Speaker 1 (00:03):
So much bad?

Speaker 2 (00:11):
Are you so much bad?

Speaker 3 (00:20):
No? I haven't really recently really watched unfunny things very often.

Speaker 2 (00:24):
Bad Buddy was the host this week. It's pretty funny.

Speaker 1 (00:29):
I can't appreciate that and putting people. I'm blessed it was.

Speaker 2 (00:33):
It was pretty funny this week. So I'm gonna.

Speaker 1 (00:38):
Enjoying.

Speaker 2 (00:39):
We will thrilled by all the things. I say. What's
going on? Everybody? I am the one, the only, the
w O O K. I e joining here by my
normal cast and misfits. We have the kid that knows
more than you, mister Cole cool he yo, and the

(01:00):
kid going to school so he can know more than you, duckstow.
I don't want to yell it's late.

Speaker 4 (01:08):
Hello, Hello everyone. I don't know if I'm really going
to school anymore. But we don't even talk about that.

Speaker 2 (01:12):
One day, one day, I'll I'll yell it and we'll
go for that. So all right, Well, what do we
got this week's.

Speaker 3 (01:25):
We got a bunch of random, mixed bag of things.

Speaker 2 (01:32):
But first, the Wookie is not important, not important segment
of the week. I feel like it's more important than
it is. You took my question away.

Speaker 3 (01:47):
That was a question I had copy pasta from somewhere else.

Speaker 1 (01:51):
Oh that I wrote like three episodes ago.

Speaker 2 (01:55):
Oh, what was it?

Speaker 1 (01:57):
What is your favorite?

Speaker 4 (01:59):
Non?

Speaker 3 (02:00):
Oh, I can just control see what is it? What
is your favorite not every day beverage?

Speaker 1 (02:07):
Yeah?

Speaker 4 (02:07):
The soda one, I guess.

Speaker 2 (02:10):
That was straight soda. What is your favorite not everyday beverage?
So what's something I don't drink very often? I'd say
energy drinks? But I drink those fuckers every day, same.

Speaker 1 (02:34):
M.

Speaker 2 (02:35):
You know, every now and again. I could go for
a good icy icy slurpy.

Speaker 4 (02:42):
Yeah, that was gonna be what I was gonna say
to all. The icy flavors are good. Mm hmmm, a
cherry or a.

Speaker 2 (02:51):
Watermelon watermelon, but it must different watermelon icy icy number
one flavors of ICs don't actually have flavors. There's red,
there is blue, and there is Coca cola.

Speaker 1 (03:10):
Nope.

Speaker 4 (03:11):
BUCkies has a lot of different flavors. So I got
doctor and root beer too.

Speaker 2 (03:17):
Let me tell you guys something. If you have been
to a buckieslimy inadvertently hate you because I want to
go to one. So I want to go to one
so bad. But I think the closest one to me
is in Tennessee.

Speaker 1 (03:35):
Well just uh, I.

Speaker 4 (03:36):
Mean, yeah, they started in Texas.

Speaker 1 (03:38):
Come to Texas.

Speaker 2 (03:39):
Yeah, one day, but I want to get.

Speaker 4 (03:41):
Only in Texas for a long time.

Speaker 2 (03:44):
I want to go to a BUCkies so bad. I
heard there's opening up one in Oak Creek by me,
and that's that's not too bad away. That's like thirty
minutes away. And I'm one hundred percent like, I don't
care if they open it down and Racine it's just
like a hour away from me. I'm going. I will

(04:05):
be there opening day. I hear it's a quick Trip
on steroids.

Speaker 4 (04:11):
Yeah. Yeah, that has all of the snacks and clothes
and everything you can dream of.

Speaker 2 (04:18):
Yeah. Quick Trip tries to do that. They don't really
succeed in doing that. But I'll tell you what, Like,
if you're in the North, if you're in the Midwest,
you know about quick Trip, and quick Trip's pretty on point, right.
You get yourself a spicy chicken sandwich from Quick Trip
Chef's kiss.

Speaker 3 (04:36):
I need the listeners to know that Wookie is talking
about quick Trip with a K, which we do not.

Speaker 2 (04:42):
I don't understand. Okay, so is there a Quick Trip
with a que by you? You've told me this before,
and I was just like.

Speaker 4 (04:52):
The only quick trip I know exists, that's the only
one with a K yep.

