Speaker 2 (00:20):
Oh you just wanted bowl and then oh all right, sorry,
there you go. I can't change it now.
Speaker 3 (00:28):
I was like THEO, w could be bow, It could
be it should be bow. Actually well, I mean it
could be bo.
Speaker 2 (00:37):
It's definitely bowl like bowl and arrow.
Speaker 3 (00:39):
But what's going on? Everybody?
Speaker 2 (00:42):
I'm the one the only w oh okay I you

(01:05):
Ewakis of Ewok's Ewok Junior.
Speaker 4 (01:09):
Hello, Key Ford community, glad to be here.
Speaker 2 (01:13):
So on this episode of Bitching with Arkan's Corner.
Speaker 3 (01:18):
Boy, howdy am I ready?
Speaker 2 (01:21):
Are you ready?
Speaker 4 (01:22):
We have a new segment? Come on, GG Do Better.
Speaker 2 (01:27):
I think that's just called ARCS quarter. I don't know.
Speaker 5 (01:30):
I've it was a weekly episode. Was whining a little
bit last time.
Speaker 3 (01:36):
That's our game.
Speaker 2 (01:37):
That's because they have Liam. Now he's definitely he is.
Speaker 4 (01:42):
He has Team AC, so.
Speaker 2 (01:44):
I mean he is, he is the AC team. So
he understands the plate, so, you know, adding him to
the h F F S team. I don't know if
that was the smartest idea, but maybe somebody will listen.
Now who knows it was a Canadian thing?
Speaker 3 (02:03):
You never know, right, you.
Speaker 2 (02:11):
Ja walk away from his computer. I can't, we can't
do it. But in this episode of Come On GG
Do Better, Certain Darkness sold out?
Speaker 3 (02:24):
Question mark certainly not darkness? What what do you mean
sold out? Okay, how can I guess it?
Speaker 2 (02:33):
Possible? I guess you can't get it no more.
Speaker 3 (02:36):
It is out. If you go to the website, it
says sold out. If you contact those galaxies, they confirm
it's sold.
Speaker 5 (02:45):
Out because everybody already has their piles of it already, right,
That's why.
Speaker 2 (02:51):
That's definitely why hey us, tell us Tobin you got
your certain Darkness. We'll wait for him to respond. I
believe the answer. There was also spot in chat. Yeah,
he'll respond in chat, but he doesn't. They don't. Nobody
(03:11):
has certain darkness yet. It's not even out yet, and
you can't.
Speaker 4 (03:16):
Yeah there was, there was Michigan. So there are a
couple of people who do have it. The problem is
is that we have We're have to be trying to
work with game stores. So with our own local game store,
it's not Hey, we just get to place the order.
We had to talk to the person who would be
in charge for the marketing. Then we had to go
(03:37):
ahead and send that over to someone else who's going
to go ahead and do the ordering. By the time
they get around to it, it went in and the
answer is sold out. And that's where it's frustrating, because
you have a game group, you have people who are
actually playing and who have been showing up for years.
This store is one of the retailers who backs Gigi.
We're frankly waiting for more PV to be able to
(03:59):
actually come to us, and yep, going won't be able
to participate. Wait wait, wait, actual fun event for the year. Wait.
Speaker 5 (04:09):
I all right, So I misunderstood when you guys were
complaining before the cast. I thought we were all widing
about how they're bad at shipping stuff and it still
hasn't arrived.
Speaker 2 (04:17):
You guys weren't order it. Part Part A is yes,
they're bad at shipping stuff and it hasn't arrived. Part
B is yeah, we can't even order it now because
I guess when they say that this is coming out,
you have like a two week window and then if
you haven't made it, that it's over.
Speaker 3 (04:37):
There was less than a month between when yeah, and
and you and then it was like a week after
that before it showed up on their page to even
order it, and then it was even and then yeah,
less than a month between that and when you finally
went in and it sold out. So yes, as Jeriff
(04:59):
saying like, I'm also trying to schedule with another store,
and I'm sorry, Like this game is like fourth tier
on their list of shit that they care about, right like,
and that's making up tiers of course, where.
Speaker 2 (05:13):
You're right, you're about fourth tier, right like? Where fourth here, generous.
Speaker 3 (05:18):
We are in the tier. Yeah, we're in the tier
where like the players come and bag and then when
the store is like, okay, I have some time to
deal with you two weeks later, let's talk about scheduling this,
and you're like, we're supposedly scheduled in September, and they're like,
well by the time we're talking to you, it is
already September. First, Ah, so when would you actually like
(05:39):
to schedule it because we have all this other stuff
and you're like, uh, like oh, And when I went
to order it, it says I can't And I was like,
are you kidding me? And indeed I went and checked
you cannot order it now. So like our store that
was the one of the stores that for Mars had
maybe the second big turnout in the world is now
(06:02):
not even going to probably run second for Certain Darkness
because well, I mean, maybe I didn't get my ship
together because it wasn't like the day that they released it.
Because I'm trying to schedule because we actually have a
local play group, so I'm scheduling around the store that
wants to run it here and the store that wants
to run at Milwaukee in Chicago, and we're trying to
settle dates so that way, you know, so tell us
(06:24):
a little while because I figured it shouldn't be a
big deal to order this stuff, but it is. Yeah,
And now I'm just like I'm done, Like I don't
want to place another order with Ghost Galaxy again, because
I placed an order on the eighteenth, which included Certain Darkness,
which apparently takes a month to produce, and my order
(06:44):
still hasn't shipped. It includes boxes people that be paid
for and other Ghost Galaxy stuff that people asked for,
and that shit still hasn't shipped. It's been a freaking
month almost and they can't even ship an order, let
alone Certain Darkness. It's bullshit. It's like dealing with this company.
It's like they're just like, you know how, you know how,
we don't want customers. We just don't want customers, Like,
(07:06):
fuck them. We don't even bothershipping them stuff. You guys.
Speaker 4 (07:12):
Here, you don't.
Speaker 3 (07:13):
There's no you don't get a salesperson. There's nobody to
freaking contact you use their contact form, even when you
do it as a retailer, when you're spending thousands of.
Speaker 2 (07:22):
Dollars at a time, I Josh Cavan and immediately left and.
Speaker 3 (07:28):
Fuck it, not a word. You can't even get a
response from them when you're actively giving them money. It's
the garbage.
Speaker 4 (07:37):
The frustrating part is that we have a consistent player group.
The store has backed for all of their game fhones
from Woe through what we have like up through PV.
That's as much as we can have. We have a
play group that's meeting weekly. There's other playgroups that like, okay,
it's once a month or every other They're doing the
best they can. But because Becau, because other games have
(08:01):
come in for other companies, for other play groups, it
just doesn't get ordered right away. I get that Toby
and I can see here in our notes, like they
planned for Saturday it failed. They ordered day one, they
ordered three kits and they haven't received any yet. My
frustration is is that we did get one person last year.
I was very excited by that, like any growth, that
(08:23):
we can go ahead and people are more. It was Pete,
and Pete's become a very consistent player for us traveling
quite a distance, like he's traveling over an hour to
be able to get to our store, to be able
to play once a week. I appreciate that more than
I can say, but us just running.
Speaker 3 (08:43):
And he doesn't quite show up.
Speaker 4 (08:44):
But my issue is is that if we have storyline
events like this, it provides access to people who may
be on the more casual side who want to come out,
And yes, we play Sealed each week. It's still fun,
but not everyone is interested in that sort of play
style versus here's a storyline event. But I just I
(09:05):
don't understand. If there's six decks and they're this literally
the same whatever store, we're all getting the same cards.
We have to just go ahead and get some different
codes then put into the kits in order for you
to be able to report. If we have stores that
are actively playing, why would we not want to go
ahead and produce some more that the kits can then
(09:28):
be produced people can play. It's something fun, it's something
to talk about something.
Speaker 2 (09:33):
Well you know what it is about not wanting to
produce more. It is it's a cost saving measure. Well,
and I know that they're basically I'm produce at cost
so so, but this is if I produce too many,
it's just a lot. Whatever it doesn't go is a
(09:53):
loss because I can't reuse it.
Speaker 3 (09:56):
I can't.
Speaker 2 (09:56):
Okay, But here here's the thing we're sitting on. Oh yeah,
they were sitting which are like, we can't do Like.
Speaker 3 (10:14):
Yes, absolutely, they could have sold any marskets that they
didn't ship.
Speaker 4 (10:18):
But here's my thing. They have a printer. It has
to go into the schedule, but please please just open
if you see a demand, open it up so that
our local ope can receive the little support. That's well,
they know there's a demand.
Speaker 3 (10:34):
You can't even place the order to say you want it, Janet,
I'm here to take your order.
Speaker 4 (10:41):
G M. T has uh, you know stoll Meyer has. Okay,
So what are you interested in? You could have a
little button on the side game store that's interested or frankly,
you could go ahead and have it and an order
will deliver it to you. I just I'm really puzzled
why we can't go ahead and order and then we
see how many orders there are actually there and run
another batch and maybe it comes in a second batch.
(11:04):
Maybe all of these should have been run for October,
which we were talking about earlier. I think that's more
of the process, but just the idea of it. It
was delayed early on. Now it's jammed in in a
short period of time, but we're actually doing the legwork.
And now it's very very possible that I will not
be able to play Certain Darkness at all because I
(11:25):
can't get to a store that will actually have it
like that, as someone who has invested so much time
is very very very frustrating time, and there's just there's
no reason. There's no reason.
Speaker 3 (11:38):
It's blood, sweat, tears. I just frustrate.
Speaker 4 (11:44):
Yeah, And that's that's what we're hearing here at this point,
is that it's it's frustration. It's frustration because it was delayed.
It should have been something that anyone who wants to
can go ahead and get it, because honestly, if we
were on top of it and we couldn't get it,
about all the other stores that are just coming in
or anywhere else.
Speaker 2 (12:05):
Here's another thing, why not just make them print and
play here's your code.
Speaker 3 (12:17):
Your deck. Yeah, that's not going to work. Why no,
Why it's it's not ideal.
Speaker 2 (12:24):
The time back in the day with magic. Right, it's
a twelve it's a literally a twelve card set. They're
all identical, right, they're identical.
