then. Anyway,
I've seen it redone twice, I think, and up there
for them the NCAA Tournament in ninety nine was the
last time I was in the building.

Speaker 3 (05:58):
All right, well, let's get a basketball team so we
can get you back in there, Colling Hoops for Amazon Con.

Speaker 4 (06:03):
That'd be all right.

Speaker 3 (06:05):
Lots lots to talk about the NFL. Let's first of all,
start Kevin, if we can with the game that you
had Monday. Ever since that night, to a Tongue of
Iloa has now been benched in favor of Quinn viewers.

Speaker 4 (06:16):
What has happened to to a tongue of Aloa? How
do you tell that story? In Miami? You think, I
don't know.

Speaker 8 (06:22):
You know, there there are a lot of people that
you would talk to that think that maybe the money
has kind of aldered the way he is now for
whatever reason. I think he's got I think he's got
a lot of people in his ear. I think he's
got a lot of people talking to him. And I'm
not even going to tell you what direction with that
I'm going to go, But I think he's got a

(06:43):
lot of people that are trying to give him advice
and sometimes that can that can stop the flow of
what needs to be done. So I think there's a
little bit of that. I think there's the concern about
him when he should run, he doesn't, and when he
is making decisions that time of duress, he is collapsing

(07:03):
and not trying to extend a play, which you need
your quarterback to do. With his health history, that is
a concern. I would assume that is probably weighing on
his mind as well. I've always thought his size hurts them.
He's one of the shorter quarterbacks in the NFL, and
he has even admitted there are times I cannot see
the lanes I need to throw to. He is a

(07:23):
timing quarterback and because of that, that requires, you know,
discipline on rout running by his receivers. I don't think
that is always there. There's a lot going on, and
I think that if you're ever gonna you know, read
now they're officially out of the playoff picture.

Speaker 7 (07:42):
Just see what you've got. I mean, you got to
go into the off season with a plan.

Speaker 8 (07:45):
They're paying them a ton of money, so I don't
know how they're going to ever extricate themselves from that
kind of situation. But you know, they had got a
couple of quarterbacks on their one Zach Wilson, who is
a high draft pick by the Jets, and then yours
is going to start the rookie at of Texas who
they drafted. I think they're curious to see what these
guys have. I think they got to know. You know

(08:06):
what every corner of that picture looks like, is they
go to the off season, they're gonna have a new GM,
you know, a new philosophy perhaps, and how they're gonna
get talent, how they're gonna draft, and how they're gonna
send it, how they're gonna coach it. So that is
a very fluid situation in Miami.

Speaker 3 (08:22):
Well, Kevin Harlan's with us, and speaking of making a
quarterback change, obviously, Kansas City's making one that they don't
want to make for the first time. And what a
decade the Kansas City Chiefs will not be in the playoffs.
Patrick Mahomes tearing his ACL last weekend. I know that
you know that team very well.

Speaker 7 (08:40):
You know that they worked on.

Speaker 8 (08:41):
The MCL too. They worked on the MCL as well.
So I'm not I read that I did. I don't.
I didn't hear it. I read it like we can
all read. Okay, But that was that was that was
part of what.

Speaker 7 (08:54):
What I think.

Speaker 8 (08:54):
They went in there and looked and saw what they
saw and repaired what they repaired.

Speaker 3 (08:59):
You you know that town and team very well. This
run was going to come to an end at some point,
no doubt, right, and it come to an end. The
question is in Kansas City, is this a temporary detour
or is this the start of maybe a little bit
of a retooling in Kansas City.

Speaker 8 (09:16):
I think it's more like what we saw happen with
Belichick and Brady in New England. You know, they had
the first iteration of what that team was and then
they kind of reloaded and they kind of rebuilt that
team and they went on another run. And my guess is,
with Mahomes only being thirty, that that is the thought process.
All Right, We've got to clearly shore up some issues

(09:37):
of concern, not the least of which is a running
game offensive line. I mean, I don't know how much
of this team is going to go untouched, but there's
definitely going to be a lot there that needs to
be repaired, and maybe by Mahomes being out.