Speaker 3 (04:58):
So was I like, it's how you would normally normally
spell English.

Speaker 2 (05:07):
A k W I K.

Speaker 1 (05:10):
No no C. But those who know just call it QT.

Speaker 2 (05:17):
I don't think I've ever been to a QT.

Speaker 1 (05:21):
Yeah, speaking.

Speaker 2 (05:24):
Kind of looks like a quick No, it doesn't gas
stations look alike. I guess I shouldn't say it kind
of looks like it quick doesn't.

Speaker 3 (05:32):
Yeah, speaking of QT, and I ses if you go
to QT, they have free zonis and then they have
I don't know what they're called.

Speaker 1 (05:47):
See if I can find a picture, but next to
the free zone, like a free zone.

Speaker 3 (05:54):
It's like their take on a slurpy based slurpy.

Speaker 2 (05:59):
But they're like they're zony Is. It'll drive into the
customers by the bushel. Okay, never mind.

Speaker 3 (06:04):
No, it's the whole name is free Zony. It's not
free Zony, it's just a freeze free zone.

Speaker 2 (06:11):
Knee.

Speaker 1 (06:12):
Anyways, they have I found a picture, but I don't
think they have a name. Oh it's too small.

Speaker 3 (06:20):
They have these things that are more like Lushy's next
to it.

Speaker 1 (06:27):
And oh my god, there's that's the next name.

Speaker 2 (06:30):
That was the other name for it.

Speaker 1 (06:32):
Yeah, I can.

Speaker 2 (06:33):
McDonald's has got a pretty good one right now. Burger
King also has a pretty good one right now too.
If I haven't been.

Speaker 4 (06:42):
To a McDonald's or Burger King.

Speaker 2 (06:44):
In years, you live under a rock.

Speaker 4 (06:47):
No, I don't get fast food.

Speaker 3 (06:50):
I also have not been to a McDonald's or Burger King.

Speaker 2 (06:53):
McDonald's right right now, I've got there all terrible. Yeah,
I mean, they're not great, but they're good. When you're
hungry and you don't want to cook for the night,
You're like, hey, it's already like eight thirty and we

(07:15):
got to feed these kids. Otherwise they're going hungry. Let's
just go get.

Speaker 3 (07:19):
McDonald Speaking of it being almost nine thirty.

Speaker 2 (07:25):
Almost, we should probably start talking talking about altered altered. Yeah,
that's why we're here. That's really why we're here.

Speaker 1 (07:37):
Yep.

Speaker 2 (07:38):
As I have mentioned on movie, sour Apple and pineapp Sorry.

Speaker 3 (07:46):
Yeah, no, they're they're very good. They have a blue
like blue raspberry one.

Speaker 2 (07:50):
That is you guys can't see my set up, but
my monitors are on top of each other, and I
rock two large thirty two inch monitors that are stacked,
so I didn't see it until I looked up, and yeah,
I'm in better than my flavors, that's for sure. All right. Anyways,

(08:11):
back to Altered serious business here.

Speaker 3 (08:14):
Yeah, So, as I have mentioned many times before, there
are a lot of articles that have happened in the
past couple of months, but we leave the reading those
and what is it what is the word for when
you're saying something on the news?

Speaker 1 (08:35):
Oh my gosh, my brain of.

Speaker 3 (08:40):
Heroes guide to his Gartha, so you care.

Speaker 2 (08:43):
They are the real heroes of the of as Gartha.

Speaker 3 (08:50):
You can listen to their breakdown of those. But we
do have a nice little break here in other things
we are doing. So we're gonna talk about some of
the recent articles, but I first just wanted to open

(09:15):
it up with what are the highlights of the last
six months or a year or whatever for you?

Speaker 1 (09:22):
Because we're a.

Speaker 3 (09:24):
Year into Altered now, and we're actually almost at the
end of the year, like twenty five, and in two
weeks it's actually.

Speaker 1 (09:36):
Like eleven days worlds.

Speaker 3 (09:41):
Will happen, which is kind of like the end of
year one for Altered.

Speaker 2 (09:45):
So yeah, it's kind of like a big hazah, right,
that is ending. When is the world What are the
exact dates? I'm terrible with dates.

Speaker 3 (09:59):
So it's the Yeah, seventeenth, eighteenth, and nineteenth, I want
to say, I want to double check.

Speaker 1 (10:06):
My concept of the.

