My guest today is Gerard (Jerry) Geiger, who is a partner at the law firm of Newman Williams based in Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania which is due north of Philadelphia, just above Allentown.
Jerry has been a trial attorney since 1985 and has handled hundreds of cases in state and federal courts throughout eastern and central Pennsylvania.
Jerry regularly presents seminars for attorneys and governmental officials throughout Pennsylvania about developments in Pennsylvania law and federal law.