Speaker 7 (09:52):
It just signals for it.

Speaker 8 (09:54):
Yes, this definitely is the time to do it, and
not think that you can carry over a bunch of
what you are now in the next year, because clearly
that doesn't work, it doesn't resonate, and I think there
will be a lot of changes, but it is not
a tearing down and going to the studs. It is
more of let's just use a yse eye with a

(10:15):
lot of the same components in schemes that we've always used,
but strengthened areas that need strengthened. Listen, when you've got
camp restraints like they've got, when you're drafting in the
poor position that they've been drafting in because they have
been so successful for the last decade, invariably this is
going to happen. The league is not set up to
have dynasties. This league is set up to have a

(10:37):
churning of champions, different champions, different and we're seeing it
this year. We're seeing it with the teams that are
up there this year, not the least of which is
the Seahawks, you know, run this season, which has been
incredible and is going to continue that way, I believe.
So the league is set up to not have dynasties.
It's I think been more of a fluke that we've
seen the Chiefs and Patriots have it for the first

(11:00):
twenty five years of this decade, of this of the
two thousands. My guess is the Chiefs will continue to
be good, but we're gonna continue to see this this yeah,
refurbishing at the top.

Speaker 3 (11:14):
You know, I gotta be honest with you. I love
your energy right now. It's uh, it's talking about you.

Speaker 7 (11:19):
I always have. I always have this energy outway.

Speaker 3 (11:22):
You sound like you pounded about a gallon of mountain
dew before we spoke here.

Speaker 7 (11:29):
Really, I'm sorry I feel that way.

Speaker 8 (11:31):
Maybe it's because my wife has been in and out
of the office.

Speaker 7 (11:34):
You're there, you go.

Speaker 8 (11:36):
Now, I've been excited after thirty eight years, So maybe
that's it.

Speaker 4 (11:42):
Hey, you know what you got that spark still? Good
for you, man, Good for you.

Speaker 3 (11:46):
I'm very envious of that well, Kevin Harlan's with us
courtesy at Twin Peaks. Tuckwilla and Kevin, you mentioned the
Hawks Rams tomorrow biggest game they've played and probably at
least in the regular season since twenty thirteen when they
won the whole thing. It's the last time they were
eleven and three and now you have another eleven.

Speaker 4 (12:04):
And three team coming in here.

Speaker 3 (12:06):
The last time they saw each other, Sam Darnold threw
four picks and they came within a sixty one yard
field goal of winning the freaking game. Anyway against the Rams.
Talk to me about the importance of this game tomorrow night.
They're saying it's the biggest game of the year so
far in the NFL regular season.

Speaker 7 (12:24):
Well, they're both making the postseason.

Speaker 8 (12:25):
We just don't know who's going to be number one,
who's going to be number four, right, or five or
whatever it would be, right, So that's the difference, and
you know that's a significant difference. You're not getting the buy.
You're playing on the first weekend, and you just don't
know once you get to the playoffs. There's so much
parody what's going to happen. So, I mean, I think

(12:46):
it's obvious what the game means. You've laid out very
well what happened the first time. We know that there's
not going to be a DeVante Adams siding because he's
going to be rested. I think for the rest of
the regular season with their hamstring are feeling very good
about themselves. The Seahawks are feeling very good about themselves.
I wish they could run better. I wish they could
run the ball better. And I would like to think

(13:09):
that that is a constant thought and the minds of
Kubiak and that offense and how they're going to try
to get that thing going, because invariably that running game
is going to have to make a play at some
time in some of these big games coming up, and
maybe it's tomorrow night. So the running game has got
to get back on track. That is a given. Yeah,

(13:30):
And I don't know if that's and I haven't seen
him here as much as I have early on, but
I don't know if that that's an offensive line issue.
Maybe it is whatever. No offensive line is perfect there
certainly isn't. But it's been good enough to have that
quarterback put up big numbers. It's been good enough to
get that incredible record. I think it'll still stay that way.