Speaker 3 (10:09):
Dates is kind of based around when I like land
in Paris, and since it's I leave the fifteenth, I
get there the sixteenth because of how long it is
blah blah blah. Anyways, it's the seventeenth through the nineteenth
of this month. So in twelve days, day one happens,

(10:32):
which will be the last chance qualifier.

Speaker 2 (10:36):
Okay, wait, how many days?

Speaker 1 (10:38):
Eleven days, twelve, twelve days from today.

Speaker 2 (10:43):
If you count in France, like, just yes, yes, yes,
So they're starting in Paris. In Paris, so that's the seventeenth.

Speaker 1 (10:55):
Yep, seventeenth, eighteenth, and nineteenth.

Speaker 2 (10:57):
Damn, your world's coming up faster than my worlds. But hey,
good news. I think we can confirm it, right, can
we confirm the world's news? What's the world's news that
you'll be there?

Speaker 1 (11:15):
Yeah, that's what I just said.

Speaker 2 (11:16):
Oh okay, I heard from a little Bertie, And by
a little Bertie, I meant I kind of stalked the
altered chat for a little bit and saw that your
boy Cole Robbie will be there, so make sure you
say hello to him. I was.

Speaker 1 (11:34):
Very true.

Speaker 3 (11:35):
I was kind of not saying I was one hundred
percent going because I didn't have a passport before all
of this. I've never been out of the country.

Speaker 2 (11:47):
So disport. Yes, so you get all your show?

Speaker 1 (11:57):
What shots do I need? I'm just kidding.

Speaker 2 (12:01):
I'm just kidding. What the military get a series of
seventeen shots?

Speaker 3 (12:04):
Oh gosh, Yeah, and there's that like peanut butter shot
or whatever.

Speaker 2 (12:12):
Long story outside outside of the realm.

Speaker 3 (12:17):
I am up to date on all my vaccinations. Yes,
I I stay vaxed up. My passport arrived actually super quickly.
I did pay for the exit, but it came a
lot faster than I thought it would. So yeah, playing
ticket is booked. Stay in with the A Wall boys

(12:42):
and YEP or the the other thing you'll have to
keep up with because I'm not sure if we'll have
news by next episode. I mean, I hope I have
full information by the tenth, which is the time.

Speaker 2 (13:02):
We should be next. Cole already has the full information.

Speaker 1 (13:07):
No, I really don't this time, I really, I.

Speaker 2 (13:11):
Always every single time, he really doesn't have the information,
but Cole knows.

Speaker 1 (13:17):
I don't know what I will be doing one Uh but.

Speaker 2 (13:22):
Well, you'll be judging, I'm assuming.

Speaker 3 (13:25):
As of now, yes, but that is not the plan.
I just am not one hundred percent sure yet.

Speaker 1 (13:33):
We're trying to make.

Speaker 3 (13:35):
Sure that there's an English broadcast, so we are working
on that. So if we can get it worked out,
then I will be casting.

Speaker 1 (13:42):
Not judging.

Speaker 2 (13:44):
Oh look at you.

Speaker 3 (13:47):
Yeah yeah, yeah, so that'll be that'll be pretty cool.
That'll be a pretty huge honor. And uh yeah. But
the question was what are your guys' highlights of the
last six months or year or whatever.

Speaker 2 (14:05):
Well, I think we all know mine. Magpen Horders, that's right,
magpen Horders is my he is my highlight. Sorry, everybody.
Best card in the game, it's really the hunger for
all of you who don't know.

Speaker 4 (14:23):
But what is the best A very good card.

Speaker 2 (14:28):
It's a very good card.

Speaker 1 (14:30):
What is the best card in.

Speaker 2 (14:31):
The best card in the game. Somebody had asked me
the other day, what is the best Like the best
card is altern and I said, you know, I don't
really haven't because it's too nuanced, right, like you.

Speaker 4 (14:48):
Have cards is different.

Speaker 2 (14:51):
Reach, right, each faction is different. Not every faction gets
like It's not like every faction has the same card.
So that's a very very very difficult thing too.

Speaker 4 (15:06):
To say, best card is still three busted Mona anchoring uniques.
M M.

Speaker 2 (15:19):
I'm trying to sign into my Altered account and I
can't right now for whatever reason.

Speaker 3 (15:24):
So this this is a kind of interesting question, and
I won't spend too much time on it because I
do think it could be a whole episode.

