Speaker 1 (00:01):
To transmitting.
Speaker 2 (00:11):
Welcome to Friday Show. We got a big one morning
studio morning, and he told us that maybe you could
go to a public library and get cheaper plane tickets.
Speaker 1 (00:21):
Yeah, and that's what I've seen people online say it
works for them. So I went to test it out myself.
Speaker 2 (00:26):
You went to library public.
Speaker 1 (00:27):
Library, looked up the exact flight I had looked up
at home on my laptop. I didn't clear my cookies,
I didn't do anything, and knows everything about me, my
spending habits, how many times I've looked up the flight before.
So I thought, if I go to a public library,
it's a clean slate. I'm just just a person trying
to book a flight. And it was the same, exact price,
(00:50):
the same, the same. So either I got extremely unlucky
and someone had just been at the public library before
me looking up similar flights, or this is a scam,
or I don't even know if you call it a scam.
It's just a way to get views and likes and
(01:12):
people in disbelief of what you're telling them, and then
they waste time going to the public library to try
it out.
Speaker 2 (01:18):
Sometimes these things on TikTok will happen and people won't
even go do them. They'll just make a video saying
they did them because they know that's starting to be
the thing, and so they'll get a bunch of clicks
and follows because of that.
Speaker 1 (01:27):
Well, I should make a video saying I went to
test it out, and then I could do my screenshot
from the public library computer and my screenshot for mine
and say these are exactly the same.
Speaker 2 (01:38):
You should do one of each and see which gets
more likes. You should do one that says I went
to the public library and I got such a cheaper ticket. Wow,
it's true. Upload. Then the second one guys, I did
it and it's the exact same. Don't believe what people
are saying.
Speaker 1 (01:52):
Look, check out the cost of this plane ticket. That
is not a deal. That is not a deal. That's
a they're so expensive. And that's exactly I thought. That's why.
That's why I thought, if there's ever a time to
go test out this library hack, now is the time,
because I could all use a deal on flights.
Speaker 2 (02:14):
That's a flight, Is that a that's not a one
way though.
Speaker 1 (02:18):
That's round trip?
Speaker 2 (02:18):
Yeah, okay, yeah, that's really expensive. There's a story of
bride in Utah setting fire to the church the day
before ceremony. What do you think she was saying by that?
Speaker 1 (02:29):
Okay, a bride in Utah set fire to the church
the day before her wedding. Did she want like a
deal or a discount?
Speaker 2 (02:39):
No, I think she doesn't want to get married, So
I she burns the church down, she doesn't have to
get married.
Speaker 1 (02:43):
I don't know if this is a wedding hack.
Speaker 2 (02:45):
I mean, that's one way to cancel a wedding.
Speaker 1 (02:47):
Right, Yeah, that's one way to do it.
Speaker 2 (02:51):
I'll read you some of this. This Utah bride is
in jail because she set fire to the church that
she was getting married in. Her name is Tessa, so
they get her for arson. She went to the church.
They say that the groom family members that were setting
up for the wedding at the church building, the fire
alarm goes off. One of the people grab water from
(03:12):
the wedding decorations, one grabbed a fire extinguisher. They started
investigating and they found she did it with a tampong.
And the twist she did not obtain a marriage license
for her own wedding that was to occur the following day.
But after the fire, she had lied stating she had
she never wanted to get married. Is it one of
(03:34):
those where you say yes when someone proposes, and then
you're embarrassed to say no, and so then you just
go forward with the wedding.
Speaker 1 (03:40):
So it's worth jail time? Not to me, I mean,
I guess it's not rational thinking. It's just saying no
seems so much easier than an arson charge.
Speaker 2 (03:52):
Saying no does. But I don't think you're comparing it
to the arson charge. I think it just snowballs so much, right, and.
Speaker 1 (03:57):
Then you feel stuck and you're like, what.
Speaker 2 (03:59):
Do I do? It would be tough if you were
going to get married to someone. So let's say we
were getting married and I realized two thirds of the
way through up to the wedding, I didn't want to
get married anymore. But everybody had already accepted invitations, we
had it planned, people were coming. Then we have to
let everybody know. So you just go ahead and do
it and hopefully you deal with the I bet you
(04:19):
there's a lot of people that do that.
Speaker 1 (04:20):
Oh, I would say that's probably twenty percent of marriages.
Speaker 2 (04:26):
Is that too, you know anybody that I can't.
Speaker 1 (04:29):
Just feel like I feel like there's more people doubting
it when they're walking down the aisle than they want
to admit, and they.
Speaker 2 (04:36):
Do it cold feet. I think cold feat's different than
full cold body internal organs three weeks before.
Speaker 1 (04:44):
I think there are some mental gymnastics happening, and you
just convince yourself, yes, there's cool. There's doubt, but yes,
you look around and see all the people, all the
things you were just saying, and then you're like, I'm
going to power through. And then you know you have babies,
and now you're like, well, then you have power through
and then you die. Well, some people maybe make it
(05:06):
till death, or then they figure out, okay, I'm going
to get divorced.
Speaker 2 (05:09):
Now. You think twenty percent a couple of weeks, and.
Speaker 1 (05:12):
Maybe that was a little high, but I think my
point in saying that is it's higher than we would think.
Speaker 2 (05:17):
So I think my advice would be if you're a
week out or three days out and you really feel
like you need to cancel this wedding because there are
some reasons that you should not get married. You're going
to be much happy you're with yourself later if you
just do it, even if everybody's already in town for
the wedding. Yes, just cancel the wedding. I know it
(05:38):
feels almost too large to fail. You can't let the
wedding not happen because you just paid all this money,
all these people are in town. It's embarrassing. But you
in three years is going to be so happy that you,
three years ago called off that wedding.
Speaker 1 (05:54):
And you maybe you don't want to hurt the person
that you're marrying, you know, because that's a just because
you don't want to be with them. I mean, you
still don't want to hurt them. And like you said,
embarrass embarrass them.
Speaker 2 (06:07):
Well, it's embarrassing for you to me. It's embaressing for
everybody if you have to cancel a wedding, especially if
it's not infidelity.
Speaker 1 (06:13):
I mean, if they're if you're if you're suddenly not
attracting them because yes they've cheated or they're an awful person,
then okay, fine.
Speaker 2 (06:19):
They might be. To put that in the notice.
Speaker 1 (06:21):
They might be a really good person, and you're just like, oh, shoot,
I don't think I want to spend the rest of
my life with them.
Speaker 2 (06:26):
That'd be way harder.
Speaker 1 (06:27):
So you don't want to hurt them.