(13:53):
But now you've got to really head this last month,
these last three four games, and you got to tell yourself,
you know, this is it and we've got to put
everything on the table, and I know they will and
this game of aw Night will be a great.

Speaker 7 (14:06):
Indication of that.

Speaker 3 (14:07):
Kevin, you talked about the Chiefs earlier. I want to
talk to you about Buffalo. I don't know how much
of the comeback you saw against the Patriots on Sunday
in Foxborough. Yeah, it just kind of feels like, I
don't know, man, that everything is setting up for them
to finally break through and make their run, right. I mean,
they're not playing great defense, but people talking about Allen

(14:28):
being the MVP, the comeback against New England, with Mahomes
out of the way, maybe Lamar out of the way,
does it not feel like maybe the universe is lining
up for this to be the year the Buffalo Bills
finally breakthrough and get to a Super Bowl.

Speaker 7 (14:44):
I'd like to think so, just because you know it is.

Speaker 8 (14:48):
They've been on the forefront and at the prescipice of
that big game for so long, with a quarterback who
has been as dominant as any quarterback in Pro football.
Pieces seem to be there. That got maybe the best
running back in Shames Cook. The quarterback is going to
be in the in the conversation for the MVP, So
you know, I think the time is right for him.

(15:08):
But Stafford has had an incredible season, so and then
put Drake May and that conversation two those three probably
are going to be, you know, the three finalists for
that award. I did, the best running back in the
league in Cook, perhaps the best quarterback or certainly one
or one A in terms of ranking the quarterbacks. So
there's so much there that you gotta like. And I thought,

(15:30):
coming back against New England, that may be a turning
point lynchpin, however you want to categorize that. To turn
them on the road they need to be on. So
right now, they'd be my favorite. I didn't think so
mid season. I thought Baltimore, once they got Lamar back,
would be there. Kansas City I thought would be there.
Clearly those two teams are are not Kansas City for sure.

(15:52):
Baltimore is still punching away at Pittsburgh. But Pittsburgh got
a big win this weekend, and they got they got
a one game lead now over Baltimore, and they got
another game against the Ravens coming out, so that that
division is clearly influx. Burrow's not been a factor, Cincinnati's
out of it. So yeah, no, you're right, this is
it just seems like everything is falling into place with
a Buffalo bill.

Speaker 4 (16:13):
Is Burrow back next year in Cincinnati?

Speaker 7 (16:15):
You think, yeah, he is.

Speaker 8 (16:17):
I mean, that contract is going to be hard to
fath him. But if they could get a trade, if
they would trade him with that contract to another team,
that would say we we have got to get a
franchise quarterback.

Speaker 7 (16:28):
And if they would give him like ones and.

Speaker 8 (16:32):
Four starters, I mean, like, who knows what a team
would give up for a guy like him. He is
injury prone. He's had a lot of injuries in a
very short window here in the NFL, and that's got
to be taken into consideration. Yeah, but so many teams
are so desperate for quarterback and they would do anything
to get him, and that means probably selling a lot
of what they got in the draft, maybe where they're

(16:52):
where they're taking that that number one pick, and how
many they've got in store, and what they can do
and what they can package.

Speaker 7 (16:59):
You never know.

Speaker 8 (17:00):
But but you know, a team like Cincinnati needs a
lot and the quarterback has only been there kind of
half the time, so maybe they're gonna win and say,
you know what, we'd love to have them, but we
need more than just the quarterback because you've got them
now and you're not winning.

Speaker 4 (17:15):
Well.

Speaker 3 (17:15):
Kevin Harlan's with us, and Kevin, I want to We
began with the NBA. I want to end with the NBA,
all right, And I feel bad asking you this question.
I should know this, but did you call the Spurs
next game last night?

Speaker 7 (17:28):
No? I did not.

Speaker 4 (17:29):
You did? Okay, good good. I don't feel so bad anymore.

Speaker 3 (17:34):
The Knicks have won the NBA Cup and I saw
Chris Russo on ESPN barking about it.

