Duran in the morning shows jingle Ball Diaries. We are
live in the Mercedes Benz Interview Lounge. Gandhi, I'm Danielle
and I'm very excited because.

Wow. I am not gonna lie, but Soda Pop was
my favorite song from K pop Demon Hunters. Really that Gandhi.

Speaker 2 (00:30):
She was so obsessed with a song. She said it,
and when we saw that we were gonna talk to you,
I said, oh my god, but he did the song
that you loved.

Speaker 3 (00:36):
Yeah, oh my god. Oh I love you. Thank you
for streaming and adding to you know, our numbers on
the streams of the charts.

Speaker 2 (00:44):
I love it.

Speaker 1 (00:46):
Yet, So wait, am I hearing that there will really
be a Saja boys going like on tour and doing stuff.

Speaker 3 (00:52):
I mean, nothing that I've heard of yet, but that's
you know, if we did, that'd be really special.

Speaker 1 (00:58):
I think that'd be amazing.

Speaker 2 (01:00):
Did you have any idea when you guys were creating
this piece that it was going to take over the
way that it did?

Speaker 3 (01:07):
Not like it did that's for sure. We knew it
was very special. I wanted to take part of this
project because it meant so much to me personally as
a creat American artist who rarely saw myself, you know,
in the media and the mainstream on the big screen
and especially in the animated films. So for me to
really be a role model for all these young kids

out there and the next generation is really really an
honor for me. Wow.

Speaker 1 (01:33):
Was there a moment though that you went, Wow, Now
I know how special this movie is. Like, what happened?
What one moment happened?

Speaker 3 (01:41):
Well, we got five Grammy nominations, No big deal. I'm
like freaking out inside still. But also when Djokovic did
the soda pop dance, Yeah, in front of the whole
world at the US Open.

Speaker 2 (01:54):
That's crazy.

Speaker 3 (01:55):
I lost my mind, insane.

Speaker 2 (01:58):
So I was gonna ask a question somewhat like that.
You've had to have some pinch me moments because this
blew up. Has there been a celebrity or something that
happened where you thought, oh my god, yo, okay, back
to this, who was it?

Speaker 3 (02:09):
Two days ago?

Speaker 2 (02:10):
Two days ago?

Speaker 3 (02:10):
So I was at the time a year in time event,
and I performed Soda Pop in front of Leonardo dicapt
He was one of the hones of that evening and
I had the pleasure to so did he know? Did
he not? He?

Speaker 1 (02:27):
How do you not know? It?

Speaker 3 (02:29):
It was insane and.

Speaker 1 (02:30):
We're doing K pop Demon Hunters too, But why do
we have to wait till like twenty twenty nine?

Speaker 3 (02:34):
Oh my god? Right, I do want to ask the
same question. We're all waiting here and the boys needs
and they could come back.

Speaker 1 (02:41):
Yes, boys just need their own film, right spin off?

Speaker 2 (02:47):
Oh you heard it here first in the Mercedes Ben's interview,
we talked you. I didn't say anything. I just went
ooh yeah, yeah, yeah you should like. Yeah, thank you