Speaker 2 (06:28):
That'd be way harder if someone does cheat on you
and you have to cancel the wedding. But I put
that in the message, hey we'll canceled the wedding due
to infidelity to Clent being a jerk cheated, because then
I think everybody's more understanding of why you just cancel
the wedding, because otherwise, if you just go, hey, well
we're canceling it, we don't feel like it's right at
this time, they're just going to insert that into their story. Anyway.
(06:50):
I read a story about what celebrities were surprisingly rude
in real life, and so I have the list. Now
this is a single person's interaction with the celebrity. So
what I'm gonna do is I'm gonna tell you the
celebrity what the person said about them, and then defended
them the best I can. Because if you meet anybody once,
(07:10):
they could be having a bad day, they could be sick,
you could be having a bad day and just interpret
their actions wrong. So here we go. Number one, Will
Ferrell quote a complete jerk. When I encountered him, I
didn't even know with him until after the interaction. He
was dressed in ski gear, So anybody I know that's
met Will Ferrell. They have said he is always in character,
especially if he's doing something in character, and he doesn't
(07:30):
break for any reason whatsoever. Also, he's in ski gear.
I don't know, is he vacationing with his family? And
if you're with your kids, people shouldn't come up to you,
So that would be my defense there.
Speaker 3 (07:42):
Okay.
Speaker 2 (07:42):
Number two, Ariana Grande. She alled my brother while he
was a custodian at Disney. Okay, I'm fine with that.
I hear she's not nice. Oh yeah, I'm just gonna
go with that one.
Speaker 1 (07:50):
I was somewhere in that when she did so.
Speaker 2 (07:52):
I don't know.
Speaker 1 (07:52):
We were at Madison Square Garden for something I heard
she was.
Speaker 2 (07:56):
Okay, yeah, I'm not defending that one. I've just heard that.
If there's some Terreble story.
Speaker 1 (08:00):
Yeah, I encountered someone that had just had to work
with her like five minutes before backstage, and they were
like a worst experience of my life.
Speaker 2 (08:08):
The next one, Morgan Freeman, my brother in law, served
in popcorn at our local movie theater. He attempted to
compliment Morgan to what she replied, butter my dang popcorn.
Here's my defense. He's old. Let him go. He's old.
Old people say stuff like that, is he eighty? Any
eighty year old don't want you talking to him? He's old.
You get an old pass? Nine. Oh yeah I do.
Speaker 1 (08:30):
I'm definite pass.
Speaker 2 (08:32):
Next up, Millie Bobby Brown paid three hundred dollars to
meet her. She said hello to the person in front
and behind, but didn't even look or speak to me.
I'm gonna say that's a lie. There's no way that
she's doing a meet and greet where you paid three
hundred dollars for a meet and greet and she totally
ignored you unless you did something that made her feel uncomfortable.
(08:54):
There is no way that's happened. I don't know her. Also,
kids kind of get a pass because, especially when they
get famous really young, because they're just immature brain. They think, wow,
this is how life is. I get to be as
mean as I want. Some adult ears need to develop them.
There's no way that's a true story based on what
it is. Next, Taylor Swift. She rolled her eyes in
me during a meet and greet in two thousand and nine.
(09:16):
Zero percent chance that what she did is that, as
to what you wrote, she could have rolled her eyes
at something. It could have been a joke I've seen.
I've never seen anyone as perfect outwardly professionally as Taylor
Swift or Garth Brooks. There is no way in a
meet and greet, especially a meet and greet, she's going
(09:38):
to act like that. Zero percent chance. So I think
you're the jerk. All right, Next up, Carrie Underwood. Anyone
backstage at the Grand Ole Opry can confirm this. Okay,
I've been backstage at the grand Ole Opry and perform
there twenty times, many times the carry Underwood. I do
not confirm this, So if anyone can, I will not.
(09:58):
I think what at times people misunderstand about Carrie is
when she's not on a microphone, she is extremely shy.
She is not someone that is a big outward personality
when she's not on a microphone singing or talking, And
so I can see where people would go, oh, carry anyway,
I think she's too good. No, no, no, she's a very
shy person.
Speaker 1 (10:17):
Yeah, I think they're misinterpreting, like you said, her shyness
and just being quiet.
Speaker 2 (10:22):
Chapel Roone. She's coming to my work twice and I
was rude both times. Yeah, probably but she's also pretty
open about that, like just rude. Even Mendez literally pulled
the don't you know who I am lying on me? Yeah?
Maybe I don't know. I don't have any stories there,
but I'm telling you the Carrie the Tailor. I would
(10:44):
argue that Millie Bobby Brown, those just are not true.
And I don't know Millie Bobby Brown from Stranger Things,
but I'm gonna tell you she didn't pay attention to
person in front and behind during a meet and greet
and totally ignore you for no reason.
Speaker 1 (10:58):
Especially if you paid three hundred dollars.
Speaker 2 (11:00):
There for no reason. There is no way there. So
those are root celebrities. Those articles are often unfair because
it's one person. They're quoting, one random person on the
internet who's just writing something. Raymondo said, an email went
out about a company poll party. Now I've not heard
of this. What's happening?
Speaker 4 (11:21):
Yeah, so it's for the end of summer and all
the employees are invited, and people have already started accepting,
saying their tentative declining, and then like I'd say, two
dozen people still haven't responded.
Speaker 2 (11:33):
What's the poll party? Where's the pool?
Speaker 4 (11:34):
It looks like at one of the bosses places, and
there's parking, and this neighborhood is real nice.
Speaker 2 (11:41):
Yeah, but don't park across the street. Yeah it said
it goes.
Speaker 4 (11:44):
You gotta park directly in front of the house, not
across the street.
Speaker 1 (11:48):
Yeap Oka.
Speaker 2 (11:49):
Wait, so a boss is having a bunch of people
over to their house to have a poll party. I
believe the entire office.
Speaker 5 (11:56):
Yo.
Speaker 1 (11:56):
Wait, did you?
Speaker 3 (11:57):
I don't know.
Speaker 1 (11:57):
I don't have this email.
Speaker 2 (11:59):
I don't have the email. We're all invited.
Speaker 1 (12:02):
I mean, I'm sure we are, but I need to go.
Speaker 4 (12:04):
Scuba didn't get it. I forwarded to Scuba as well.
But I mean, we're talking in the summer banger at
the boss's place.
Speaker 1 (12:10):
Okay, so are we gonna go?
Speaker 2 (12:12):
I don't want to see everybody in a swimsuit who
I see in the office. That's a different level of
intimacy that I'm not here for. I don't care about.
