В действительности сам Христос, это самое ценное, что мы обретаем в момент рождения свыше. Вот почему христианская жизнь фокусируется на последовательном преображении души в характер Христа, что происходит в процессе ее наполнения Христом.
Иисус представлял этот процесс как обретение свободы, говоря: «если пребудете в слове Моем, то вы истинно Мои ученики, и познаете истину, и истина сделает вас свободными» (Ин. 8:31-32).