Speaker 4 (12:36):
Playing with sleeves. Yes, it is very achievable, but it's
just because there's only one event. Maybe I have a
higher expectation, like they did really well with Mars last year,
they should kneel this out of the park and instead
the easy things are one have enough product for people
who are interested to be able to do it, and
two get it to the stores on time so they
(12:57):
can run their event like those are absolute kill or
for local This.
Speaker 3 (13:01):
Whole, this whole storyline event feels completely botched in comparison
to the feels rushed. Not no, just like half ass
from start to beginning.
Speaker 2 (13:14):
Like I would say, it feels rushed because like literally
what maybe it feels late.
Speaker 3 (13:23):
It is late.
Speaker 2 (13:24):
I mean it's very late, like summer events. But I
find the fault like I felt like they were summer event.
We gotta do something.
Speaker 4 (13:37):
Totally total incompetence is what's written in the a C Show,
like the actual live notes for those falling along. And
that's the problem is that maybe I had too high
of an expectations a good job last year. I just
I that's why. That's why this event I went ahead
enlisted it as come on, g do better, Come on, man,
(14:03):
just do better.
Speaker 2 (14:04):
Do the esp on the come on man. Yeah, it's
a little disappointing. We don't know what's going to happen.
I mean, but I don't see why. I don't see
why print and play wasn't possible. Almost everybody is probably
gonna be sleeping sleeping up there right using your card
condoms and putting them on there.
Speaker 3 (14:26):
Yeah, oh we have to. I don't really stay You're
you're definitely inspirable.
Speaker 2 (14:32):
You want to make that feel like an even bigger
step down from what we've had, is a bigger step
down than not no kid at all.
Speaker 3 (14:47):
Yes, it shows no effort.
Speaker 4 (14:50):
I just I feel that because the cards are the same,
they could go ahead and go in Prince Batch number
two and I'm your still going through October. It should
be they should be fine, and then we have to
generate a code for the playgroup. That's what they have
to do.
Speaker 2 (15:08):
Guys, I'm sorry I could send this to China. We
can have been a week and a half just about that,
but I do because that's how long it took the
the ac full art cards to come in.
Speaker 3 (15:27):
But again, they're not professionally packaged. Is just a pile
of cards.
Speaker 2 (15:33):
Do you want me to put them in a team
bag for you? And then that's not the professionally I
mean I can get some like some of that what
do they call that that heat shrink and we can
heat shrink them all if.
Speaker 3 (15:43):
They sent you ship that way. You would go on
NonStop about it for these, these, these, I wouldn't care these.
Speaker 2 (15:54):
You could ship these loose in a rubber band. I
really wouldn't give a ship because number one, I probably
wouldn't know, right, I mean, that's this is it's a
special event. Like, is anybody holding onto these after they're
done with them?
Speaker 3 (16:08):
You might local car?
Speaker 2 (16:11):
Might you know where mine are going? In the shudder bind?
Because I'll never look at these ever again. Besides, besides
my photographic snapshot memory of having a great time with
all my friends and we played a great sealed event
with this fun new little shindig, and then we're gonna
go play board games and Chiefs House where he will
(16:34):
yell at me for being stupid.
Speaker 3 (16:38):
Mm hmm my house for that?
Speaker 2 (16:40):
Well, I mean whatever, I mean, we play the game
of somewhere, whill you yell at me for making the
wrong decision?
Speaker 3 (16:47):
Well, if you made the right decision, I wouldn't.
Speaker 4 (16:49):
Have to do that.
Speaker 2 (16:50):
This is true.
Speaker 3 (16:51):
The other thing you say, Dad, it's not a train.
Speaker 4 (16:54):
It was not a trained monkey move though, so he's
still better off than another friend of ours.
Speaker 3 (16:59):
Well that's all I'm saying.
Speaker 4 (17:02):
I'm sorry for calling. I'm sorry for calling a friend
a trained monkey. I'll do better, do better, I think.
I think as I'm sitting here, like the anticipation of
the event because last year being successful, we had since
last November, we're looking forward to it. It was delayed.
(17:24):
I'm like, all right, it's here, it's coming though, we're
gonna be able to play, and like literally doing all
the legwork to make sure that we could have it,
and then nothing because we're out of print.
Speaker 3 (17:38):
I think it's just where playing. I'd really like to like,
so we So I did.
Speaker 5 (17:46):
I was at my store tonight, right because Thursday, every
other Thursday, we're playing, and uh.
Speaker 3 (17:52):
So I was like, I was like, hey, Carl, right,
because that's that's the news name, Like.
Speaker 5 (17:57):
Did you get your order yet, because it's been a
long time, like we're out of PV two.
Speaker 3 (18:03):
And so.
Speaker 5 (18:05):
He goes He's like, okay, they finally sent him a
notice that we're gonna get it on Wednesday, Like, well,
good thing. I almost scheduled it for this weekend. Good
I didn't because wouldn't have been here in time.
Speaker 3 (18:19):
So thank Pale. I was like, you know what, I
don't really trust gg. I'm going to put this.
Speaker 5 (18:27):
So thankfully I did. Otherwise we scramble to move things
around on the schedule.
Speaker 4 (18:33):
Yeah, I know that our Chicago friends down south they
had it set for Saturday and that that's off. There
have been at least two just readings today where people
are frustrated because they had as a store then they
have to return money if they've pre collected it. So
this there is a lot of frustration from the Wisconsin
(18:54):
in Chicago area right.
Speaker 2 (18:55):
Well, and that's all find and good, but let's let's
talk about store frustration. Right on that front. You've got
stores already not wanting to touch this ship with a
ten foot pole, and then you pull this.
Speaker 4 (19:10):
It is weird because I know that we've reached out
trying to get PV and that seems to be delayed.
Gig had been really easy to contact in the past
getting more products.
Speaker 3 (19:18):
So there's problem getting TV that I'm aware of. You cannot.
Speaker 5 (19:25):
Slow Yeah, I assume the reason, like we haven't had
TV is because we ordered it at the same time
as the Certain Darkness.
Speaker 3 (19:34):
Right all this shipment, they didn't ship anything because you
had Certain Darkness, which is just beyond infuriating as a Yeah,
like if that's how it's going to be say so, yeah,
I mean not just to your orders hostage for a
(19:55):
freaking month.
Speaker 5 (19:57):
Yeah, Like it's a mix of folks at the store
because you've got folks like King of Bling, who's sad
because he loves PV, and then you've got other folks
who are like, sweet, we could just play more ember
Skies because they don't like BV. So nobody's said yeah,
so tonight there was a lot of Ember Skuy's being
(20:17):
played there tonight.
Speaker 3 (20:20):
I wouldn't be happy to go back and playing Amberski.
Speaker 5 (20:24):
I really like Ember Skuy's I it is. It might
be my favorite set now maybe I don't know. For
a long time, it was like MM right and then right,
and then Woe came out and I was like, I
like what was better? But I still think MM is
(20:44):
my favorite. And then GR. I didn't really know how
to react to that. I liked it, but also I
didn't right both. I think I think amber Skuy's is
my favorite.
Speaker 4 (20:54):
Now.
Speaker 3 (20:55):
I love GR.
Speaker 2 (20:58):
I still have I do still like our game. Found
still upset that I didn't support support it at all
because I really like GR and you know, not know
what I'm gonna say it, Yeah, pvs PV's working, working,
its head work working, it's working its claws into me.
Speaker 3 (21:21):
No, now that it's been determined, it is broken. Bullshit.
Speaker 2 (21:24):
Book he's in, Yeah you got it also has a
lot of cards that say you don't get to play
q Forge, which is kind of like my jam. So
which maybe I should just stop asking for things, because
I mean, the list of ship that GG has stolen
from us is now I don't even know how long,
so we should just stop making suggestions. I'm hoping for
(21:50):
an extremely unfair broken.
Speaker 3 (21:55):
I can steal our idea of shipping ship on time.
Speaker 4 (22:00):
I'm going to go with. I hope that they hear
this and open it up so that all who want
to participate in this great event actually ken. I'm going
to be thinking positive here. Speaking of Game Found Live,
they did push back the actual game Found for DRACONI measures.
It goes live next Thursday, September eighteenth, so that was
(22:23):
even pushed back. It is not on key forging dot com,
but it is on the game found website.
Speaker 2 (22:28):
So I told you they're small team. Two websites to
manage is tough.
Speaker 3 (22:35):
It's hard. It's not like you're a full time person
to do this tough.
Speaker 4 (22:44):
Well outside of game found I know you talked about
being hold back.
Speaker 2 (22:48):
I know where you want to go into here, and
I want to insert something. You're you're going into.
Speaker 4 (22:54):
German, right, we're insert into Germany?
Speaker 2 (23:01):
Is that that's where you're headed? Next, you're headed into
the You're headed into boat, which is how it's if I.
Speaker 3 (23:12):
It is.
Speaker 4 (23:13):
I could not toss that softball upsize.
Speaker 2 (23:18):
I mean, there's been so many softballs. I mean, just
go look at Ghost Galaxies Facebook page. Should I don't
know why you would play fucking mad libs with a
bunch of degenerates as such as ourselves and think that
this is anyway a good idea like that just had
to be the worst. Yeah, well, you know I didn't
(23:41):
post anything, but I didn't voice my Hey, maybe this
isn't the best idea, just saying and you listen to
to h F F S this week number one, we
got to step up our grump game, sheep, I need
you to do better. Liam's gunning for your spot. I
(24:03):
mean it was pretty grumpy today.
Speaker 3 (24:05):
Yeah I was. I thought I had.
Speaker 2 (24:07):
He's just grumpy and a grumpy in a grumpy tone.
I guess he's pretty grumpy towards gig today. But any
of y'all listening already? Ben, Oh wow, that's.
Speaker 3 (24:21):
The kind of grumpy I am. I'm like, why the
fuck am I wasting my time with.
Speaker 2 (24:26):
This fuck your game? I'm gonna play tiny robots on
my computer.
Speaker 4 (24:31):
All of these dos?
Speaker 2 (24:34):
Okay, all right, anyway back to it. Did any I
listened to h F F S this week?
Speaker 4 (24:40):
Yes?
Speaker 3 (24:41):
Okay, there's two of us. Number one.