Oh us, I'm talking about all the people walking on
the halls. I'm good. It's not even what they it's
not even how they look. It's just I don't I'm good.
I don't want to see everybody. All the dudes and
they're no And it was a.
Speaker 6 (12:33):
Little weird, but there are some that I wouldn't mind seeing.
Speaker 1 (12:37):
Okay, okay, So here's an idea. Why don't we have
our own pool party at your house?
Speaker 7 (12:44):
Oh?
Speaker 2 (12:44):
That is an idea, not a good I'm I'm not
a poll party guy.
Speaker 1 (12:49):
You had remember that one?
Speaker 2 (12:51):
Yeah, we had a red raybond his birthday in my house.
Wanted a poll party?
Speaker 1 (12:54):
Was that his birthday?
Speaker 2 (12:55):
Yes?
Speaker 1 (12:56):
And you I mean you j yeah, the kids come golly,
that was those were the days. What was that like,
twenty seventeen or something.
Speaker 2 (13:06):
Yeah, COVID changed me ten years ago.
Speaker 1 (13:09):
That was the last party had.
Speaker 2 (13:11):
No, it's the last party. The first we had a
massive Christmas party all Las Vegas, had all the tables
and table games.
Speaker 1 (13:19):
Yes, you see, well that's post cop that's you and Kaitlin.
Speaker 2 (13:22):
Like yeah, but you're saying that's the last party we had.
That is true, that's it's inaccurate.
Speaker 1 (13:27):
You're right, okay, the last pool party.
Speaker 2 (13:30):
I don't like people over.
Speaker 1 (13:34):
I know what thinking fact that's so wid like not
even with because because Caitlin having a partner changes people
and like, yes, of course you don't always like having
people over, but she does, and.
Speaker 2 (13:43):
I don't like cleaning.
Speaker 1 (13:44):
I like people and my stuff, so let's just go
pre Kaitlin. It is crazy to think back that you.
I mean you went all out.
Speaker 2 (13:52):
There was grilling machine DJ. I think it's the DJ twice.
But it was pretty cool. I have DJ.
Speaker 3 (13:57):
Yeah, it was fun.
Speaker 2 (13:58):
Yeah, it's good. I think we did two because we
did one for that that wasn't raise birthday. One that
was race birthday. Two different houses. But who's going to
the company pool party? Who wants to go?
Speaker 6 (14:11):
I was thinking about it. I mean it seems like
a fun activity.
Speaker 2 (14:15):
Did kids get to come?
Speaker 6 (14:16):
That was the question I have emailed waiting for responcis.
Speaker 1 (14:19):
I would assume not.
Speaker 2 (14:20):
I would assume not to. Well, if it's an adult
work pool party where there's alcohol, I would assume kids
aren't able to come. But I don't know, right, you're
going and a three thirty pm to five pm? That
is perfect for me on a Friday.
Speaker 1 (14:34):
It's it's an hour and a half.
Speaker 2 (14:37):
Two hours? Yeah, no, three? What five thirty? Okay? Five?
I'm going to sit this one out. But next one,
let me know, guys, Yeah, I may want I may
want to hop in the next one. Hey, good for
them for trying, though, I guess forever nothing was going on.
I got a message from someone. I saw this on
Tuesday in the comments of the Bobby Bone Show, Oh Instagram,
(15:01):
and I was talking about how John Stamos is no
longer coming to Nashville because he had done my podcast.
That thing went viral and he said he's coming to
town whenever the Beach Boys come to town. And my
story was, he's not coming anymore, and so we posted
that clip. John writes, Bobby's obsession with John is insanely wild.
He's clearly bringing up he's not coming and hopes John
just goes on the show regardless. Bobby's getting weirder by
(15:22):
the day with his love for John Stamos.
Speaker 1 (15:26):
I didn't assign any of that to.
Speaker 2 (15:28):
Me either, you It all was just part of a story.
Right he came on, it went viral. We started texting.
He said I'm coming to town. I said, oh, I
may go. He's not coming to town. I closed it.
Why do people write stuff like that? I think, what
do you think John's motivation?
Speaker 1 (15:44):
Wasn't writing that John's obsessed with John or me or you.
Speaker 2 (15:51):
Anyway, John Stamos is it coming?
Speaker 1 (15:54):
And I'm sad.

Speaker 2 (22:32):

Speaker 2 (23:23):
Ish stuff. What's state capital? I feel like Pierre.
Speaker 1 (23:26):
I feel like Louisiana has gotta be something like shreepoor
a bouton Rouge, one of the towns I've heard of, Pierre.
Speaker 2 (23:34):
Mon five seconds.
Speaker 1 (23:36):
I don't know Pierre Pierre, Louisiana, South Dakota.
Speaker 2 (23:43):
That's hard. Wow, But let's go. We're still doing it
all right. We are sudden death. You get three questions.
Here we go, Yes, say your name? Speed around? You
get three here Classic television, Here we go in the
show who's the boss? Who was the boss? Amy, the
mom in the name.
Speaker 3 (24:05):
Tony Danza and diet he would talk?
Speaker 2 (24:07):
Correct Eddie Angela Angela. The next category shows that start
with the what HBO series takes place in a luxury resort.
We're wealthy guests, say Amy.
Speaker 3 (24:25):
The White Lotus?
Speaker 2 (24:26):
Correct? Amy, good one, Dang, I never even call it
the white Lotus either. Final speed round question for the
first point of the season. The category is famous Artists.
What pop art icon is famous for? Campbell, soup cans
and Marilyn Monroe, Prince Eddie, Eddie, Andy Warhol? Correct winner,
(24:49):
Who's the guy that does all the no no no?
The classic American. You know where they're eating at the
dinner table? Oh, in the fifties, because who I first thought.
Speaker 3 (25:00):
Who'd you say? Who'd you say? You said? I know
who you're talking about?
Speaker 1 (25:05):
They talk, they reference it all the time of like
if you sit down and have this perfect family Thanksgiving
dinner's picturesque like this guy, I know.
Speaker 3 (25:12):
What you're talking about, Eddie?
Speaker 2 (25:13):
Oh like.
Speaker 3 (25:17):
Rockefeller?
Speaker 2 (25:20):
What is it? It's wow? Okay, let's go, Eddie Goodwin?
Wanta know? Wanta know? That's easy? Trivia? Nice shots? Anonymous?
A question to be Hello, Bobby Bones. I've been at
(25:49):
my job for almost three years. I've not got a
raise since I was hired. I like where I work.