Speaker 1 (15:35):
But I was watching a.

Speaker 3 (15:39):
Really good video actually, and it made me want to
see if we can make one for Altered. But it
was the behind the pro tur wow, behind the pro tour,
I can't say that word correctly. And it was going
through the preparation for the TCG player team as they

(16:05):
were going to the pro tour in Chicago recently, and
like their whole process.

Speaker 2 (16:13):
So was it following the crew who like does it?

Speaker 1 (16:18):
Or it was following the players?

Speaker 2 (16:22):
I would was it the players or was it like
the crew, because like Magic actually has quite an extensive
like cast. I guess that's the best way of putting it.
Like the amount of people that go into that is
actually quite high, I believe, yeah, or not just.

Speaker 4 (16:46):
Like social media type stuff for magic production.

Speaker 2 (16:50):
Magic production. Magic production wise is very even for those
tiny twitch streams, I shouldn't call them time any thousands
of people are watching those twitch streams, Like you have
multi camera setups. You You've got really some super high
end equipment and technology that go into that. I don't

(17:13):
want to say that, like I applaud it, right because
coming from this end, right, I see what tiny us
does right with just some like some microphones and internet
access and a computer. Right, But then like take that
to a whole other level and it gets dumb, right,

(17:35):
Like give me, give me a budget, and I'll make
some crazy shit happen, right, But unfortunately our budget is
a little on a slim side.

Speaker 3 (17:49):
Yeah, So the the what I was just going to say,
is it to your point, it's a lot harder to
pin it down and altered because there's different factions, different heroes,
there's the uniques.

Speaker 1 (18:02):
But seeing the meta game in the video.

Speaker 3 (18:05):
For the pro Tour was very interesting because the like
top you know, three to five decks are very very
specific decks that the team even called out ahead of time,
and I'm sure they have you know, a couple of
differences of cards here and there, but there's such a

(18:27):
specific deck that they have, like a very specific name
that they fall under, and alter does have the breakdown
of like heroes and whatnot. But if you were to
say there's you know, sixty traced decks, they're not all
the same archtype.

Speaker 1 (18:46):
So it was it was interesting.

Speaker 3 (18:50):
It looks like the meta is pretty decent in magic
right now. Though the most represented deck being eighteen point
nine percent of the field.

Speaker 1 (19:01):
Is is pretty good.

Speaker 3 (19:03):
If you know anything about competitive TCGs, it's not uncommon
to see much much higher percentages.

Speaker 2 (19:11):
Usually between forty and fifty.

Speaker 3 (19:13):
Yeah, I think I think even Grand Archive, I think
there was a period of time where it was like
eighty percent was the same thing.

Speaker 1 (19:23):
But yeah, so mag Pen and the whole.

Speaker 2 (19:30):
Being more on a serious note, right, I like, I'm
a big fan of mag penhorder. I think you all
you all have knowed, you all know that, And that's
kind of like Wookies fun anecdotal thing that he goes
on a tangent about every now and again. But I
think the real story about this year number one starting

(19:56):
out just the difference between in play in person and online.
How kind of insane that is is that fair to like,
and I'm just the disparities between the two. That's the
only real word I can use for that, right, because

(20:17):
it was very different and the well the metas, I
guess is what I'm saying. The metas, I mean, you
saw a lot of the.

Speaker 4 (20:26):
Same mete and in person play are going to be different.

Speaker 2 (20:29):
We knew they were going to be different, but just
how different they were I think was kind of nuts.
And then kind of going from like where we were
set one from into the Maze to where we are
set now, which I guess is Skybone Odyssey, which is

(20:50):
now tournament legal. Correct, Just like watching that very first
that very first live in person event and then and
again I didn't get to watch the whole thing, but
like coming home and like popping it on the TV

(21:12):
and oh there's Cole Robbie. Damn he's huge. Like I
did not if you were like, it's gonna be a
Bravos on Bravos matchup, I would have been like you crazy,
Like that's nuts, that's not gonna happen. And then it
totally did, which which was fun to see because it's like,

(21:32):
oh so it really is true. Like it was very
like a very big disparity because if you look at
twenty nine cards, you're not seeing a ton ton of that.
I mean it was happening. I can't say none of
it was happening, but like you know, you don't see
you weren't seeing a ton of ton of ton of Bravos,

(21:54):
like not not the way you'd be like, yeah, that
is the deck to play right now? Is that fair
to say?