Speaker 2 (24:48):
The fact that Josh says they are open to changing
what was written down. Now, that didn't infuriate anybody else.
I mean it's par for the course, right, I mean, HM, say,
one thing, doing a.
Speaker 3 (25:08):
I mean, let's say, a feedback is you know, not
a bad thing. Listening to feedback is not a bad thing.
Speaker 5 (25:16):
However, I did, I was like, yea, why Josh like,
because he sort of pays attention, Like why is he surprised?
Speaker 2 (25:26):
Well, what's our alternative?
Speaker 4 (25:29):
Though?
Speaker 2 (25:30):
That's my next question?
Speaker 4 (25:32):
We play Crucible Class? No ARCon powers. I like that
it's day and you just play Crucible class with them.
Speaker 3 (25:39):
Well, they can't do that, right, they can't do that.
Speaker 4 (25:42):
You can change do anything.
Speaker 3 (25:44):
You can change into the trgy right now and it
will be legal for key Ford celebration. Yeah done.
Speaker 4 (25:54):
If you if you know it's broken and we're talking
about that certain arch On powers are significantly better or
significantly worse, then yes, the card pool itself play enjoy.
Okay if you if you wrote down Crucible class, you're
still sticking to what you have, just don't play the
ark On power.
Speaker 3 (26:12):
Yeah. And I.
Speaker 4 (26:16):
Yeah, no, I think that the actual setus is fine
as is, but you put in the arc On powers
and it is wonky and unbalanced.
Speaker 3 (26:26):
Yeah, I did, so.
Speaker 5 (26:27):
I opened a two decks and I opened to Amber
Skies and it opened a crucible clash. I opened the
one where it's like both keys costs minus one and
you could forge like multiple keys of the turn right.
Speaker 3 (26:41):
That one's awful, Yeah, which.
Speaker 5 (26:45):
Super powered my opponent who had like uh you know,
they had sory in what they had the who's the dude,
that's like emberanum. You can use the forge keys the
uh full power one R and so two, and he
(27:09):
had a whole bunch of ward and uh yeah centers tricks.
Speaker 3 (27:13):
So it is yeahs it's it's the yeah yeah yeah.
Speaker 5 (27:18):
So he had yep, he had two of those with
h with a whole bunch of wards and it's just
like and then the dude's like play all your all
dinos get exalted, so I couldn't do anything to him,
and all his keys cost nothing, and he just like
forge aole bunch of keys all once and one.
Speaker 3 (27:35):
And I was like, oh wait was that fun?
Speaker 4 (27:38):
That was fun?
Speaker 3 (27:40):
Yeah?
Speaker 5 (27:42):
Yeah, I tapped my because his power was good too.
It was like the forger yellow key and then play
out of house, so like it's like, okay, all yours
are cheaper, Yes you can.
Speaker 3 (27:55):
Return. Yeah.
Speaker 2 (27:56):
It was like, well, like what the idea of changing
the set I'm not cool with, Like, and if you're
going to, you need to make that announcement like now,
because people are gonna start practicing. Well, nobody's practicing Crucibal Clash.
(28:19):
That's actually maybe a real reason other than us whining, right, Like,
a real reason is people are not practicing it.
Speaker 5 (28:26):
They don't know the card pool, they don't know the
new cards.
Speaker 3 (28:29):
It's hardly available, that's right, right, if you if you
ordered it, I'm not even that might be part of
a delayed shipment too.
Speaker 5 (28:40):
Well if yeah, if you ordered it, especially if you
ordered it with your certain darkness and probably if you
waited to order it Certain Darkness when you ordered Chris
book Clash, maybe you didn't get Certain Darkness right, like,
oh yeah, so so that is a real reason for
like a high level tournament to not have a set
(29:01):
as if it's not easily available, non accessible.
Speaker 2 (29:04):
Like, well, then everybody's on the same playing field, a
reason that it's just whining. Well, but then everybody's on
the same playing field. No, we're all at the same.
Speaker 3 (29:15):
But is that what, like, like, what do you want
your tournament to be? Right?
Speaker 2 (29:20):
Like you No, My my biggest thing is the number one.
We had a communication, right you said this? It does
It irritates me when you say one thing and then
you're like, well, now we're going to change it. Well,
you've already said it.
Speaker 4 (29:37):
Yeah, do what you mean?
Speaker 3 (29:38):
Mean what you say?
Speaker 2 (29:41):
Like either that or you guys should have gone to
the damn drawing board.
Speaker 4 (29:45):
I mean you do.
Speaker 3 (29:46):
You still do have.
Speaker 2 (29:49):
However, many months you don't have to make an announcement
of what set was going to be the set for
KFC for the Open because for some of us this
is a big deal. For some of us, we might
be trying, you know what would be amazing actually if
they made it VM twenty five, you know, and to.
Speaker 3 (30:08):
Be honest with you, I'd be fine that. I'd be
fine with.
Speaker 5 (30:12):
Yeah, the twenty five is a great set, and it
pisses off JM, so even better. This is also true,
and that's probably the only I'm kind of sad there's
only one named deck that you only get one, regardless
of your tiers, only one named deck. I know you
guys don't care, but like I was very excited, especially
if I go for a bigger pledge, to like use
(30:34):
use one for my name decks to be like you know,
JM l loves VM. Right, I was gonna do something
there that would be great. But now I get one.
Speaker 4 (30:45):
There was there was a statement of control.
Speaker 5 (30:48):
Now it does out right, Like I think we as
the drink might have to be the one that's gotta
be the it's gotta be it were drink.
Speaker 4 (30:59):
Yeah, I think we as the I did hear if
if I go for a larger pledge, I did hear that.
Speaker 5 (31:08):
Yeah, It's like I feel like the only person, the
only cool kid with it's out my own art, uh
and my only cool kid, I know it, like.
Speaker 3 (31:20):
None of us here on this there's enough people.
Speaker 4 (31:24):
Here, but at my locals, right, yeah, your locals there
are at my.
Speaker 5 (31:29):
Local, right, I'm looking around. I got you got Mammon
d g Right, he's got it. You got King of Bling.
Oh he doesn't have it, all right, never mind, you've
got all right. So so he and I are like,
but then you've got jj he's got it right, You've
got uh Stragan eight, he's got it.
Speaker 3 (31:48):
You got Barlow, he's got it right. I'm like, man,
I feel like uh someving to bust off the credit
card dress like the only one.
Speaker 4 (31:57):
I think that we need to go live in the
like Philly area. Man, you guys throwing down some big,
big money.
Speaker 3 (32:04):
I mean it helped to be in one of those
environments where is signally higher, like it is out there
that a couple of living is higher. But yes, but
the five hundred dollars is different, right right? That is yes?
(32:29):
All right?
Speaker 2 (32:29):
All right? What do you feel?
Speaker 3 (32:31):
Good?
Speaker 2 (32:31):
Snapbox do il No, I'm still pissed, but.
Speaker 4 (32:35):
Well, I'm going to say good luck to all participating
in the German Vault Tour tomorrow, because that's right, they're
just a couple hours ahead. That is September twelve through fourteen,
so happening this weekend if you are go ahead and
following along, hopefully we can and where's the what happens
over in Germany? And then next week boys, we have
two vaults?
Speaker 3 (32:55):
Go ahead, well, hold on, where's the where's the German
Vault Tour?
Speaker 4 (33:00):
I don't know it's listed here? Where is it?
Speaker 2 (33:03):
I don't know.
Speaker 3 (33:06):
Where? Where is it?
Speaker 2 (33:07):
Where is it? Somebody make the joke?
Speaker 3 (33:13):
Boll come.
Speaker 4 (33:18):
Germany?
Speaker 2 (33:23):
Was it already too much?
Speaker 4 (33:24):
Yeah? We killed dead, but next week we have both
Madrid and Vegas on September nineteen to Madrid. That we
have three So we have three. Yeah, but we have
three vaults coming up between this weekend and next weekend.
(33:44):
So good luck to all who are going and participating
and having great time. Fortune Keys. Like all the complaining
earlier for Certain Darkness, Yeah, they really messed up and
game found being pushed back. The actual events, the ope
events when are in person, the community is amazing and
it's well worth it to go to aall to ours
if you can watch online, if you can't, you can
(34:07):
go and enjoy amazing.
Speaker 5 (34:13):
All right, yes, very exciting. We're moving on to sory
m cards now. Yeah, we would scored cars in a while.
Speaker 3 (34:23):
Yeah, there's been a lot. There's been a lot of
complain now wa yeah, we're not scoring cars tonight, We're
not What do you mean we're not scoring no, because well, okay,
you can score them without me. It's only twenty one. Hey,
(34:44):
I've got to get up in like six hours, six hours,
seven six six seven. I get'd be very excited.
Speaker 2 (34:55):
Six seven eight.
Speaker 3 (34:59):
All right.
Speaker 4 (34:59):
I mean we could stop and just let this going.
Speaker 3 (35:05):
I mean, what are we h f F that's thirty
minute episode.
Speaker 2 (35:09):
What come on, let's do this. If you could, you
can nap sheep. Let's uh power through this scurse of cards.
Let's see houses. We need Saurian.
Speaker 3 (35:23):
Saurian from the peeve the doc. You can't x out.
Speaker 2 (35:33):
Oh you gotta go to cards. I'm in the wrong spot.
Speaker 4 (35:38):
Yeah yeah, it's been too long. You even know how?
Speaker 3 (35:41):
Yeah? Yeah, I'm getting there.
Speaker 2 (35:45):
I'm getting there, all right.
Speaker 4 (35:47):
I do. While you're looking, I'm gonna go ahead and
say our first card and keep this bad way moving.
This is adrianis Laurica three power dinosaur Soldier. Each friendly
creature with amber on it gets plus three armor play.
You may exalt heydrianis Laura.
Speaker 3 (36:10):
Up.
Speaker 2 (36:13):
It's not good. It's like a three middle of the row. Oh,
a three.
Speaker 3 (36:19):
It doesn't do much, probably tips over for a number.
Maybe it's a it's a three power creature. Yeah, two,
and not only if you exalt it. So if you
exalt it.
Speaker 2 (36:30):
It's three power three.
Speaker 3 (36:31):
Maybe giving your opponent an umber.