I don't want to come across as ungrateful or money hungry,
but I know my responsibilities have grown a lot since
I started. The problem is I have no idea I
was supposed to ask for a raise. I'm worried if
I asked too soon, I'm looking titled. If I never ask,
I could be leaving money on the table. How's it
appropriate to ask? Signed still waiting for my raise? I
(26:13):
think this is a question that a lot of people
deal with. First of all, what I would encourage you
to do is build your case before you even walk
in the room. So you want to have information and
you don't want to lead with I need more money.
You want to have the meeting and you want to
say things like, hey, here's what I've accomplished, here's the
value that I feel like I've created for the job here,
(26:35):
and based on that, I feel like it would be
fair if I ask for blank. I also think timing
is a big part of it. Go in after something
that goes well, after you did something wonderfully rite for
the company or for the boss. Go in whenever you've
accomplished something when the company is doing well. Heck, if
(26:57):
the boss is having a good day, if they get
to meet that decision. So many times the boss doesn't
get to make the decision, they have to go to
somebody and ask too. So you definitely want to time
that to where when you're going in, they're feeling good
as well. You also want to be specific. You don't
want to say, can I have a raise? You want
to go in with your plan and the day is good,
and you want to say this is why, and this,
(27:19):
based on my information, is what I deserve. Also, the
hardest thing. You got to win it with evidence, not emotion.
If you're emotional, everybody's going to feel comfortable. You're gonna
feel comfortable, They're going to feel comfortable. The connection is
not going to be there. It's hard to talk in
data whenever you're crying or what other emotion with it, Yeah, yells, yep,
(27:44):
So you got to go in with no emotion. They've
also been in this situation where they've had to ask
for raises, and people are always asking them for raises.
So know that this is not some weird thing for
them as it is for you. It's so foreign to you.
And then be extremely conversational about it. But I would
have everything written that you want to say. It's not
even bad to go on with a notepad to have
all your points written down that you want to make
(28:05):
sure you hit. It is not unprofessional. That's what I
would say. Do and just know it is uncomfortable. It's
uncomfortable for every single person that's ever done it throughout
the history of time, and it will be uncomfortable forever.
But if you want things to happen in life, you've
got to get through the uncomfortableness of it. You only
grow after uncomfortableness. Even in physical life, you only it hurts,
(28:27):
but it hurts to grow, and.
Speaker 1 (28:29):
It may surprise you what they know about what you're making,
or what they don't know. In my twenties, at my
job before I got into radio with y'all, I had
to go ask my boss for a raise because I
had been given more responsibilities. And when I assessed everything
I was now doing and it was on my plate,
I thought, this isn't.
Speaker 3 (28:50):
Math, isn't mathing.
Speaker 1 (28:51):
So, like Bobby said, I put together all of my
new responsibilities that I had taken over since I first
got my pay contract, and I took all of that
to him and presented what I was making. And he
it's not that he wasn't dialed in, it's just someone
left the company, so I kind of got transferred in
and everybody has things that they're doing. And he said,
(29:12):
I'm so glad you brought this to my attention because
you absolutely should be making more. And I'm not saying
that's always going to be the case. But had I
not gone in there and asked, and I remember being
so nervous about it, then I probably would have stayed
at that Hey, I was at for easily another year.
And all it took was me going in and taking
initiative and sharing like, hey, I've taken over this person's
responsibility since they left, so I think it's fair that
(29:33):
I get an increase in pay.
Speaker 2 (29:36):
And also it could very easily be know right now right,
but it's good to let them know that you're aware
of your value because then they will look because he
may not or she may not, depending on if your
boss MA and a woman know or be able to
give you a raise right now. I wrote out like
a script. It is a very easy one and we
could even copy and pastes on the website. You go
(29:57):
in and you say, I like talk about my compensation.
That's my last You have taken on additional responsibilities, including
lists the mountain. I've also accomplished blank. I think my
contributions have grown significantly, and based on that, I would
just like to have market for this role. And it's
okay to read that script. I wouldn't read the script,
that's why it's not that long. But your points, you
(30:18):
need your point. You can go in with a note
with your points on it.
Speaker 1 (30:21):
I wouldn't be like.
Speaker 3 (30:24):
Edie, can't be like I would like a race.
Speaker 2 (30:28):
Going like what I'm holding now, and you're going to
be like, so I wrote down some of the stuff
that I feel like has been a really great contribution
to the company. Here I have in January that I
sold three blowpops and the record was two last month.
So you can go absolutely going with that. Yeah, good luck.
Everybody feels uncofortable doing it, so you're not alone, but
you have to do it. There, you go, close it up.
(30:49):
We're going to spill the tea. It's not me who's
spilling it. The person wanted to remain anonymous, so this
is basically someone being a tattletee. They just didn't want
it to be known. It's them us. Is this audio Raymundo? Yep, okay,
they have changed their voice. Here is anonymous, spill the tea.
It appears it is salsa. Business is as successful as
(31:13):
we've been allowed to believe.
Speaker 7 (31:14):
Look at me, I'm saying, Walt's a saucer.
Speaker 9 (31:17):
But then you open the fridge at work and there's
like six jars you're sitting there, so it seems that
it makes all these jars so make it look like WHOA,
I'm successful.
Speaker 7 (31:28):
I got a great business.
Speaker 9 (31:30):
Nobody wants to buy them, so it just sticks them
the fridge at work and hope nobody will notice.
Speaker 7 (31:36):
Well, it turns out we noticed.
Speaker 2 (31:39):
Okay, kind of hard to hear, sounds like the devil.
So what I heard there from whomever was on the
voice changer is that you actually aren't selling all the
saucea you're claiming and they're just loading it up the fridge. Yeah,
that's that's a weird one.
Speaker 8 (31:54):
I'm not sure which jars of salsa this person has
seen in the fridge, because usually when I have orders,
I stor them in the fridge there before I can
deliver them. But they're usually in a bag or something,
so you really can't tell that they're salceas. But the
ones that are in the fridge have names on it,
and those are for people that need to pick them up.
Speaker 2 (32:11):
I haven't seen them yet.
Speaker 8 (32:12):
How many sauces have you sold, man? I would say
around fifty. I mean we're and orders, Like, if I
look at my DMS right now, there's probably sixty or
seventy orders in there, Oh wow, And I just I
can't keep up right now, I'm having to tell people
like just give me a couple of weeks I'll hit
you when they're ready.
Speaker 2 (32:28):
This is the ultimate sideh housele. Do you feel good
about it? Is the money good? I mean it's okay.
The money.
