Some people will tell you that going gluten and dairy free is totally unneccesary and even harmful, while others will tell you it absolutely changed their life!
What's the real truth about this issue? Today I'll talk about just that from the evidence based perspective of a functional nutritionist. I'll talk about the reasons why this conversation seems so black and white online (and a little of the content creator perspective) and then I'll discuss the reasons why it might help or harm and help you figure out whether this is something you need to do for yourself.