Speaker 2 (36:34):
Yeah. So basically this card says, play I don't like this.
Wait a half a turn, give your opponent a number.
So two, we're going down to two.
Speaker 3 (36:44):
Yeah, I mean that's all it is.
Speaker 4 (36:47):
It's a one.
Speaker 2 (36:48):
Vanish is in set. It's just like creature I.
Speaker 5 (36:52):
Originally so right. I had to just go myself by
the way and score all these for the tool. I
had put a one at the time.
Speaker 3 (36:58):
I don't know. Maybe maybe it's a but this is.
Speaker 2 (37:00):
I could agree with one because banish said. Banish is
a common Banish just says put this creature in your archives.
There's no added questions. This is a very relevant house
cool with the one.
Speaker 3 (37:16):
Each friend creature with amber on it gets our play.
Speaker 4 (37:27):
I mean this is.
Speaker 5 (37:30):
And you use the armor that turnes.
Speaker 3 (37:33):
This is very very similar value to the two other
creatures that do the same thing. Right, there's the two
different creatures who get power instead of armor.
Speaker 2 (37:46):
Practice gives power.
Speaker 3 (37:49):
No, no, no, it's probably and whatever, but also a
point lower because it isn't for each.
Speaker 4 (38:03):
Yeah, it's a one time, but armor, on the other.
Speaker 3 (38:07):
Hand, replenishes, so it also kind of lasts longer. But yes,
it can be a two, it can be a three,
it can be a mostly.
Speaker 4 (38:20):
This is worth much worse than Petus.
Speaker 3 (38:22):
Was only himself, right, No, that was everybody, it's the
other one.
Speaker 5 (38:31):
Yeah, pomp was each creature, wasn't it? Like each creature
with umber on it.
Speaker 3 (38:35):
Gets okay, one on hand mop Yeah, maybe that was
it for each all your creatures gain plus two.
Speaker 4 (38:44):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (38:44):
Each friendly creature gets plus two power for each umber
on it.
Speaker 4 (38:47):
All right, yeah, thank you. Each friendly creature gets plus
two power for each amber on it.
Speaker 2 (38:53):
I'm fine with the two. I think we should move
to Lictor just teeming, just tiny.
Speaker 3 (38:58):
All right, two? All right, we're up the right. Two right.
Speaker 2 (39:04):
I like Lickter just tinian.
Speaker 4 (39:05):
It can be I've been reading it.
Speaker 3 (39:10):
I like this one. Go ahead and read it. Four power.
Speaker 2 (39:12):
After your plays a card, deal one damage to each
enemy creature.
Speaker 3 (39:15):
This is at least a four. Could be a five. Yeah,
this card this is in field. It can be real
hard to deal with, all right.
Speaker 4 (39:28):
The part you were looking at was Centurion Sinopius, which
is three power two armor dinosaurs Soldier Centurion Stinopius gets
plus three power for each amber on it. But this, again,
I think that our first choice is much more closely
related there, so.
Speaker 3 (39:47):
Sweet.
Speaker 2 (39:48):
So is he a four? Is he a five?
Speaker 3 (39:53):
Sealed?
Speaker 2 (39:53):
This is very hard to deal with. Just Tinian Lictor,
just Tinian lickteror justin. He is a pain and a
butt to deal with. He is right outside the three
damage range, right because.
Speaker 5 (40:08):
Even if you play a card to kill him, you're
you're splashing one damage across your out of line.
Speaker 3 (40:14):
So it's it's yeah, and you know you might not
have that ready to go like this is. You know,
this is potentially witch status and its four power.
Speaker 4 (40:29):
Very very strong. Yeah, I love playing this as a tournament.
Speaker 3 (40:35):
Yeah, this is a five five? You think I could
be talked up to a five for sure?
Speaker 2 (40:41):
Thank you?
Speaker 3 (40:41):
All right?
Speaker 2 (40:44):
Ornate remenate, oh my goodness, remurderation.
Speaker 4 (40:53):
Remove re yeah, the moneration, but.
Speaker 2 (41:00):
Moderation all right, whatever, choose what you re money something money?
Please move each ember from a friendly creature to your
pool or a friendly creature captures good four less good,
but but also what it gives you the option, right,
(41:20):
it is versatile.
Speaker 3 (41:23):
This card is infuriating because it's like crappy half of trunks, creed,
crappy half of a bunch of cars, right.
Speaker 5 (41:36):
I mean I think I scored this too high actually
when I would just punching it in. But but it
is pretty good.
Speaker 3 (41:41):
Move each ember from a friendly creature your pool, like
that could be a huge deal. And then if it's not,
you have the option to capture three, which is okay.
Speaker 4 (41:51):
Yeah, actually five again, I think four I had put
as a five, and I don't think that's right.
Speaker 3 (41:59):
Actually, I think it's a four.
Speaker 4 (42:01):
Four?
Speaker 3 (42:04):
Sweet? Are you at this? Sheeps?
Speaker 2 (42:09):
Cheps sheep sleeping?
Speaker 3 (42:11):
Three?
Speaker 2 (42:12):
Three?
Speaker 3 (42:13):
Oh you're a three sheep? You don't like it now?
Speaker 2 (42:17):
He thinks it's fine. Three is fine?
Speaker 3 (42:20):
And this that and this set Like most of the
time it's not like this huge swing. Wait, which are
we on renumeration generation? Yeah? You know what you need
sanctum to capture? Really yeah, maybe maybe I'm saying too
(42:45):
much for this one.
Speaker 2 (42:48):
I still think it's pretty good. My dinosaur of stick
around a long time with some umber on all right, then,
okayos decree you may exalt up to three friendly creatures
for the remainder of the term they belonged to House
Saurian A little torn. It does have a pip of Vember.
(43:12):
I'm a little torn on this one. I'm going to
give you three. It's very flexible, but you are still exulting,
which eventually means you're giving up Ember.
Speaker 4 (43:26):
What did we have?
Speaker 3 (43:27):
Well, that's why you have your ornate true?
Speaker 4 (43:31):
What do we have on Sario?
Speaker 2 (43:36):
His sorrow is really order ready as and they could
be used.
Speaker 3 (43:40):
Yeah, he does ready and recling creatures and all kinds
of good stuff and mis set for him. I don't
know or how we get orders A three.
Speaker 4 (43:55):
Interesting, okay, Because you have the immediate printed amber on here,
you have the choice of you may exalt, and it's
up to so you could choose zero, one, two, or three.
But if you have any creatures out on board, the
value that's off of here is I mean, essentially could
play this exalt three and go ahead in game four
(44:15):
as my Christmas tree land. I found I've found that
this I really like. It plays well for me. It
shows up in the rare, so Unfortunately, you don't see
a ton of it. Oddly, I've seen more pluvious cree
than I have adrianis Lourica so odd. But this I
have no problem with. I definitely think that I could
(44:37):
easily go into a four for it.
Speaker 3 (44:43):
I'm middle, I had a four. Three. We're at Sheep
Cheeps the Sleep. Yeah, all right, choose three or a four.
Speaker 5 (44:59):
I don't actually out, Well, you're gonna four, all right, four,
So we're leaving it.
Speaker 2 (45:13):
For okay, Salvatorum, moving, Salvatorium, Salvatorium, Salvatorum, Salvatorium. You cannot
play Salvatorium each friendly ready creature with ember on. It
cannot be belt damage fate put Salvatorium into play under
your opponent's control.
Speaker 5 (45:36):
It's super awkward, like way to get this on the board, Like,
it's weird, Like I think I think that that does
detract from it a little.
Speaker 3 (45:49):
Bit for me. You can't just place it.
Speaker 4 (45:52):
Yeah, I find this similar to Plasina hit aen Agent,
where you're kind of putting into play.
Speaker 3 (45:59):
It is a better though, Yes, this is this is
much is not that hard to get play.
Speaker 4 (46:06):
It depends.
Speaker 3 (46:07):
It's just awkward. It's it's strange to me that potentially
can just warp a game. I think it's yeah strong
either way, right?
Speaker 4 (46:19):
Wrong?
Speaker 2 (46:23):
So is it four strong or five strong? It's four strong,
that's what I had to I think four.
Speaker 3 (46:32):
You had a three. I at least had four. I
think I was knocking it for I don't know, maybe
I don't.
Speaker 2 (46:41):
Have this one play. The reason I didn't give it
a five was because there's too many bots in this set.
Speaker 3 (46:50):
And it's another one where if you if you don't
have captured exulting, it doesn't really do anything that's true, right,
But you have sory and so that there is that
consistent right. I mean I could be talking.
Speaker 4 (47:11):
I could be talked into a three. I could if
that helps you.
Speaker 2 (47:14):
You had it at a two, yeah, coming up to
a three, I think it's strong than a three.
Speaker 3 (47:22):
I probably I probably detracted too much for the way
you put it into play. I think I did. The
fact that you can just chuck this under a prophecy
and you don't have to call Saurian and stuff. That's
a strength.
Speaker 2 (47:35):
That's true.
Speaker 3 (47:36):
That's true.
Speaker 2 (47:38):
And then I'm gonna I'm gonna put a whole bunch
of ember on my Marcella's and you won't be able
to do anything about it. You've activated my.
Speaker 4 (47:47):
Know, they can't. They can't be dealt damage. They can
still be balancing.
Speaker 2 (47:52):
And I didn't give it a five.
Speaker 3 (47:55):
Bounce you.
Speaker 5 (47:57):
All right, So we're all right, We're gonna talk to
up here.
Speaker 2 (48:00):
A dome action. It's another location, another another artifact. Man,
so mean, this is also artifact that you don't have
to spend a whole turn to do it. You can
put you can literally probably get this out on any turn,
depending on your faith or depending on your prophecy. Is
(48:23):
another yeah, he's yeah. But now we're moving on to
Vesuvius Dome, which is another artifact which action move each
ember from each creature to the common supply, destroy each creature,
destroy Vesuvious Dome. Sorian become wimpy whimpy Wimpy should request.
Speaker 3 (48:48):
So this one like this is uh, this is the
same card that exists in dis key to this for
a plus one because it also flushes the amber well
and flushes the amber you have collected. It could also
be a negative because it flushes collected, but it's it
(49:10):
is interesting that got away from this sacrificing terminology.