Speaker 8 (32:33):
The money is like, I mean, it's great because it
goes into it obviously, Like I mean, I don't have
to spend much money to buy jars or whatever anymore.
Now I'm kind of now I can collect a little bit.
It's nothing crazy, but it's a little something.
Speaker 3 (32:45):
Have you done the.
Speaker 1 (32:45):
Math on groceries, jars and profit.
Speaker 8 (32:50):
And I'm a businessman, of course I've done the math.
I've got it all on a chart and everything a jar?
Speaker 2 (32:56):
Yeah? Great question is that public knowledge? Who cares to
charge of twelve to fifty jar? Just feel like this
is the conversation that.
Speaker 1 (33:04):
You have because if he says he's making ten dollars
a jar, they were like that's great, Yeah, great for him.
Speaker 8 (33:10):
But yeah, I feel like we can talk about this
in the boardroom behind closed doors.
Speaker 2 (33:16):
It doesn't matter. If people like it, they're gonna pay
whatever you charge for it.
Speaker 8 (33:18):
I know I've had a little bit I've had comments
of like, hey, how much is it twelve fifty?
Speaker 2 (33:23):
Oh? Okay, well, I guess I'll just take one. You
know how fresh it is. You're making it super fresh
at home and bringing it to them.
Speaker 3 (33:29):
You're right whatever, I'll say my jar a sixteen ounce jar.
It wasn't all the.
Speaker 2 (33:33):
Way for I said jar was smaller than I thought
mine was too. When you opened that bar is sixteen ounce? Yeah,
I thought it was a tiny But that's guys, so
we thought.
Speaker 3 (33:40):
We were getting a sixteen ounce jar of salsa.
Speaker 8 (33:43):
Okay, let me ask you this. When you buy a
bag of chips, how many chips are in the not many?
Speaker 1 (33:47):
It's full of hound of full of air. But it
still gives the ounces on the bag.
Speaker 2 (33:51):
Yeah, that's the size of the bag. No see see
see Eddie opened a bag once with no no chipping it.
Speaker 9 (33:59):
You know what.
Speaker 3 (33:59):
That was mistake. But you're telling me if the bag says.
Speaker 1 (34:04):
Eight ounces, it's eight ounces including the air in the
bag too.
Speaker 2 (34:09):
I believe it's in the bag. I could.
Speaker 3 (34:12):
I think you know what chips in the bag?
Speaker 2 (34:16):
What do you think? Google that up. Let's get a
check in fact.
Speaker 1 (34:21):
Okay, I'm at ninety nine percent sure if you're buying
sixteen ounces of salsa, there is sixteen ounces of salsa.
Speaker 10 (34:28):
Jar.
Speaker 2 (34:29):
I think the jar closing ounce.
Speaker 1 (34:31):
No, guys, that means you could just get a sixteen
ounce jar, put eight ounces in there and sell people
sixteen ounces of salsa.
Speaker 2 (34:38):
That does when they buy it because I see that
it's low correct.
Speaker 3 (34:41):
Okay, right, but trust me, you're paying for sixteen.
Speaker 1 (34:45):
Ounces of salsa regardless, like if I want to pour
it out and measure it.
Speaker 2 (34:49):
Because we're netweight, hey of the whole thing. Yes, they're lying,
then I'm gonnay. Okay, I was wrong on on Amy team.
They're liars. Don't be a liar.
Speaker 8 (34:58):
You know what I bought yesterday? A tub of protein powder.
You know what, It's a huge tub. This thing was huge.
It's like a gallon size. You know how much protein
powder was in there?
Speaker 2 (35:08):
Half?
Speaker 1 (35:09):
Yes, But that just means their packaging is wasteful.
Speaker 2 (35:12):
That doesn't mean you're lying about the chips in So
that's all a lie, right, But it's all a lie.
The chips don't weigh that much. They don't weigh what's
in the bag.
Speaker 3 (35:20):
No, I do think they do if you were to
put them on a food scale.
Speaker 2 (35:23):
I'm up for that bet. Are you saying that I'm
scamming you with.
Speaker 1 (35:26):
The salsa I'm saying, I am saying I wasn't going
to bring it up, but since we're talking about price
per jar, I'm letting you know that I opened it
up and was like, oh, this isn't sixteen ounces.
Speaker 2 (35:39):
And I got the jar, I was like, oh, it's
the tenue. Were you satisfied with the product?
Speaker 1 (35:44):
It was good, but for twelve fifty Okay, see, y.
Speaker 2 (35:49):
Am, you're not helping me right now. Okay, what about
the voice? We don't know who that was. I know
who it was, but yeah, go ahead. What do you
think it was? I mean, come on, that's lunchbox. If
anybody to say it was in they can.
Speaker 3 (36:01):
But okay, well whatever. Why are there jars of salsa
in the that's a great question.
Speaker 2 (36:05):
No, people are picking them up. Did they have names
on it lunchbox?
Speaker 6 (36:08):
Nope, there's there's a picture.
Speaker 2 (36:15):
There's a picture on the group thread. Okay, uh, Eddie.
Is the business going as successfully as you thought? Dude?
We are thriving right now. Okay? Is it possibly the
person with the voice of jealousy? He doesn't have a business,
I would thriving. I would think that that's probably part
of the problem, and probably we're going to fill our
jars up a little more. Yes, we're gonna definitely work
on that. Okay, there we go. It's time for the
(36:36):
good news, Bobby. If you see a car down in
a ditch, what do you do?
Speaker 1 (36:46):
Pull over and see if they're okay?
Speaker 2 (36:47):
You do well?
Speaker 1 (36:49):
If I feel, I just but I don't ever normally
see one.
Speaker 2 (36:52):
I've seen cars in ditches. I just keep driving for
the most unless there's something like a massive smoke coming
out and nobody's there. See, I don't know. Let you
guys such a it's marian.
Speaker 8 (37:00):
You should probably check to see if someone's in there.
Speaker 2 (37:02):
But usually I can see you can see if someone's
in there.
Speaker 1 (37:05):
Yeah, and if they're not, then you don't pull up
for But you're acting. I thought you're saying, if we
pull drive by and we see someone in a ditch,
what do we do?
Speaker 2 (37:11):
What car? There's a car in a ditch with nobody
in there.
Speaker 1 (37:14):
So oh nobody know you can't see anybody in there? Hey,
I don't know. I guess you're right.
Speaker 2 (37:18):
If nobody, I'm just a bad person. I guess you're.
Speaker 1 (37:21):
Talking me into being a bad person.
