13 марта представители министерств иностранных дел Армении и Азербайджана заявили, что завершили переговоры и согласовали текст мирного соглашения.
Теперь Азербайджан ожидает, что Армения внесет поправки в свою Конституцию, в которой есть отсылка к Декларации о независимости, содержащей призыв к присоединению Нагорного Карабаха к Армении.
Армения и Азербайджан пытаются заключить мирное соглашение с 2023 года — после того как Баку провел операцию, в ходе которой взял территорию Нагорного Карабаха под свой контроль.
