Second, I want to thank all of our listeners and fans for all of the support as we now take a new approach to the show, Sober for Life - A Christian Addiction Recovery Podcast. I owe my recovery to God and as such feel He deserves the recognition in everything that I've learned and how much I've grown.

Just as important as going through the 12 step program is understanding the 12 steps. In order to get the most out of what the 12 steps have to offer, we have to understand what they are, why they are there, and what they mean, as well as how we can complete them.
