She is a certified teacher, speaker, and coach with the John Maxwell Team who takes pride in helping people grow personally and professionally. She is also the author of Adulting In My Purpose: The Journal. With over 20 years of professional experience in helping people, Dr. Nic formally worked as a Research Scientist before taking her leap into entrepreneurship. Dr. Nic started a professional development company that helps young leaders and the leaders that support them become better leaders through the development of leadership, personal growth, and communication skills. Dr. Nic has developed a 7-step personal growth program in order to help young leaders discover who they are, clarify their vision, and develop a plan to achieve their goals.  Dr. Rankine has trained leaders both adults and youth all over the U.S. and in counties including Costa Rica, South Africa, China, and Kenya. She also serves as an Adjunct College Professor and holds a Bachelors’ and Master of Science Degree in Biology and a Master's and Ph.
