В ноябре 2023 года возобновил работу проект «Санация права». Его цель — анализ и отмена «вредного» законодательства РФ.
Координатором проекта стал юрист из Краснодара Михаил Беньяш. В России его объявили «иноагентом», оштрафовали по административной статье о «дискредитации» армии РФ и лишили адвокатского статуса сроком на три года.
В 2015 году проект «Санация права» придумал и запустил политик Владимир Ашурков, в то время занимавший пост исполнительного директора ФБК. Теперь проект не является частью системы ФБК или штабов Алексея Навального, а также не финансируется ими.
За время, прошедшее с возобновления проекта, в его черный список уже попали новые российские законы — об «иностранных агентах», «нежелательных организациях», а также нормы, вводящие военную цензуру и вносящие изменения в избирательное законодательство РФ. Кроме того, команда проекта подготовила законопроект, который должен позволить одним законодательным актом отменить все репрессивные законы, принятые в России с 2011 года.