Speaker 4 (17:40):
This is nothing of significance. Who cares?

Speaker 3 (17:42):
Blah blah blah, And the next apparently there's a story
out now that they're not gonna hang a banner at
MSG for the NBA Cup. I mean, it seems chinsey
a little bit that they would do something like this.
I get why the league does it, obviously to motivate
the guys during the early part of the regular season,
but I mean, truthfully, how significant should an NBA Cup

(18:05):
championship be for the New York Knicks.

Speaker 8 (18:09):
Well, I think it's the first step into building on
what they did last year getting to the Eastern Conference finals.
And I think that comes with you know, you know
a lot. They were a team that made it very far,
just missed out after Game six losing in Indianapolis. You

(18:30):
get into the NBA Finals, They've not been there since
the early seventies, They've not won any championship since then.
Here is a championship they've won. I will tell you that.
I think maybe more of this is their owner motivated
not putting it up because he's at odds with the
league on a lot of different issues. I think that's

(18:51):
probably more to this story than just not hanging it.
Lakers hung it, and I think the commissioner's probably gone
to the winners and said, let's let's let's make this
really special and get some kind of recognition in your
building with the Cup win. And you know, when everything's
new like this, you don't know where it really stands
in the history of the game and the landscape of importance.

(19:14):
But I think that teams that have won it on
Milwaukee went it last year, So the Bucks went a
year ago, right, and now a year later they're in disarray.
So I don't know what the reading do it. I
do think, you know. And then Oklahoma City, the team
they've beaten the championship at the Cup last year, went
on to win the NBA Championship. So I do think
there's a part that it plays. It kind of gets

(19:35):
you playoff ready at a time, and the lead calendar
that has not really ever been compelling because it is
so early and we're only a quarter of the way
a third of the way through the season with a
lot of basketball to go. So I think I think
you take it for what it is. It's it's a
It's an end season tournament where you had to work
hard and probably up your level of Cup competition and

(19:58):
work and everything that goes into winning. You had to
probably ramp it up a couple of degrees. They did,
they want it. They beat a very good San Antonio team,
and I think there's some pride in there, and they
showed it afterwards. And I think we're all still trying
to get our minds around what it means, how valuable
it can be, and what it's worth.

Speaker 7 (20:19):
Right now.

Speaker 8 (20:19):
What it's worth I think is, hey, we're in the
right direction. This is a nice mid season accomplishment. We
faced the competition we were facing and we beat them
and we want it, so I think there's always something
to be said about that.

Speaker 3 (20:31):
All right, Chiefs Titans for TV? Which is the answer
to where will Kevin be for TV? Sunday Monday nights,
San Francisco, Indianapolis. That's a big game in the NFC
West as well for Hawk fans to keep an eye on.

five bucks. We said, give you a little bit of
a break right just for evolving markets things like that.
We'll pick one person that's got the pro upper answer
and give away a pair of seats for tomorrow. We
got some breaking news more to get to in college football.
We told you earlier at the Huskies wide receiver raidon
Vines Bright was entering the transfer portal. Now the news

(23:15):
comes out that Adam Mohammad is in the transfer portal
from Utah. But I can just I could literally hear
somebody listening Dick to the radio station going what Adam
Mohammad's in the portal. Who was all set to be
maybe you're starting running back next season? But god, I
hadn't even thought of this. You look back at the
Boise State game. He had two carries in the bowl game.

(23:36):
Two after carrying the ball fifty two times against Purdue,
UCLA and Oregon, and all of a sudden, he gets
two carries against Boise State. So Adam Mohammed, Raidon Vines, Bright,
Devin Bryant, Zach Henning, a bunch of guys now in
the portal for you, Dub.

Speaker 6 (23:55):
I see three potential reasons for this, and I don't
know which one it is, all right, One he knows
something about Jedfish. Two he knows that Jedfish is bringing
in a stud running back to replace him.

Speaker 4 (24:09):
Yeah, potentially.

