في عام 2020 وصلت نسبة الأذونات التي قُدمت وتمت الموافقة عليها لزواج القاصرات والقاصرين في الأردن إلى 95% من الإجمالي، بحيث وصلت نسبة زواج القاصرات الإناث من إجمالي حالات الزواج إلى 11.8%، في حين كانت نسبة زواج القاصرين الذكور من إجمالي حالات الزواج نحو 0.3%. تشاركنا في هذه الحلقة نائبة رئيس جمعية الحقوقيين الاردنيين المحامية نور الإمام للحديث عن منح الأذونات لِتزويج القاصرات والقاصرين والتشريعات التي تحكمه، إذ إن أعداد زواج القاصرين والقاصرات وأعداد الأذونات التي قُدّمت لهم ازدادت مقارنة بالسنوات الماضية.
