Erica Smith, M.Ed is a sexuality educator, consultant, speaker, and writer. She received her Master of Education from Widener University's Center for Human Sexuality Studies.
Since 2000, she's provided sex education to children, teens, and adults. Her areas of specialty include adolescent sexual health, LGBTQ+ youth, justice involved youth, and recovery from purity culture. She developed The Purity Culture Dropout Program to help folks raised in purity culture learn all of the comprehensive, trauma informed, medically accurate, and inclusive sex ed that they didn't have access to while growing up.
