בפרק היום אני צוללת אל תוך סיפור העיבוד של השנים 2020-2024.
החלק הראשון עוסק ב2020 ותחילת 2021, ואחת הסיבות שבגללתן יכולתי לדבר על שנה שלמה בחצי פרק בערך, זה כי ספציפית השנה הזו מאוד מעובדת לי במערכת.
הלייבים היומיים שקיימתי, הקשר היום יומי עם העולם, ההשקעה בעצמי בתוכניות העשרה, טיפול וכו׳ - כולן עשו את העבודה של להחזיק את התדר, אנרגיה והשפיות שלי בצורה מדהימה שעזרה לי לעכל את הבלאגן שחווינו.
בינואר 2021 כבר התהפכה עלי האנרגיה הטובה הזו וצפה התמודדות חדשה שלא ממש סיפרתי עליה בהרחבה עד היום.
הפרק שזור בכלים שעזרו לי להתמודד, בחירות קטנות וגדולות, פרספקטיבה על החיים וצמתים שאני סקרנית לשמוע איך את היית מתמודדת איתן.