Speaker 1 (22:01):
Yeah? There, I think just.

Speaker 3 (22:04):
They're you know, using that as an specific example is fair,
but just comes down to there were a lot of
surprises across you know.

Speaker 4 (22:17):
The lines, right, Yeah.

Speaker 3 (22:20):
I think for me, the thing that I always say
is the meta has been interesting and dynamic ever since
the robin Hood change. There was technically also a period
of time where Traced was really dominant until they erotted Haven,

(22:43):
but since then it's been, like.

Speaker 2 (22:46):
I think, there's been pretty wide open, right. It seems
that every faction has one hero that could do something special. Yeah,
some factions have more, right, and there's still that disparity,
but every faction has at least one that has that
that that E tier quality, and it's going to be

(23:10):
a lot. It's it's a matchup, it always is, no
matter what card game you're in. There's going to be
a certain level of matchup dependency, right, there is a
certain amount. It's like three things that go into it, right,
A certain amount of skill, a certain amount of deck building,
and a certain one I guess can just go back
to skill, but player skill, deck building skill, and then

(23:32):
like that's half and then the rest is luck, right,
is luck and matchups and draws and RNG. So it's
I think it's been fun to watch. I really hope
they do more of this now that you know, there's
no Asthma Day anymore, right, there's no Yep.

Speaker 4 (23:53):
It's a big game that I think there's.

Speaker 2 (23:55):
No daddy with big pockets to really push this game,
you know, towards the end it really wasn't being pushed,
but I think it allowed no help. Well, it allowed
them to do it again. Okay, so here's one of
the downsides you ready for this dexter yep, Equinox now

(24:16):
has to do it on their own. And it was
one of those things that didn't really catch my attention
until we talked to Loki, right, because like, now Asthmade
is not paying for Loki to go to and I
don't really know how that relationship and setup worked, but
Asmade is not paying for Equinox to come to your

(24:36):
gen cons your pack ceases all that stuff and have
a table and be set up and all that stuff
that's now all on Equinox themselves.

Speaker 1 (24:46):
Yeah, basically how it used to work.

Speaker 3 (24:50):
And you're you're right on one side of it, but
on the other side Asthma Dae also stopped to do
that before this happened.

Speaker 2 (25:02):
Sure you would not be if you told me that. Again,
my shit, I can't see me, but my shocked face
is on right.

Speaker 3 (25:11):
Like yeah, So basically the whole Packs East thing, they
didn't want to pay for Alter to have space, really
they wanted all of the space to go to Star
Wars on the mid it so it was already happening.
But at the same time it is very valid and

(25:31):
that will be true going forward, where it's going to
be a little harder now even for Equinox to make
it out to US conventions because with asthmid A they
had a better chance of just tacking on the side.

Speaker 1 (25:55):
Like even if asthmid A didn't.

Speaker 3 (25:56):
Give them much help or attention, they were able to
just like you know, be there in the same area.

Speaker 2 (26:03):
The Asthma Day was that Asthma day. Was that absentee
father that showed up once a year to take you
to your favorite restaurant, right, Yeah, basically they at least
had some money in their pocket. They they'd take you
out to nice meal once a year, maybe on your birthday,

(26:25):
and then you know, you would never see them again,
or at least till next year. So it just it's
one of those things where now it's on Equinox to
figure that out, and they have to kind of put
that into their plans and kind of figure out whether
that is financially feasible and they're getting enough return on

(26:51):
sending uh sending out the I guess the troops to go,
the troops to go, you know, pimp the game. I
guess it's the only real well I'm going to say.

Speaker 3 (27:07):
Yeah, it's going to be a little more grassroots at
least for the next six months.

Speaker 2 (27:13):
But yeah, but that's that's that's the loookies, real world.
I guess real I guess surprise or story from from
year one is is both of those items? Yeah?

Speaker 1 (27:31):
For sure?

Speaker 2 (27:32):
About you, I.

Speaker 4 (27:36):
Don't have much to say. I like the marketplace, that's great.
I like the two new sets that are coming out,
and I like the rush mechanical lot.

Speaker 2 (27:45):
Nothing really exciting.

Speaker 4 (27:48):
I really enjoyed going to gen Con and Dallas and
seeing the structure that they have with op currently. Getting
to see that tournament in person was good, and seeing
the results from the other big qualifiers around is cool.
I'm excited to see what happens at Worlds. I like
following the meta as closely as possible and seeing the

(28:09):
strong decks and then copying them.

