* In listening to the completed episode the sales trip that I describe to California comes across differently than I intended.  We were visiting a prospect with no established customer relationship, however, this particular prospect had been engaged in a very long sales cycle and did have a prior relationship in place with the male colleague that I accompanied on the trip.