Speaker 2 (37:22):
No, I'm also doing have to build up this kid,
so he's sixteen. He sees a carn a ditch. You
can't see if anyone's even in andybody pulls over just
because he sees a carn a ditch. He's coming from behind,
and he's like, let me just go look and see
what's up. Gets out, walks down, sees a woman, but
she's like out out of her seat, so there was
no head. Couldn't see her, but he happened to pull over.
(37:44):
He's a good Samaritan, opposite of me, apparently, and called
nine one one. The woman was taken to the hospital.
Doctor said if she had arrived even twenty minutes later,
she probably wouldn't have survived. But he said his gut
said pull over, even though he couldn't see if anyone
was in the car or not. I would, I would
just I would just assume if there's a car and
I don't see anybody in it, they've already got.
Speaker 1 (38:03):
Out and speak to you if there was someone in there.
Speaker 8 (38:08):
That means that all the times you've seen cars and ditches,
there was no one in there.
Speaker 2 (38:11):
Guys, don't make me feel better. I'm just a bad
person from this story. I'm a bad person.
Speaker 1 (38:15):
I mean, how many cars do you see in ditches
though none, right, so you don't really know.
Speaker 2 (38:20):
Unless I just don't remember it because I was like
just car and a ditch. Don't remember that, keep on driving,
don't store that in the file cabinet. But yeah, the
point of the story is good for this kid, and
we should all like pay attention and do some pulling
over a little more pulling over. That's from sunny skies.
That's what it's all about. That was telling me something
good fun. I'll go first. Wolves do not actually howl
(38:44):
at the moon. Wolves how together in harmony to make
it sound like there are more of them together than
there actually are, So it is to create more fear.
It's not because of the moon, which makes sense. It's
pretty cool, amy, you.
Speaker 1 (39:00):
Whale tongues can weigh as much as an elephant.
Speaker 3 (39:03):
Damn, just their tongue alone.
Speaker 8 (39:05):
That's crazy, and that really tells you how big a
blue whale is, and a blue whale is the largest.
Speaker 2 (39:11):
Yes, I belion blue whales animal in general, right, yeah,
because mammal for sure sounds right. Yeah, I would think
animal too, like what would be heavier? Well, not an
elephant because because the tongue is crazy. Yeah, good one lunchbox.
Speaker 6 (39:29):
Yeah, when you go to the swimming pool, you jump
in and you're like, oh ten feet that is so deep.
Speaker 2 (39:34):
The world's deepest pool is one hundred and thirty seven
feet deep. Was it built in a place that already
had a massive hold or did they purposefully make that
pool that deep? They made it that deep on purpose.
Speaker 6 (39:48):
It's in Italy, and this is a place where free
divers go to practice diving.
Speaker 2 (39:52):
So it's purposefully made for that. Yeah, free diving is crazy.
What does that? What does that mean? Like no oxygenerating?
Just you hold your breath. Wow, you hold your breath
and you go down and then you come up and
hopefully didn't die. That's crazy. Yeah, it's crazy. Uh, Eddie.
So you know why we have goosebumps.
Speaker 8 (40:11):
Apparently when we were cave people back in the day,
our ancestors, we were covered in hair, like, we had
all this hair, so when we saw danger, we would
get these goosebumps and they would make our hair stick up.
So it was to intimidate whoever was trying to kill us.
But now we don't have any hair, so it's just
literally the bump.
Speaker 2 (40:31):
So showing hair was well like animals showing teeth, yeah,
or almost like a peacock like that. Why didn't we
just show teeth? But peacocks do that to a track. Oh,
it's not too scared.
Speaker 3 (40:41):
Yeah, you're peacock and you're showing off.
Speaker 2 (40:42):
Yeah, you're trying trying to get a lady at the bar.
Because peacocks that have those feathers are dudes. Yeah, yeah,
and that funny. The pretty peacock is the dude. That's interesting.
That is fun Yeah, Voltaire familiar with them, philosopher, Yeah
to be that's Magbeth, that's Shakespeare, you Voltaire.
Speaker 3 (41:03):
Yeah, I mean I've heard of him.
Speaker 2 (41:04):
You know what he said, not on the top of
my head. He's the guy that said, I don't agree
with what you say, but I'll fight to the debts
for your right to say it. That type of guys,
that guy. So, the famous philosopher Voltaire made all of
his money in seventeen twenty nine when he was thirty
five years old, not because of all of his philosophizing. No,
they had a lottery back then, and he figured out
(41:26):
that he would make more money if he bought every
single ticket and one, because it paid more than all
the costs of all the tickets. He bought every ticket.
That's funny, and then one the lottery obviously, but that
was worth more than paying for all the tickets. Yeah,
he bought them all. Good job, dude. Nicholas Cage turned
(41:46):
down rolls in Shrek, Neo and the Matrix, Harry and
Dumb and Dumber. I don't know this Lord of the
Rings person Ara Gorn and Lord of the Rings. No,
I'm not heard. I don't know that is. So he
turned on all those roles. It's still wildly successful, but
those roles went to Mike Myers, Kount of Reeves, Jeff Daniels,
(42:08):
and Vigo Mortensen. So and Nick Cage kind of does
a lot of awesome movies. Still, those National Treasures, man,
those are good. I think you watch those face Off,
Face Off kind of sucking.
Speaker 9 (42:22):
Awesome.
Speaker 2 (42:23):
That was a great movie.
Speaker 6 (42:24):
Yeah, what's the one where he crashed the place in
sixty seconds?
Speaker 2 (42:28):
That was a good one. That's a real good one.
Speaker 3 (42:30):
That's the one where he like dies or somebody dies
and he's an angel.
Speaker 2 (42:33):
Or was he in the City of Angels?
Speaker 3 (42:37):
No, yes, is that one?
Speaker 2 (42:39):
He was the angel? That was him? Yeah, that was him.
Speaker 3 (42:42):
I thought that was John Travolta.
Speaker 2 (42:43):
I thought that was Goo Dolls. So John Groolda was Michael.
That was Michael. Was Michael. He's also doing that Spider Noir.
He's Spider Man. Have you finished that?
Speaker 8 (42:53):
Yeah, I'm about like episode three and I just can't
keep moving.
Speaker 2 (42:56):
I can't keep moving. I never thought this sucks. I'm
dne but I just haven't been, you know, so motivated
to go back to it. Yeah, that's kind of where
I am. He was in Leading Las Vegas, The Rock
Gone at sixty Seconds, ghost Writer, Lord of War, National Treasure,
Fast Times at Ridgemald Eye, The City of Angels. Yeah,
that's a good called it, Raising Arizona Pig. I don't
(43:20):
know that one any other big movies that I'm missing
here in National Treasure too too. Anyway, good job, Nick, kg,
you did a good man. All right, there you go.