Speaker 6 (24:10):
Or three he's like, hey, I just want to be
a free agent for a couple of weeks and see
what my worth is out there.

Speaker 3 (24:18):
Or number four, he's asked for a raise from U
DUB and they're not giving it to him. You know,
he wants more money and he's not getting it. I mean,
they might have to pay up to keep a lot
of guys on this football team, right I mean, I
don't know if these guys have multiple year deals Dick
or not. But is Demon Williams locked in for next
year already or is there a renegotiation going on behind

(24:39):
the scenes for his services for next year? I have
no idea. I don't know if he was on a
two year deal a one year deal. I got no clue.
What about Drew as a party who has now has
been a starter at right tackle for two years?

Speaker 4 (24:49):
What about getting gear and hatchet back?

Speaker 3 (24:51):
He's coming back next season after he got a waiver
from the NCAA.

Speaker 4 (24:55):
Who else can we name? What about Jed?

Speaker 3 (24:57):
About Jacob on On and what about Tarika Buddha next year?
Aren't there guys that are getting raises for next season?
Probably probably does demand deserve a raise for next season.

Speaker 4 (25:09):
I mean, it just depends on what other teams are.

Speaker 6 (25:11):
Offering right right right now, that's right. But I mean
Jed on the air just did say that, you don't
have to. You asked him flat out on the air
if should I expect Demon Williams to be the quarterback
in twenty twenty six and he said yes, yeah, yeah, he.

Speaker 4 (25:23):
Did say that. So I again, I don't know, man,
I mean, I don't know what to believe. I don't
know who to believe.

Speaker 3 (25:29):
I just think that this is again exactly what we
talked about half an hour ago, that this is the
time of the year, especially from today up until January second,
when the transfer portal actually opens, that there's going to
be a lot of guys leaving, and there's going to
be a lot of people annoyed at the amount of
players that are leaving Washington. Some of them can come back,

(25:51):
as you guys said earlier, right, you can dip his
toe in the water, see what's out there, and then
maybe return. We'll mentioned, well Rogers did it right when
Jedfish got when Kaylen left for Alabama, Will Rogers was
on the sideline at the Michigan.

Speaker 4 (26:08):
Game in uniform. He just can write.

Speaker 3 (26:10):
Yeah, he wasn't in pads, but he had his jersey
right right, he was on the bench. I got a
picture of him on the bench at the Michigan game.
There's your next stand.

Speaker 4 (26:16):
Right in front of me him.

Speaker 3 (26:16):
Which was really weird, right because here was a guy
that was playing like a month earlier for Mississippi State
and now he's on your bench rooting on the Huskies
in the National Championship game, Kayln leaves for Alabama and
then he goes in the portal. Jed Fish gets hired
and he comes out of the portal to play football
for Jedfish in his first year as a Husky head coach.

(26:38):
So it doesn't mean it's over, obviously. I think losing
out of Muhammad would be a little bit of a blow.
I think he's a good player and he was all
set to be your starting quarterback, unless, of course, they
believe that Jordan Washington would just go right past him.

Speaker 6 (26:50):
While I'm worried that Jed won't be here for a
long period of time, the one thing that doesn't worry
me is Jed's ability to fill a roster with talent,
which means if Adam Maha leaves, I firmly believe that
Jedfish has in place a plan to get either a
Adam Mohammad like or a better than Adam Muhammed runner.

Speaker 3 (27:10):
And I agree with that. But do we believe that
they're robbing Peter to pay Paul because they need other players?
They have other holes on this football team, Like you
know what I would love to have on this team
for next year, a badass tight end.

Speaker 4 (27:22):
That'd be incredible. Nice have a phenomenal tight end.

Speaker 3 (27:25):
I'd love to have a big time edge rusher, A
big time defensive tackle would be great on this football
team next year. So because we have to give guys
raises to stick around, are we just robbing Peter to
pay Paul?

Speaker 5 (27:38):
Right?

