الميزة الأساسية لـ«سهيل» الاعتماد على البيانات والانتفاع منها بصفتها مصدر دخل، يقول أحمد أن أكبر تحدٍ واجهه مدى توفر البيانات ودقتها ومصداقيتها، لذلك اعتمد على جمع بيانات من عدة وزارات واستخدام الأقمار الصناعية وحتى توظيف الذكاء الاصطناعي للحصول على معلومات مؤكدة ودقيقة عن قطعة أرض واحدة!