Speaker 4 (49:15):
Mm hmm. It is one of the few straight board
wipes in that it's slower an artifact. But yes, and
this is actions. You haven't even comeback. Yeah, so that's
what I'm saying.
Speaker 3 (49:32):
It's there, So this is one lower. It's a four.
I had this at a four.
Speaker 2 (49:41):
Yeah, sounds good to me. Degenerate the core. It's an
action card. Play choose one exalt the most powerful creature
three times the most powerful friendly creature captures three And.
Speaker 4 (49:58):
We have now moved into the uncommon slot. So the
first cards were all rares. This isn't uncommon.
Speaker 3 (50:07):
Uh, this card is a little better because it just
throws three amber on an opponent's creature, maybe else the
most powerful creature. So yeah, I mean it doesn't always
the capture half.
Speaker 4 (50:21):
So you have flexibility in the capture. You can choose
to fight and get rid of your most power creature
if it's there or like there, there's flexibility in this.
Most of the time when it's being played, I find
that it's being played for the exalting your opponent's creature
for three and then you have a way to bounce
it or kill it.
Speaker 2 (50:40):
Right, But in the late game it can be used
as ember control if you're in a pickle.
Speaker 4 (50:45):
If you need it. Yeah, usually more attacking. I like it,
like it.
Speaker 3 (50:51):
That's a three.
Speaker 2 (50:54):
I think it's more before.
Speaker 3 (50:55):
Yeah, that's I think it's Yeah, that's where I had
it was a three.
Speaker 2 (51:02):
Okay, well he's a four at four where yeah you walk,
I have four, but again go four? Right, guyas three
power dinosaur philosopher. After reward each other friendly creature with
ember on it scrap war a friendly creature.
Speaker 5 (51:26):
So I always think about guyas Baltar whenever I see
this cart or hear the name, but doesn't look anything
like Boltar.
Speaker 3 (51:37):
Or act like guyas Baltar would act. I don't know, really,
you don't know that. You don't know him is guyas Baltar.
Speaker 2 (51:47):
He's got his drunk juice.
Speaker 3 (51:50):
Yeah, I mean, like carrying your opponent's amber is kind
of like being a trader maybe. Yeah.
Speaker 5 (52:00):
So this one's interesting because like when my first read
this card, I was like, oh, it's solid, but like
I have, I'm happy, I just don't like it doesn't
like it never seems to work out well, it doesn't
seem to meet the power level of the rest of
the set. Yeah, Like it's like.
Speaker 3 (52:24):
Read good effect. Yeah, I mean if you like Salvatorium,
this card is as good.
Speaker 4 (52:31):
I think what they're saying is that it reads like
it should play better, but for some odd reason it's not.
Speaker 2 (52:37):
It just doesn't.
Speaker 4 (52:39):
It's not.
Speaker 3 (52:41):
It is something.
Speaker 4 (52:42):
Yeah, I find that people will target this because if
you do let it go and then you can read
toward each other friendly creature. I mean it's because of
each other friendly creature. It just doesn't stick around more
than a turn. But even warning everything, I think the
three is fine based on that. If it worded all
(53:04):
creatures with amber and you know, you can get it
in here. But I think three is fine.
Speaker 2 (53:09):
It's just it's a good effect. It's never it never
pans out, and I'm often sad to see him when
I open it.
Speaker 3 (53:19):
Yeah, it feels like it can't be worse than a
three though, Like that effect.
Speaker 4 (53:22):
Is not bad.
Speaker 3 (53:26):
I don't know.
Speaker 2 (53:28):
I had a two just mainly because every time again,
every time I get a deck with this card, like
it's like the pile of card. It's like that deck
you always look at. You're like there should be something
and it just it's not.
Speaker 3 (53:43):
Yeah. Yeah, I like his friend. We'll see later where
it's like the Captors and wards like that. Yeah, like
I was better. It's more guaranteed value.
Speaker 5 (53:55):
Yes, guaranteed because for some reason he seem to be
more effective.
Speaker 3 (54:00):
I don't know why. Rufus way back. Well, yeah, we'll
talk to him in a minute.
Speaker 2 (54:06):
Governor Griddlic, he's a six power story and politician. After
a fight, put the top most creature from your opponent's
discard pile into play under your control.
Speaker 4 (54:20):
The recruiting program is working well. I like to say,
this is Governor Griddell.
Speaker 3 (54:27):
Well, yeah, looks a little bit like you. Is this
your art card? He's sort of got a beak nose
a little bit. I mean he does look like he
kind of looks like a prick. Yeah, he's very fairly.
Speaker 2 (54:45):
I like this sometimes back.
Speaker 3 (54:53):
All right, so this card because he's we he doesn't
have any armor. He only gets it like he His
effect often goes off once the lesser's silly enough to
leave elusives for you, wipowers. Not with all those logos
(55:13):
around happens quiet. I haven't I've seen him do a
lot yet, but he's okay.
Speaker 2 (55:23):
No, he would be a much better choose a creature
because it's the topmost creature. So tis I not you're
not getting something you can actually use. It's the topmost creature.
Speaker 3 (55:33):
A little clever play on your part and you can
a little clever play on my part.
Speaker 2 (55:38):
Still barely that that atrocity out of their discard pile.
Speaker 4 (55:44):
It's like, I'm so well, if you're forced into sorry,
and but if you fight, you have put the creature
into the discard pile. Correct, Yes, after fight, then it
would be coming back.
Speaker 2 (55:59):
So whoever he fight, Yeah, never mind, he got significantly worse,
worse anymore. I don't like him any I don't know.
Speaker 3 (56:08):
That's worse.
Speaker 4 (56:08):
It gives you some options, right, you have control.
Speaker 3 (56:12):
He's crazy, I'm crazy.
Speaker 5 (56:15):
Only a three or four though, Yeah, I feel like
this card, like in ffg Era would would definitely have
been better right now. It's like this isn't nearly as
good as it used to be right now with.
Speaker 2 (56:29):
A bunch of twelves running around twelves with very little downside.
Speaker 5 (56:36):
Yeah, I mean this is at least a three. I
edited a three, don't Yeah, I don't know if it
gets to a four though.
Speaker 4 (56:44):
No three.
Speaker 3 (56:44):
It is cracking reform pip Ember every time you play it.
It's an action card.
Speaker 2 (56:50):
Love this card. Play the top card of your opponent's
deck as if it were yours. Fate your opponent archives
the top two cards of their deck.
Speaker 3 (57:01):
This is very good. Why this card hold on? I'm wrong.
Speaker 5 (57:03):
I don't know why I put this as a three before.
This is better than a three Rocken or Governor the
Grocken Reform. I don't know why I put it as
a three.
Speaker 3 (57:13):
I want to say five because you experiences as I
and it's fun but never does anything meaningful. What well,
where's Murcan's.
Speaker 4 (57:27):
Action with the amber? Pip?
Speaker 3 (57:30):
Is a four? And this gives a pip and you
have the option to fade it. Yeah, this is that one.
So I have it at five. I love it all.
It's gonna take at five. Sheep's gonna hit that.
Speaker 6 (57:45):
Hit that cover fire one time, that's all it needs
to do, or even better, hit that.
Speaker 2 (57:58):
Hit your hornswaggle.
Speaker 3 (58:01):
I got z lock with that, so you know I hit,
I hit freaking I hit the guy who.
Speaker 2 (58:07):
That oh.
Speaker 5 (58:14):
Yes, or the asp and then you can't you can't
clear him, and then they give you all their dudes
with their ember on it.
Speaker 3 (58:22):
Yeah, it's a solid It is a solid card, for sure,
But I don't it's not it's it's it's it's a four.
It's not reliable enough to be critical to winning games, right,
(58:47):
it's it's total craft shot lock we go forward.
Speaker 5 (58:55):
Yeah fine, I love that card Paleogens because it's not
quite as good as this next card.
Speaker 3 (59:03):
Well. I like the fate on it too.
Speaker 2 (59:05):
With archiving to top two cards. I if you're not playing,
some might as well archive two. I don't know. I
like it a lot. Palaeogen Society, I remember every time
you play it action play a return another card from
your discard pile to your hand, Purge Paleogen Society, Fate
ward each enemy creature. I like this card too, yeah
(59:31):
big so.
Speaker 5 (59:32):
I originally had this as a four because I was like, oh,
yeah you can. You can just go get a card
and use it, but you're gonna go get a Saurian card,
Like That's what I was thinking about. But like, the
more I play with this, I'm like, no, like fading
to ward your board after you flop a.
Speaker 3 (59:48):
Huge board is huge.
Speaker 2 (59:51):
Also, don't forget you can get another card from your
discard pile to your hand. This is recursion of any
card you can go get. Yeah you can, you can
get Atrocity. You can go get a gleaming.
Speaker 3 (01:00:07):
Card.
Speaker 2 (01:00:09):
You can go get you can get a lot of
things back that you can slide underneath a fate to
screw your opponent over the next turn.
Speaker 4 (01:00:16):
Boys, why are we getting hood winked back?
Speaker 2 (01:00:19):
Get because it got discarded.
Speaker 3 (01:00:23):
Because it got started?
Speaker 4 (01:00:25):
Yeah okay, yeah, I'm like freaking Rager said hit you
that in that matter. I was just looking at the purge.
I'm like, you played it, but yes there.
Speaker 2 (01:00:36):
Yeah, you can go get a ragery set back and
put that under your ask again later you can either.
So this card is sovers this I I love this card.
I want, I want, I will take two of these,
three of these. I'm down with.
Speaker 5 (01:00:56):
A br abr alliance. We we loaded up on multi
Palaging Society decks.
Speaker 3 (01:01:05):
And do you know how we did? And with that Scrogie.
Speaker 7 (01:01:10):
Well Wade a terrible So maybe you did, but I
don't think it was the Palatine Society's fault. It was
it was the fact that you know, I drafted Sydney
so that she would build us all alliance decks.
Speaker 3 (01:01:28):
I was Jason, I at uh.
Speaker 5 (01:01:32):
You know, Sidney built like three and then Jason and
I are like there on like Saturday night or Sunday night,
like crap, like building these these decks and stuff.
Speaker 3 (01:01:43):
I felt my own, you know, it was awful, but
good for you.