Speaker 3 (27:38):
Like you lost gout. I forgot the guy's name already.
I feel like a schmuck. The defensive back that went
to North Carolina? What was his name again?

Speaker 4 (27:44):
Dick?

Speaker 3 (27:45):
Sorry not Kamari House. The other guy. We had two
guys that went to Carolina, two guys. Who is the
freaking defensive back Dixon? Thaddius Dixon. Daddius Dixon takes off
and you get to Carrio Davis, right, So, because you're
just going from Dixon Todavis, and I don't know how
much Davis made compared to what Thaddeus was making, I

(28:06):
have no idea, which is another complaint. I'd love to
see all this be public. By the way, are you
just robin Peter to pay Paul with these guys?

Speaker 4 (28:13):
Man? So, I don't know, we'll see.

Speaker 3 (28:14):
It's almost like we've spent the last five minutes reacting
to it, and it's not even worth almost reacting to
not yet, because you need to see what the roster
looks like when it's all said and bank you with
the behind the curtain thing totally just we please, just
don't let me talk about this anymore, all right, truelinkswear

You know, it's very rare where this guy comes on
the radio show and he's not bearing gifts for the audience.

Speaker 4 (29:55):
And that is again the case tonight.

Speaker 3 (29:58):
I can't remember the last time Anthony bay rud the
Venue King was on the air with us and do
not have something to give away on the radio program.
They call them the Santa Claus of Canada. And he's
with us right now. Back on kjar Thevenue King himself
from Venue Kings dot com. Our friend Anthony bay Rudy,
how are you man, great buddy? Yeah, great to have

(30:21):
you back on the show. Big Game tomorrow, which we'll
talk about in a second. Give away some tickets which
we'll talk about in a second, but before we talk NFL,
before we talk Hawks and Rams tomorrow night. A big
story came out right there a couple of days ago
about how much they're charging for World.

Speaker 4 (30:35):
Cup tickets in Seattle.

Speaker 3 (30:37):
Explain to people how this all works when they can
start getting World Cup tickets on your website, why they're
so expensive when they can get them through the public sale,
just the floors yours. Talk to us about World Cup
tickets and how much they're gonna cost, and when we
can start getting our hands on them.

Speaker 5 (30:57):
Yeah, mostly international corruption is the actual answer. But they
started with the VIP packaging, scared the hell out everybody,
made everybody think it was three thousand bucks for every game.
Didn't want anybody to know what games you were buying
them for, so you just buy blindly, and a lot
of people did that. So they robbed a bunch of
people for that. Then they started releasing uh premium regular tickets,

(31:21):
which were a little bit cheaper but still a terrible idea.
And then they started releasing regular tickets, but bad options
for those regular tickets. And then the finally now getting
to the sand of your country tickets, which is obviously
if you're American, you want to watch some American games,
and so those tickets will be given at lightly cheaper

(31:43):
price to what they announced yesterday. So if you can
get some of those, that's a great value. I'm not
telling anybody. Usually I tell people like, if you had
asked me for Seahawks, I would have told you buy early,
you're gonna get a great deal. Some of this seems
actually pretty good. You're gonna you're gonna want to buy
early on Seahawks. Whereas for World Cup, I'd say just wait,
wait a couple of months. There's no rush. You want

(32:05):
to make sure you're available, you're in town on those days.

Speaker 7 (32:08):
You know.

Speaker 5 (32:08):
Now that they have the schedule mostly released, it's nice.
There's still some games around the different places where you
don't know exactly who's playing in which games, so I
would wait until you know who's playing in the games
before you start making decisions. But the ticket prices have
come down dramatically, I think there's still another leg down.

(32:28):
I'm usually the buyer early guy, but for this one,
I would I would just say, just hang out and
wait and see what happens, and then you can get
whatever you want. We'll definitely have all lots of options
for you, and then you get stuck off.

Speaker 6 (32:38):
Do you think it would be good to wait literally
until the day of day before a game if you're
like me and I'm not a rabbit soccer fan, but
think it would be really cool to say that I
went to a World Cup game and I just want
to get into the building. Is that maybe Is it
even twelve to twenty four hours before the game the
right time or is.

