Join us this week as we make our return, with this most recent recorded episode.  We discuss the 2006 film The Black Dahlia.  We cover this famous murder of Elizabeth Short, potential murderers, and our thoughts on the movie.  We have some some clear thoughts on this one!!!

Two major movies were released based on the Clutter Family murders.  This week we take a look at both "In Cold Blood" (1967), and "Capote" (2005).  The former focuses on the "actual events" of the crime, arrest, interrogation, and executions.  The latter pays more attention to how the book and film "In Cold Blood" came to be.  

We are doing things a little differently this week.  This week we talk about just the history of the 2 movies In Cold Blood, and Capote and stay tuned for next week as we talk about the movies and how they hold up to the actual events.

Here we talk about the Spielberg film Catch Me if You Can starring Leonardo Dicraprio and Tom Hanks.  This is not the typical true crime story with guns, murder and all kinds of violence.  Give it a listen in its re-formatted version (sorry if you downloaded previously.  There were some problems in editing that we didn't catch).

Here is our first dive into a film not so big budget, but a made for TV movie, "In Broad Daylight." This film covers the case of Ken 'Rex' McElroy and his murder after he acted as much more than a bully in the small town of Skidmore Missouri.

This is the first part of the story of George Jung.  He is famous for drug smuggling, but this didn't just start with cocaine.  We look at his life, crimes and the incessant need for more and more. The film was released in 2001, so there has been 18 years of Georges life that is not covered.  Listen as we cover that as well.