Speaker 4 (01:01:49):
We did not have a good team investment in the
Alliance week. I do feel that we actually had some
really spicy uh f f G decks and that week
we did not hit as high as we could have.
But the Alliance week we really really hit the bottom.
The team we were facing, though, did have a number
(01:02:11):
of decks that had been put together and specifically sought
out for pods that were being used for Alliance. So
the combination of us not putting in the time and
facing the team we did really really really hurt us there.
Speaker 3 (01:02:25):
Yeah, and Sydney did put together some good decks.
Speaker 5 (01:02:28):
She put together our are she put together our headline deck.
Was it the feature match deck which we did win,
that was the only one we want. It was like,
oh my gosh, we did so bad that week.
Speaker 4 (01:02:43):
But I don't know about you, dress, but did you
just feel out tempoed? Because that was what was consistently
talked about, is just out tempoed by the other Alliance decks.
Speaker 3 (01:02:54):
Yeah, like I played.
Speaker 4 (01:03:00):
App Yeah, it was just a lot of shadows that
was stealing and so is it out tempoed? All right,
now you can go back.
Speaker 3 (01:03:09):
Fine, Yeah I lost a huge status steals what what
I did? Like sounds like you're a scrub because.
Speaker 2 (01:03:18):
Welcome to coda where that happened for like a don't
let them play and then they can't steal anything.
Speaker 3 (01:03:25):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (01:03:26):
Well yeah, Plans three powered Dinosaur Assassin destroyed, destroy each
of Plans Sena's hidden agents, Neighbors Fate put Plans Seen
a hidden agent into play under your opponent's control. One
thank you.
Speaker 4 (01:03:47):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (01:03:48):
I hate this card, alright.
Speaker 3 (01:03:50):
I hate this card so much. I hate this card
at first, to freaking hack that every time I've ever
played this card, then they go like Gift of Amber
and like make money off of it, or they needed
a creature on their side for some kind of sacrificial
(01:04:10):
or some kind of dumb or they or they exile
it back or whatever, because I've only ever had to
play this and sealed and I hate it. I hate
it so much. I hate it too, That's what it is. Yeah.
Speaker 4 (01:04:23):
I think the problem is that it comes to the
destroyed the fact that you have to destroy it in
order to take out one or two neighbors, and so
you have one neighbor correct have to place it super
not targeted, and they don't have to worry about it.
Speaker 2 (01:04:43):
And it has to come out under a fate because
you can't play it.
Speaker 4 (01:04:49):
Incorrect. I want ahead. No, No, yeah I played. I
did because I had a whole hand of sorry, but
I did have an exile because that was the only
way I was going to be able to get it
out because my fates were horrendous. This prophecy is horrendous,
so it was not coming out as a fate.
Speaker 2 (01:05:14):
That'd probably be about the only good things.
Speaker 3 (01:05:16):
And then I did not know.
Speaker 4 (01:05:17):
I went ahead, and yeah, you went ahead and like
killed it or got rid of it or sent it back.
It was sad.
Speaker 2 (01:05:24):
It's a bad card. Arch legged Valeria.
Speaker 4 (01:05:31):
Into the Commons. Now arch legged Commons.
Speaker 3 (01:05:34):
Yeah, start with a good one.
Speaker 2 (01:05:36):
I thought, arch legg It's fine, enhanced with a Dino
pit before fight, exalt an enemy creature for each of
arch legg It's Valaria's Sorrian neighbors. I think he's good.
He's at least four good.
Speaker 5 (01:05:51):
He's got the enhance, so he's immediately a million points
a really good before fight effect. Yeah, really, it's like, yeah,
like kill something you don't like and get to ember
and make something else Sorrian like that is amazing. This
is like one of the best recruiters. It is, I think,
(01:06:15):
And there's plenty of ward in this set. Yeah five,
I have five. I think it's I'm not sad seeing him.
Speaker 3 (01:06:26):
Okay, I'll accept.
Speaker 4 (01:06:32):
At least.
Speaker 2 (01:06:34):
Remember he's got it, he's got it enhanced.
Speaker 3 (01:06:39):
I think. Yeah, but we've also been proven wrong because
you guys keep trying to not get points for pips. Yeah,
well I was told I can.
Speaker 4 (01:06:50):
Hear as well. But I do think. I think as
we've gone on it is changed, right.
Speaker 2 (01:06:56):
A Governess Sylvina like this card to three powered Dinosaur
Politician play move each Ember from a friendly creature to
the most powerful enemy creature scraps doun two creatures with
no Ember on them.
Speaker 3 (01:07:16):
I'm gonna say this one suffers from the same problem
as the whatever rear card earlier, which is just you
don't make as big a piles of amber in this
as as you have in some other sets. This card's
pretty good, but I cannot believe all this is. This
(01:07:36):
is just a toss it on the board guard or.
Speaker 4 (01:07:42):
Reation.
Speaker 5 (01:07:45):
I So when I first went through all these so
I could build a tool, I put as a five.
I was very excited about this now that I've played it,
like occasionally it is, but like a lot of times
it's not. I don't know if it's five.
Speaker 3 (01:07:57):
I have to bring this down. Yeah, that's the problem.
Speaker 5 (01:08:00):
So if I yeah, I like, this can win you
the game, right, like most of the time it doesn't.
But I don't want to bring this too far. I
think maybe four. I don't say I do think that.
I think it's good. I don't know if it's five.
Speaker 4 (01:08:23):
I like to be able to move amber from a
creature over I like when Trenks is there, to be
able to use this to counter. Honestly, I use the
stun the scrap quite a bit to stun two creatures
with no amber that that does play quite a bit
for me.
Speaker 3 (01:08:41):
And you stun your new guys because remember, like that's
definitely happened to me. Oops, who scraps this? Yeah, well
there you go.
Speaker 5 (01:08:54):
Well, no, like the beginning of your turn, because you
can't guess what the house they're thinking of, so you
discard half your hand and then you stun your own
dudes because they have no creatures, like.
Speaker 2 (01:09:08):
Like, well, I feel like if I was like, hey,
drafts car, how would you explain how would you explain
prophecies to somebody to be like, think of a house.
Speaker 3 (01:09:22):
You're wrong, I'm thinking of, Yeah, yeah, that's that's the
I mean, kid, later the time, you're wrong. Yeah, Like nope,
that wasn't the one. That's not the one I was
thinking of.
Speaker 4 (01:09:38):
Like, thank you for guessing. You'll get to guess again
next round.
Speaker 5 (01:09:42):
No, think of the house. I guess the house I'm
thinking of. And then the fate card I put under
it is uh, you can see your match right like
that going on in the set, right, Like.
Speaker 4 (01:09:55):
All right, Mark, I will tell you dress. I have
not had that scrap effect hit me, so yes, that
would be bad.
Speaker 2 (01:10:01):
We're working on it. Larka infantry three power four arm
or after fight, you may exalt larca infantry. If you do,
your opponent loses.
Speaker 4 (01:10:11):
To soldiers need to be paid. And I don't care
where it comes from.
Speaker 3 (01:10:18):
This card has been critical to success a few times
because a repeated amber control kind of rare.
Speaker 2 (01:10:27):
It's really in frustrating, especially one of those cards.
Speaker 3 (01:10:35):
You just quit playing creatures against them because you're just like, hell,
you can't do your amber control.
Speaker 2 (01:10:40):
Baha, I attack your life points directly.
Speaker 3 (01:10:47):
M So yeah, I think of four.
Speaker 5 (01:10:51):
I think I think it's a very strong after fight effect,
and he's going to reap.
Speaker 3 (01:10:55):
I think I think it's good. So when we're all,
I mean just watching, watching what's going on already, Yes,
Saurin is going to score high because the quality of
their creatures is pretty high. But is a Saorium board? Yeah,
(01:11:16):
ARCon good, it's definitely sealed killer, right, land a story board,
win the damn game. You can do it in Saurian
or logos in this set where you just land one
of those houses, like five of five creatures from the
house and you just go ah when and your opponent's
going yep mm hm, I can't do anything about it.
Is it a know? This this pile of cards that
(01:11:38):
we are looking at wins sealed games absolutely, like the
rushes sealed game. Does it crush ARCon games? Because I
mean we haven't got to the draw to which is critical. Yeah,
I think this stuff is okay, but you just there's
(01:11:58):
so much stuff in ARCon where you just like don't
really have to play creatures necessarily, So you don't have
to play into some of this stuff. It's much easier.
Speaker 2 (01:12:10):
Fine, but our leg still tip over for a dollar.
Speaker 3 (01:12:15):
Sure, but they do the probably ARCon games that often either.
Speaker 4 (01:12:20):
Yeah, the problem that we're seeing if you build a
big if you're building a big board, it can cause problems.
But what we're seeing with Trenk's being very viable is
actually playing any creatures puts them as a massive liability.
Speaker 3 (01:12:34):
Trenk be critical and our.
Speaker 2 (01:12:36):
Coon yet either well we have seen it, we've we've
saw it, and uh, the Dutch, the Netherlands, Yeah, we
did see it there. We saw what was the one
before that, Vietnam, Vietnam. It was quite impertinent there. However,
(01:12:56):
like some of them are big and meeting you need Yeah, sure,
trank some you got them seven Good luck everybody.
Speaker 4 (01:13:09):
But then there's enough.
Speaker 3 (01:13:12):
TV is not the only set being played, Like does
this really deal with g R.
Speaker 5 (01:13:17):
Well, let's all right, so let's let's uh so let's
score these and then let's add up the sorry in
versus the others and let's see let's see.
Speaker 3 (01:13:25):
How we've compared them.
Speaker 4 (01:13:26):
What do we give you?
Speaker 3 (01:13:27):
Contry A four? Yeah, I said four. I don't know
if it's.
Speaker 4 (01:13:34):
Well, I think sheep, yeah, I think before we go
on to that, I think what you're talking about is
that there's a lot of disruption in PV and so
sorry in itself, I'm not talking about talking about no
no no no no no no, but but but I'm
telling you that playing Creatures, it's slower typically TV. We
(01:13:58):
want to have the control and that's what's lack king here,
and so it does not carry a lot of the
game breaking fates. If any.