Speaker 4 (32:55):
That too late?

Speaker 5 (32:57):
I think there's going to be some games aren't going
to pop big time. I think there's a couple like
probably like ten games across North America that'll just explode,
like they'll just be huge. And then there's a whole
bunch of games that will probably be very affordable as
they get closer to So for those that's that's one
of the reasons why you wouldn't know like right now.
For example, the first game of the whole thing, if
Italy wins, it's gonna be Italy can out of in

(33:19):
Toronto in a thirty five thousand per stay, and so
that would be an absolute mustard. But if you bought
that now you're already buying it at lea's gonna win. Well,
if they don't win, it's gonna be some random country
playing and it's not gonna be worth anything. So you
want to know who you're playing and what countries are
in the games before you start spending big money. And
definitely there will be some games where a non soccer
fan that just wants to go chantle the World Cup

(33:40):
can go to and get a good value on that
for sure. But yeah, so for those, you want to
be patient for some stuff. If you know you want
to be there and you can afford it, I think
it's always good to book some of those, But for sure,
wait a month or two from mento before you pull
the trigger in anything. In my opinion, Yeah, like.

Speaker 3 (33:54):
I said, ticket prices usually come down, they come down dramatically,
and heck they came down dramatically for the Mariners playlayoff games.

Speaker 4 (34:00):
For sure.

Speaker 3 (34:01):
By game time it was bananas how cheap some tickets
were for some of those games. But Anthony bay Rudy
is with us, Anthony, we got the Hawks, we got
the Rams. Tomorrow, big gigantic game, on Thursday Night Football.
Before we get your thoughts on the market, we've been
asking people to text in what they think the get
in price is going to be for tomorrow when you

(34:21):
made your appearance at five point forty five, What is
the get in price right now for tomorrow's RAM game?

Speaker 5 (34:27):
Two six dollars six?

Speaker 3 (34:31):
All right, Andrews, grab me somebody plus re minus five
bucks that texted in two oh six. We'll give a
pair of tickets for tomorrow's game. Courtesy of Anthony bay Rudy.
I mean that's pretty strong, right, that's a pretty solid
market for tomorrow night's game. So if people are considering
your game, yeah, if they want to go though, like
Dick always asks, so they just get them now or

(34:51):
wait until four o'clock tomorrow and hope the market comes down.

Speaker 5 (34:55):
I think Rain has been priced into this. It was
clear Sky's guarantee. I think it's probably a three hundred
dollars ticket. So I'm not sure how much cheap of
this thing gets if the winner somehow doesn't ran. I
think a single top quite a bit, to be honest
with you, So I think you're getting some good value
right now at two oh six. I don't see it
going much lower. It was cheaper before it's gone up
because this obviously is a monster game.

Speaker 4 (35:16):
Like you said, how does it work with playoffs?

Speaker 6 (35:19):
Now, I've we've already had Softian, I've already had to
play pay for playoff tickets even though if we don't
even know if we're going to have a playoff game
at home, How does it work with you guys when
you know the Seahawks are going to make the playoffs,
you just don't know if they're going to have a
home game.

Speaker 4 (35:30):
When would be able to buy tickets from you guys?
For those those are.

Speaker 5 (35:34):
On the site right now. You can buy those. If
the game doesn't happen, you get an automatic full refund.
So it's it's we're not holding your money for months
like some companies up. Yeah, right away and uh and
we'll take carry, no problem whatsoever. So we'll we'll definitely
take carry even to buy them right now. You know,
there's a good chance we do have a home game,
So hopefully we can finish the season strong and get

(35:55):
a win tomorrow. We got to win tomorrow. We're a
good spun.

Speaker 4 (35:57):
Yeah, no doubt.

Speaker 3 (35:58):
All right, we'll announce the winner of the tickets by
the way segment. But to Anthony, you mentioned it right there, man,
there is competition in this industry, why should people choose
Venue Kings dot Com sell it.