It's time for the good news.
Speaker 1 (43:36):
So when you're selling girl Scout cookies or you're a Brownie,
a lot of times you got to go door to door. Well,
if you're like Emma Mungato and you have cancer, going
door to door isn't very easy because you spend a
lot of time at the hospital getting your chemotherapy. So
what she decided to do she wheeled her cookies in
a wagon around the hospital with her and she would
sell cookies to people there, and then she even set
(43:57):
the wagon outside of her hospital room. She had a
goal of selling five hundred boxes, but she blew past
that eight hundred and ninety three boxes sold.
Speaker 2 (44:07):
I would buy eight hundred and ninety three buxes from
her right now. She rolled up and she's like, I
have cancer.
Speaker 1 (44:11):
So cute. I mean, just her with the wagon and
her drive and her not wanting to get up give up,
not her having cancer.
Speaker 2 (44:17):
Have you seen the video of the kid that's out
cleaning trash cans? No, he knocks on doors. It's gone
super viral. He's like, Hey, I'm trying to raise some
money for ten dollars, I'll clean the inside of your
trash cans. You have a plastic one and you have
a recycle one. And I saw it a long time
ago and I commented, I'll virtually pay you ten bucks.
But he was like hustling big time. And now it's
(44:39):
gone super viral. And is this cool to see a
kid out there hustling?
Speaker 9 (44:43):
Yeah?
Speaker 1 (44:43):
I think I must have seen one where he was
someone said no, I'm good, and he was like, well, hey,
just keep me in mind. Like he didn't let it
get him down. He's like on to the next.
Speaker 2 (44:51):
He was door to door knocking and he had that
phone like just pointed up at his face and he's like, hey,
I'm out. Your neighbors have hired me. I'm planning all
these trash cans ten bucks apiece. And I was like,
a kid, that's awesome. Yeah, a good story with her. Also,
I like to said that other kid his name was
Ashton Mayor. So there you go. That's what it's all about.
That was telling me something good.
Speaker 7 (45:13):
Wake up, Wake.
Speaker 2 (45:14):
Up the mall.
Speaker 11 (45:17):
And it's on the radio and the Dodgers keep Onlady

you through bog He's running this week's next bit.
Speaker 2 (45:31):
The Bobby's on the box.
Speaker 11 (45:33):
So you know what this.
Speaker 2 (45:39):
Is the Bobby ball. All right, now, time for the
Morning Corny, The Morning Corny.
Speaker 3 (45:47):
What did Daisy Duck say when she bought lipstick?
Speaker 2 (45:51):
Daisy Dog? Who's Daisy Duck?
Speaker 3 (45:54):
Daisy Duck's Donald's?
Speaker 2 (45:57):
Is that Donald's girlfriend, isn't it? Maybe as is one
of those side characters. I guess I didn't really invest in.
I don't know what Daisy Duck. I'm looking at a
picture of her. Who knew? Yeah, it's I guess it's
like JB. Mini Mouse. I guess I know who Mini
Mouse is. What did Daisy Duck say when buying lipstick?
Speaker 3 (46:13):
Put it on my bill?
Speaker 2 (46:15):
Why would you not say Donald and Chapstick?
Speaker 3 (46:19):
Okay, you want to rewrite it?
Speaker 2 (46:21):
No, I'm just sad. I don't know da Duck.
Speaker 7 (46:23):
I know Daisy Duck.
Speaker 2 (46:24):
Maybe because maybe you're a girl.
Speaker 3 (46:26):
I'm a girl. I know the girl.
Speaker 2 (46:29):
I take that back.
Speaker 1 (46:30):
Guys, do you see the double meaning that like put
it on my bill?
Speaker 2 (46:35):
Yeah? Yeah, yeah, yeah, oh bill and.
Speaker 1 (46:36):
Bill goes on her bill, but it goes on her
bill because she's buying it.
Speaker 2 (46:40):
I didn't get the double meaning. I just got her.
I heard that joke. Yeah, put it on my bill?
Speaker 1 (46:45):
Oh you've heard the Chapstick one.
Speaker 2 (46:48):
I'm drunk. Okay, thank you, Amy, There you go. It's
the Morning Corny. That was the Morning Corny. All right.
Speaker 5 (47:00):
Voicemail, Hey, this is Chelsea from Fayettel, Arkansas. So I
had a question a few weeks ago. Y'all were talking
about how Eddie became sexier or just any man in
general once they turned to their hat backwards or rolled
up their sleeves. So I asked my husband, what is
the equivalent for a woman? Obviously it's not turning our
(47:21):
hats backwards or anything, but in your opinion, what automatically
makes a woman sexier when she does this?
Speaker 2 (47:31):
Interesting?
Speaker 3 (47:31):
So it's just not I want to know her.
Speaker 2 (47:34):
It's a trap.
Speaker 3 (47:37):
I don't feel like it's a trap. I think it's
a valid question.
Speaker 1 (47:39):
We did talk about how a backwards hat, rolling your
sleeves up, there was an.
Speaker 3 (47:44):
Article about it. I don't know that we were talking about.
Speaker 2 (47:46):
Eddie per se, But well, I think listeners don't keep
talking about Eddie is getting hotter, So I think she's
combined all that. Do you want to answer the question?
Speaker 3 (47:55):
Y'all eat, y'all?
Speaker 2 (47:56):
Should? It is risky, but it's just not the same.
Speaker 1 (47:59):
Yeah, So what if it's you know, when.
Speaker 3 (48:03):
She's reading a book, it's not yeah you know what?
Speaker 2 (48:08):
Yeah, when she is investing into her future by having education,
absolutely Okay, when she's doing.
Speaker 1 (48:14):
Good deeds, how about for some guys might be like
when her nails are painted red.
Speaker 2 (48:18):
That one too, we'll go with that one too. So
what is it every guys can say, be naked.
Speaker 1 (48:22):
No, that's not a that's not a roll your sleeves up,
turn your hat.
Speaker 3 (48:28):
Surely you do. I need to know what her husband said.
Can she call back?
Speaker 2 (48:32):
It's a voicemail. I don't know.
Speaker 1 (48:34):
Well, I know, but she teased us like saying she
asked her husband and then she didn't tell us what
he said.
Speaker 2 (48:38):
What do you think, Eddie, man, this is tough. I mean,
I have an answer.
Speaker 3 (48:44):
They just say it, just say it, yes, pants.