Speaker 3 (01:14:09):
Was the third house in my well, it was the
third house in my lives deck because we have an
orator either like they can push amber and that way,
and that is.
Speaker 2 (01:14:20):
Phil is also in.
Speaker 5 (01:14:24):
You need those good story and board with good prophecies
and you're spamming your logos and your diss fates.
Speaker 2 (01:14:34):
Like that could be pretty good. Or Star Alliance fates.
They're the worst cards, but the best fates.
Speaker 3 (01:14:44):
Yeah, some truth to that.
Speaker 2 (01:14:47):
Marcela the younger for power just a dinosaur. Marcella is
in her very before time, very lamb before time, but
very sensual netlice there. She's way little see through. I
don't know if I saw that.
Speaker 3 (01:15:03):
Yeah, faster after all, right, sorry, after fight after reap
you make so that's why sol the younger if you
do draw two cards. This is one of the critical ones.
I feel like to sory in house that can carry
the deck because you can stay in sorry and making
amber and drawing enough stuff to answer yeah her sor
(01:15:28):
and then when they do clear your board, you go, okay,
well now you'd have to deal with this other problem
because I have a ten card hand or twelve card
hand or whatever. Yes, this one is critical. This is
I don't know it's a four or five?
Speaker 4 (01:15:44):
So what is it?
Speaker 3 (01:15:45):
Five?
Speaker 2 (01:15:47):
I think Marcella is a four.
Speaker 3 (01:15:48):
This is not as good as Filo. Y Filo is
a five. I'm thinking four on this.
Speaker 2 (01:15:56):
Yeah, I think Marcella is a four only because she
really needs order to get up and do the thing.
Speaker 3 (01:16:05):
That's it. That's all I have.
Speaker 2 (01:16:06):
But it is, it is.
Speaker 3 (01:16:08):
This is a big card.
Speaker 5 (01:16:08):
This You want to see these, but you need you
need a little protection to make her work this one.
Like if you don't have other stuff in your deck,
that's good, this is no longer good.
Speaker 3 (01:16:18):
Just making your opponent amper ah and you know so
like it's not always a great card and sealed because
you may just be drying a bunch of other bad cards.
Speaker 2 (01:16:27):
Correct.
Speaker 3 (01:16:29):
I think it's it's witch level, right, like you have
to deal with it, so yes.
Speaker 2 (01:16:36):
She doesn't need to be dealt with Plubius Skippio. Mmm,
I hate this card. But six power two Armor Dinosaur
Soldier splash tap four fate for the remainder of turn
after you use a friendly creature, deal for damorrhage to
its neighbor. I don't know if I.
Speaker 5 (01:17:00):
Good well, I I should be fading him more often,
because that is a pretty disruptive.
Speaker 3 (01:17:09):
When I'm fading this card, it's because I don't have
good Surians and I don't want to play any of
them otherwise. This guy alone like just controls bored and
makes other people, you know, like you just can't answer
the Saurian board when this thing's out often.
Speaker 2 (01:17:30):
Yeah, I don't have good pretty good.
Speaker 3 (01:17:35):
He's probably still only a four because he's a fighty
based thing. Yeah you can't.
Speaker 5 (01:17:45):
I you know, I'm as I'm looking at my score
is I think I started because basically what you said, sheep,
like when I had scored it before, I was like
pushing some of these down, I think in the commons
because I was like this can't be that good a
house based on what I'm feeling I had, I had
put it a three, but I mean he is I
mean six two splash four with an option of a solid.
Speaker 3 (01:18:07):
Fate effect and sealed. This guy's a monster, absolutely yes,
but and yeah, outside of sealed, this guy is very
strong against certain type of decks, Like if you're playing
an opponent who actually wants to play creatures, he's real strong.
If they don't need creatures logard like just a fan reaper,
(01:18:32):
yeah right, board, Yeah, but I don't know if logos
Bord is a real thing or just uh, you know,
a sealed thing. Where are you at wokie? Were you
at cheap or sheep? Very sad walk?
Speaker 2 (01:18:51):
I am as a three. I don't have very good
luck with him.
Speaker 3 (01:18:53):
I can't.
Speaker 2 (01:18:55):
I have four doesn't hurt my feelings at all.
Speaker 4 (01:18:59):
But I play old so like, yeah, but we're trying
to you know, we're trying. I mean, I hear what
I hear what's being said. Yeah, and I think I
think there's gonna be an overall I think there's gonna
be an overall stipulation. Is it a by itself card? Great?
But all of these creatures are like if you land
(01:19:22):
the big board, great, it's it's there, and it's a
beast to get rid of, especially in sight with the
limited c and you'll see some really nice bounce on
other cards. But I have not seen sorian as like
the ARCon house that's being pulled in. Is that because
everyone else is playing diss and logos and so sorry?
(01:19:44):
And just isn't the third is it? Like?
Speaker 2 (01:19:47):
I don't know, Yeah, let's yeah, I I we might,
we might have to go back. And because they're there,
are definitely some much spicier picks. I just I don't
know if it's really been given its chance to shoot
its shot. There's good stuff. I just think everybody's like,
(01:20:10):
oh man, I gotta get the gleaming the cubes, I
gotta get the strategic faints. I gotta get the reiterations.
I gotta get to this. I gotta If I don't
have that.
Speaker 3 (01:20:19):
Now, I want to play all the sixes and not
all these fours and fives.
Speaker 2 (01:20:23):
Yeah, I mean yes, I mean yes, it makes sense.
But Virgilius Dinosaur politician three power after reap, a neighboring
creature captures one ward.
Speaker 3 (01:20:36):
That creature.
Speaker 2 (01:20:39):
Really disappointed that this didn't end up with a bild
in Ted's excellent adventure.
Speaker 4 (01:20:48):
Trust that our little problem will be resolved discreetly.
Speaker 2 (01:20:54):
It feels more like Emperor Palpatine then.
Speaker 3 (01:20:58):
Then rufus. But I like this car.
Speaker 2 (01:21:02):
This is a card never really, I guess too terribly
upset seeing.
Speaker 5 (01:21:09):
Yeah, three power, little little arm control, little wars that
to protect your dudes, I think three solid.
Speaker 3 (01:21:17):
Yeah, yeah, he's yeah, he's fine. Yeah, not amazing.
Speaker 4 (01:21:23):
I like, well, no, but being able to put them
into You're like, there's a lot of creatures that I
want to protect here in the common slot that Marcella
I want us to have Lourica. I do see the
value in being able to capture and war that creature.
If it's just capture, I think it's good. I do
find that people will target it to that which level
(01:21:49):
status because the problem is concealed. You're blowing out these
large saurian creatures, and where this can fall, it can
be it can be real good.
Speaker 3 (01:21:59):
I mean we're trying to we're trying to.
Speaker 4 (01:22:00):
I guess I see the three I I had. I
know that's the problem. Okay, had four, But I've been off.
It's fine.
Speaker 2 (01:22:11):
Sedimentary nap shuffle creature. What's it all right? Good sedimentary
nap up member. Every time we played action play, shuffle
a creature into its owner's deck. Fate shuffle the most
powerful friendly creature into its owner's deck.
Speaker 3 (01:22:32):
It's removal gets around the story effects. Yeah, there is
so little from hand, see, I mean too low was
somewhere right, it's coming up. Yeah, yeah, but you know,
like they took out they took on all the Seeker.
(01:22:53):
I guess the five damage ones.
Speaker 2 (01:22:55):
It's set right, but yeah, stop, yeah.
Speaker 3 (01:23:01):
I don't know. It's just there's so little c that
this card ends up having more value and it's a
decent and it's a decent Fate, but it's still not
super strong, so it ends up being like a three
storing system. I think you're you're you're fine having it,
but you're not going like, oh yeah, I need like
ten of those.
Speaker 4 (01:23:23):
I don't know. If I'm gaining an amber and I'm
throwing it back in your deck, we're.
Speaker 3 (01:23:29):
Going to get it again. So it's not sure, but.
Speaker 4 (01:23:33):
But I get that tomorrow. Well, no, it's not as
good as killing it, but it gets around it. When
you get near the end, it's a little traumatic. Well,
what's a banya it gets around. I don't know, back
to your asking what.
Speaker 2 (01:23:50):
Its number is?
Speaker 3 (01:23:52):
Two? Two?
Speaker 2 (01:23:54):
Yeah, so this is a three now.
Speaker 4 (01:23:57):
But that's good.
Speaker 2 (01:23:58):
That's there are yeah.
Speaker 4 (01:24:02):
Yeah, and archives means I can pull it next turn.
Death does not mean that, right, That's why I'm giving
it an additional point. Yeah, okay, And Fate you can't target.
It's the most powerful friendly creature, so it's non targetable.
I don't know if I ever fate sedimentary napp unless
(01:24:23):
I'm trying to burn through cards. Yeah right, that's what
I'm saying. Unless I'm trying to burn through cards. I
don't know if I fate sedimentary nap like ever, because
it's more powerful as a play from hand.
Speaker 3 (01:24:41):
Oh, I definitely do it. I said that often you
just don't want to play story in at all, so
you fate every sorry in card you get. So the
fact that this one actually does something nice.
Speaker 2 (01:24:52):
Fair, well let's talk about Okay, let's talk about the
next one that does something. On of Faith spend THRIFTI November.
Every time you play an action play, move each ember
from a creature to the common supply, exalt that creature,
fate move each okay from an enemy creature to your opponent's.
Speaker 3 (01:25:15):
I mean that play effect was a little yann.
Speaker 2 (01:25:20):
I like this, but is a fake solid. It affects solid.
Speaker 4 (01:25:28):
So if you don't have amber on your sorry and
or any of your creatures, I actually find the play
effect is fine because I'm gaining an amber and frankly,
I can go ahead and essentially if you have no
amber there, I can exalt one of your creatures. So
if I have a chance, it's two off of it correct,
(01:25:48):
So that's I actually find the effect is decent.
Speaker 3 (01:25:54):
But this is one where currently I see when the
fate comes off your opponent like they don't at least
well I played with my locals, like they don't value
the spendthrift fate as high as some of the other
effects that remove all the amber. So it still hits
with a little bit of surprise. I don't think that
stays that way. But it's a the fate effect where
(01:26:16):
it just flushes everything can be pretty good.
