13 ноября стоимость российской нефти марки Urals опустилась до 36,61 доллара за баррель. Это самый низкий показатель с марта 2023 года. Незадолго до этого США объявили о санкциях против компаний «Роснефть» и «Лукойл» — и цены на нефть из России на международных рынках начали падать.
Санкции также будут грозить тем, кто сотрудничает с «Роснефтью», «Лукойлом» и дочерними предприятиями. Нефтеперерабатывающие заводы в Китае, Индии и Турции заранее приостановили закупки и начали поиск альтернатив российской нефти.