Speaker 2 (48:47):
Okay, okay, but see, it's all going to be so physical,
just to show the body, just to show the body
like a backward head.
Speaker 1 (48:54):
It's not that well, it's a piece of it's an
item on the body.
Speaker 3 (48:58):
And yoga pants are an item on the body.
Speaker 2 (49:00):
That's just showing the butt. Lunchbox.
Speaker 6 (49:02):
I love Eddie yoga pants. And now they're wearing just
sports brawls. Like when they go walking through.
Speaker 2 (49:07):
The neighborhood, it's just getting more naked and just a
little bit of glistening of sweat when it's running down them.
Speaker 6 (49:12):
I'm like, yeah, Like if you see him at the
store and they just kind of worked out and you
see the sweat, and I'm.
Speaker 1 (49:16):
Like, okay, Bobby, Bobby, so so far yoga pants and sweet.
Speaker 2 (49:22):
Amy nailed mine reading a book. Of course. It's just
guys are just going to say things that allow them
to see a woman's body more. That's it. That's it.
That's that.
Speaker 3 (49:32):
There's gotta be something.
Speaker 2 (49:34):
Bikini guys are cave men, that's all. And I bet
that's what her husband said. I bet, uh where they
say donuts to dollars, it's something about that. So do
you agree with ours? I don't know that I agree
with them, but I agree that's what guys think. Okay,
it's a blanket stable I say, schoolgirls, it would be
what guys would say, sure.
Speaker 3 (49:53):
And no makeup pair messy and as.
Speaker 2 (49:56):
A country song that that's not even.
Speaker 1 (49:59):
No hey, guys, that's in a lot of songs exactly.
Speaker 2 (50:02):
Yeah. Okay, well, I appreciate that. Voicemail call us at
any time, leave us a voicemail if you want. Eight seven,
seven seventy seven Bobbies Bobby Bowles show.
Speaker 7 (50:13):
Sorry up today.
Speaker 6 (50:14):
This story comes with us from Missouri. A twenty six
year old man was driving around two am. Little reckless
police Woo woo, trying to pull him over. He's like,
oh no, not pulling over.
Speaker 2 (50:27):
Lead him on a high speed chase.
Speaker 6 (50:29):
He gets to a bridge, He's like, perfect place to
get away, jumps out of the moving car, runs, dives
headfirst into the water from the bridge, and then he's
out there for about thirty minutes. He's like, all right,
I think I lost him. Swims to the shore. They
were sitting there waiting for him.
Speaker 2 (50:45):
I think it'd be fun to do a chase once
in your life.
Speaker 1 (50:49):
I have zero desire for that, just once. Like you
want to be the chaser, you want to be chased chased?
Speaker 2 (50:54):
Yeah, I don't want to be the chaser. Yeah, that's
just been a cop.
Speaker 1 (50:57):
Yeah, yeah, some people want that.
Speaker 2 (50:59):
Yeah. I think be funded run. They should set up
those scenarios as like an escape game where they have
kind of a track and how how long can you run?
You think you can get away?
Speaker 9 (51:11):
Right?
Speaker 2 (51:12):
Not in a car. I think if you gave me
an hour, I don't think they'd find me for a week.
With this guy.
Speaker 8 (51:17):
The fact that they stopped looking for thirty minutes, I
would have thought they were done too.
Speaker 2 (51:20):
But they didn't stop. He jumped down. Yeah, they saw
him jump so they didn't stop. They just went down
and waited on him. Yeah that's funny. Okay, I'm lunchbox.
That's your bonehead story of the day. We have Jennifer
on Now. I was listening in North Carolina. Hey, Jennifer,
you're on HI.
Speaker 10 (51:36):
Morning Studio Morning Hi. I was just wondering, I can't
believe this.
Speaker 2 (51:43):
I'm wondering.
Speaker 10 (51:44):
I'm wondering if there are things that you are can
or cannot say that are godly like? Can you not
say something that is godlike or not godlike? Or is
there a quote that has been trademarked that you are
(52:06):
not allowed to say.
Speaker 2 (52:08):
The only things that we're not allowed to say are
curse words that are illegal to say on public airwaves. Now,
there are rules that I have implemented. We don't curse
at all. Occasionally someone lets the D word slip. But
other than that, we don't have any rules or restrictions
on what we say. I mean, some of them we make.
(52:29):
And like I said that, the curse words that we
can say, we don't just because I've chosen for us
not to be that kind of show. But other than that,
there's nothing we can't say. There are certain things that
we can't put on the podcast. Meaning if we do
a game with music, we can't put any music that
anybody owns it's licensed, we can't put that on the podcast.
(52:51):
But that's for legal reasons. But we have no rules.
There's no company mandates on things we can or can't
talk about. As a matter of fact, they don't monitor
what I'm going to talk about. They never ask to
see what I'm gonna do. They have it in my
entire career. Occasionally I get in trouble for something I've
talked about, if it creates some sort of ripple that
(53:12):
gets me in trouble. Uh so. But it's never about
any sort of words or slogan or I can or
can't say something about God. I don't care at all that.
Mostly it's if I offend somebody and they threaten to sue,
that's about it. I'm anything.
Speaker 10 (53:27):
I don't think more about religion. I'm just wondering, like
between right and wrong, Like there are certain things because
I notice that you say a lot of things that
are I agree with you, that are on the right,
and I think when somebody says there are like TV,
they're not allowed to say certain things on TV.
Speaker 5 (53:47):
If that's the same thing with radio n I.
Speaker 2 (53:50):
Can say whatever I want, and having that freedom has
been amazing for my career, but it's also at times
been detrimental. But there are no rules in any way,
form or fashion about what I talk about or why
I talk about it. That doesn't mean if for some
reason the show starts to suck real bad and we
don't make any money anymore for the company, that they
(54:11):
don't step in and go, hey, we have been thinking
and we need you to do this more. But they've
never done that in the history of my career.
Speaker 10 (54:19):
Well, you guys are amazing. I love you, and I
think that you're on the right side of everything what
you speak and say, and I appreciate you every day.
Speaker 2 (54:27):
That's very nice for you to say. I would say
I'm not on the right side of everything. I've been
on the wrong side a bunch, but I do say
how I feel. So if the right side means I'm
being honest for my sake, yes, but I am wrong
a lot. But I really appreciate the call, Jennifer. Thank you,
and I hope that you know there's some clarity with
what I said there.
Speaker 10 (54:47):
Yeah, I appreciate you.
Speaker 2 (54:48):
Here so much. Thank you by Jennifer. I hope you
have a great weekend. We will see you Monday. Bye everybody.
