Nils Menke is 29 years old and born in Berlin he was an elite rower until he was 24. Now living in Copenhagen, Denmark working as rowing coach, studied Sport Science and Psychology. Afterwards he started studying Human Biology and stopped because AS symptoms began to intensify. It was time to focus on healing. He is doing good now and basically off all medication. Nils trained with Peter Winslow to help him recover from AS. It was a pleasure to interview him. He has a great understanding of how to recover. Lots of gold here. Sit back and enjoy.
