Ralph was born in The Dominican Republic and raised in New York City. He is 31 years old and lives in New York City with his wife. He is a Master Life Coach and Master Hypnotist. He was diagnosed with AS over a decade ago and suffered for years in pain with depression, anxiety and overwhelming fatigue. His relationships, finances, career, and social life fell away hitting rock bottom he became bankrupt. Now, years later he is symptom free, in remission and playing basketball daily. He has a thriving coaching practice where he dedicaticats his professional life to giving others what his mentor gave him, the guidance, space and support necessary to reclaim control of their lives. He has experienced for himself that chronic pain can be completely dissolved using the mind-body connection. During the last couple of years, he has helped hundreds of people successfully achieve remission guiding people to use the mind-body connection for themselves.