Speaker 5 (01:26:21):
So I have it a three because most of the
time it's mediocre, but occasionally it's quite good.
Speaker 2 (01:26:27):
I accept I as well accept.
Speaker 4 (01:26:32):
I had a four, but we're fine.
Speaker 2 (01:26:35):
Two play choose an enemy creature to strange creature with
less power than the chosen creature's power, fate the strange
friendly creature with the lowest power.
Speaker 3 (01:26:50):
Here, I almost never fate this card because there's so
little scenans that I'm using it as the sea, And
if you're playing a decent story house, you can often
end up with the much better board after playing this card.
Speaker 5 (01:27:07):
Well, I was just playing somebody where I faded this
and they played a huge board of two power creatures,
including a whole bunch of including a whole.
Speaker 3 (01:27:18):
Bunch of fall guys, and uh but I had no
emberor at this they didn't guess the house I was
thinking of. The whole board died and they stole nothing.
It was glorious. But that is that is the minority. Yeah,
I mean it's fight abilities. Fine. I just find that
(01:27:39):
when I've been playing and this is a sealed, the
sealed experience is like this is the only real sea
card you have in your whole damn deck. So you're
like going like, no, can't get rid of this.
Speaker 5 (01:27:51):
Yeah, you hold it sometimes even though it's okay because
just because of this.
Speaker 4 (01:27:57):
Yeah, but and this is the reason and actually not
to play. So if you have a board where all
the creatures are basically the same power. I'm more scared
about Star Alliance with Katrina Flux and things of that sort.
But if I'm playing against Sorian, I'm actually okay keeping
it all at three and not playing my four power
(01:28:19):
creatures because if you play the fourth then it wipes
out your lor ac On infantry and things of that sort.
So like even going ahead and playing the pluvious screepyot
like now all of a sudden, anything under six gets
wiped and typically more amber almost no, no, But I'm
saying when I play it, oftentimes what's happening is I
(01:28:41):
will actually not play my six power creature if I
know that they're playing. Sorry, and because it can like
too low in common slot comes frequently, so like that
is something to think about.
Speaker 3 (01:28:53):
Absolutely. I feel like I think it's a I mean,
what where's Quatrino in those there are fours? I think
it's I like those better. But let me see four
four four. Yeah, this is four and Quintrut Warp is
(01:29:17):
a four.
Speaker 4 (01:29:19):
So the thing about Katrino is that you can pick
the individual power. Here. This is wiping both sides all
creatures under it. So that is yeah, it's not a
perfect card.
Speaker 3 (01:29:32):
No, it's still I actually.
Speaker 4 (01:29:34):
I actually think this is designed.
Speaker 2 (01:29:35):
Well here, it's still a four.
Speaker 3 (01:29:38):
What we don't we four? All right?
Speaker 2 (01:29:48):
For the average power level.
Speaker 3 (01:29:53):
Where we are scoring.
Speaker 5 (01:29:54):
Sorry, I'm pretty high, guys, all right, I know, and
they're they're not that good?
Speaker 3 (01:30:00):
All right?
Speaker 5 (01:30:00):
So hold on, So if I and now this is
just the new cards, the total of the Saurian new
cards is seventy six. Nope, wrong, Oh that's correct, yep,
seventy six. All right, So let's look at logos.
Speaker 3 (01:30:19):
Well, are you why did you guys do this this way?
We didn't do anything. You're the keeper of the list,
all right.
Speaker 5 (01:30:25):
Hold on, hold on, So well, Redemption's got too many
new cards, so it's gonna be hard to compare, all right,
So let's go to here. We're gonna go logos. So
the total new cards logos, which may or may have
the same count, is seventy. So we gave logos seventy
for the new cards, and we just gave seventy six
(01:30:46):
to Saurian. That doesn't feel right, all right, Let's go
to Diss for new cards, and diss seventy also, Yeah,
that's all I see what's what I'm saying.
Speaker 2 (01:30:57):
But you're you guys are also forget there's a lot
of ship in the reprints. Yeah, we gave reduction, so
that feels okay, charbads whatever that fucking like sea monsters. Yeah,
use garbage stop.
Speaker 4 (01:31:19):
I think.
Speaker 5 (01:31:22):
We have to look at the commons again. I think
we move governess uh so then went down to a
three because it's too too hit and miss.
Speaker 3 (01:31:33):
I'm gonna save a point here and there. It's it's
the common.
Speaker 4 (01:31:38):
But I feel I feel that we're just nitpicking. There
the problem like.
Speaker 2 (01:31:44):
Dark centurions to the amore right, grib blocks dukes all right,
so yeahs.
Speaker 3 (01:32:00):
Yeah, darks.
Speaker 2 (01:32:02):
I mean there's a lot of very very very bad
reprints and you see them often got silo.
Speaker 3 (01:32:13):
You know, and like dark center and I feel like
we'd give that a three right now. So we're overvaluating,
like decent body can read.
Speaker 2 (01:32:22):
Yeah, so shift everything down a point.
Speaker 3 (01:32:25):
There you go, all the creatures.
Speaker 2 (01:32:27):
Just take a point off them, Just take a point off.
Speaker 3 (01:32:30):
I mean, let's sort of be where they kind of were,
a bunch of them. I think that would probably make
it about right, because that would drop us down from
seventy six to like sixty six.
Speaker 5 (01:32:42):
So I was thinking about this. So if we took
a point off all the let's say so Rufus, we'd
take to it two. It would take you he more
than more than not dies before he ever gets the chance.
Speaker 2 (01:32:56):
To do his thing.
Speaker 3 (01:32:58):
Marcella, we should leave it at four, right, Marcella, you
can do a four lor Kana infantry you think you think,
move it down, every creature, just move it down a
point three. So then.
Speaker 2 (01:33:15):
Larcia would probably from Marcela because Marcella, before it ever
gets to do.
Speaker 3 (01:33:20):
Anything, the arch leg e is so good. Yeah, he's
so to a four.
Speaker 5 (01:33:26):
All right, let's do this experiment, so hidden agent, you
put it a zero. Yeah, yeah, where.
Speaker 2 (01:33:35):
Nobody cares about the.
Speaker 3 (01:33:36):
Safe and the governor Governor GRIDLK.
Speaker 5 (01:33:40):
We put it a two then, yeah, okay, sounds good.
So guias a two. If you do this, we're twenty two.
If I type properly, let's say, boy.
Speaker 2 (01:33:53):
A whole bunch of people's decks just spite because they
have Gaius lot.
Speaker 5 (01:33:57):
Yeah, and then the licktor just the end goes to
a four, okay, So.
Speaker 4 (01:34:05):
Adrian and.
Speaker 3 (01:34:07):
Goes to a one okay, which is where I had
it in the beginning. That's fine, all right, So then
this is gonna be you just start to see it,
so hold on. So we got one too, six, seven,
and nineten.
Speaker 5 (01:34:25):
Eleven, so it's going to be down by eleven.
Speaker 3 (01:34:29):
So what I said, take it, h sounds about it? Yeah,
do it, and then redo my TV decks. I mean
I can how does that compare to your original scores?
Speaker 5 (01:34:53):
Well, I just over wrote them, unfortunately, so because well
some of them you convinced, right, So Hadris, we got
back to our I was with Hadrius, got back where
I was with Lictor Justinian. Uh, guy, yes, I think
I guys was the one I was torn on where
like I had him at a three, but he just
had done enough thing for me. So nights at a two.
(01:35:16):
Governor good Delk I had a three originally Nine's two.
Hidden Agent five was zero. Arch Legate I had a five.
Sylvana three. I had her higher, but then most of
these I had. Yeah, I had lor Keia out of three.
I think, why are we gonna start handing out negative
points orsell out of three? I had Scoopy out of three,
(01:35:41):
Rufe's out of three, nose two.
Speaker 2 (01:35:44):
So yeah, yeah, that's about the same. Okay, good job, guys,
good job everybody, virtual high fives.
Speaker 4 (01:35:52):
Yay.
Speaker 5 (01:35:53):
I mean we changed this around, like, all right, so
we're gonna we're gonna, yeah, we're gonna do the score.
Speaker 4 (01:35:58):
All right. So again, I think that the idea for
Sealed Yes Srian plays a lot better than what we're
seeing for Argon. Are there any reprint cards that really
stood out to you guys that are like, hey, I
think they've increased in value.
Speaker 3 (01:36:13):
The stupid armor cards. The stupid card got them when
it goes on your atrocity Filo is good because orators
in set other things that actually hit big. All the
ward is it's medium.
Speaker 2 (01:36:33):
You have Imperium back.
Speaker 3 (01:36:36):
Yeah, yeah, Defense Initiative.
Speaker 4 (01:36:41):
We have some solid cards that are returned, but they
just hit a little bit different, which is interesting.
Speaker 3 (01:36:46):
Bill Still really you know, Library Library of Polysaurus is junk.
Tectonics still junk, exiled not that good in this set.
Sorry about that. Hey see see we'll take it. Patron
was junk, still junk. Yeah yeah, Elis Dumari was junk,
(01:37:07):
still junk. Imperial Forge doesn't hit in the set. City
Gates is fine as good as it used to be,
maybe better, and that we are. There's lots of dinos
in the set. No that the cards are bad, they're
still bad. Yeah, you're right, like the reprints, they did
(01:37:30):
not do soriy in a lot of favors here. No,
no grim ducks.
Speaker 2 (01:37:36):
Yeah, who's happy to see him.
Speaker 4 (01:37:39):
I think that I think the commons are actually fine.
It's when you get into the uncommons. But because of
the smaller cardpool, we're actually seeing a higher amount of n.
Speaker 3 (01:37:47):
Even when I'm winning with Sourrian, I still consider discarding
the ducks because I'm just like, this is just too
amber for my opponent. This is stupid.
Speaker 4 (01:37:56):
Well, but I think that's what happens is that we're
seeing that they're the creatures are going away pretty consistently,
and so these become amber pinadas. They're just spread across
multiple pinadas.
Speaker 2 (01:38:12):
Yeah, sorry about that, not me.
Speaker 3 (01:38:18):
Yeah, it's just okay, we got anything else?
Speaker 2 (01:38:21):
K I sleep, you can sleep. Thank you, Thank you
