Oh. Any by the way, there were big, beautiful, fluffy, majestic Scottish Highland Cattle in various colors everywhere -- one of our absolute favorite animals so far. As far as breeds go, there can be only one (and thank you, to all you sci-fi fans who actually got that reference).
And the steak was really, really, really good.