Speaker 2 (28:13):
Yeah, there you go.

Speaker 1 (28:14):
There's a good answer.

Speaker 2 (28:17):
To enjoy that decking.

Speaker 1 (28:20):
Lots of people.

Speaker 2 (28:20):
Do you.

Speaker 3 (28:22):
What did you think of going to gen Con and
that experience judging for that and everything, it's.

Speaker 4 (28:31):
A lot better than I think a lot of other
games judging experience would be. I mean, everything went smoothly.
I was able to sleep somewhere. Everything was great. I
enjoyed being with the team and hanging out with everyone,
and all the events ran great. It was great experience
to be around altered people.

Speaker 2 (28:51):
Yep.

Speaker 1 (28:51):
And trying to get Francisco arrested.

Speaker 4 (28:56):
I don't remember that, but sure do ye.

Speaker 3 (29:02):
He was like, do you want to try this? And
then all of us were like, oh no, no, he's underage.

Speaker 1 (29:06):
Don't give him that and.

Speaker 4 (29:07):
Actually get a rest for that.

Speaker 2 (29:11):
That is all but flying, that's that's applying to an underage.
You're not a minor anymore. Maybe just you would get
in trouble. I'm not sure.

Speaker 3 (29:22):
Yep, well, yeah, no, those are those are very good things,
I think. For me, it's just been working with the
Equinox team as much as I have been able to.
Some of them are no longer with the company, which
is unfortunate. But basically almost every single person, well every

(29:44):
single person I've met is wonderful.

Speaker 1 (29:46):
And nice in person, and.

Speaker 3 (29:50):
The reason I got so attached to the game is
because I got to talk to a lot of them
in h and just the experience of working with them
compared to working with Star Wars Unlimited was leaps and
bounds better. So, and I'm sure it continues to be

(30:14):
that way, at least as far as I know currently.

Speaker 2 (30:18):
So all right, should we get into our We got
a couple of new articles that you wanted to point
out this week. It looks to me like the oop
that's the wrong one? Is this the right one? Let's
find out, yes, there it is. This looks to me
like the card view is changing on the marketplace. It

(30:40):
looks like they will basically be narrowing this down. Instead
of the actual pictures of the cards, it'll just kind
of be names the market I shouldn't even say the
marketplace because the marketplace is now being smushed together with cards.

Speaker 4 (31:02):
Yeah, so everything's under card views now. They added a
whole bunch of new filters.

Speaker 1 (31:09):
Here.

Speaker 4 (31:09):
You can see everything that's on the market in the
cards view and use different filters there actually is.

Speaker 1 (31:16):
It's life.

Speaker 2 (31:17):
I thought it was not coming up yet.

Speaker 3 (31:21):
Yeah, so they they posted a new uh Ui update,
and some people were confused because they were used to
going to the market tab, but now it's just all
under cards. Grade out cards.

Speaker 1 (31:36):
Will be ones that you do not own.

Speaker 3 (31:41):
Some people have complained about the gray cards should not
be gray in the marketplace or something like that, because
they can't tell what card it is or.

Speaker 2 (31:55):
Something if it turns colors.

Speaker 4 (32:00):
Yeah, but on the phone it's harder to do that,
and it's harder to see what the rarity is.

Speaker 2 (32:05):
Yep.

Speaker 3 (32:05):
I was gonna say, I think it's mostly a complaint
for people using it on mobile, But this is the
first part of an update, so maybe there are a.

Speaker 2 (32:15):
Few things that I I mean, maybe I'm seeing it
for the first time. I don't travel into the cards
section too often. There's a lot of cards that I
guess I don't own, which I'm kind of actually surprised by.

Speaker 1 (32:29):
But like aholican your cards either.

Speaker 2 (32:32):
It's also true a cappella training like in the beginning, right,
You've got like these what are these ones in the beginning?
Like I just clicked out beyond the gig because that's
what I own probably the biggest chunk of there's some
a cappella trainings here like that have alternate art.

Speaker 4 (32:48):
Yeah, those were alternate arts from the Adventure.

Speaker 2 (32:51):
Pass from the Adventure, all of.

Speaker 4 (32:54):
The medication, physical a cappella, all the training cards.

Speaker 2 (32:58):
Said yeah, because I didn't get to have any fun
because nobody plays it around me. I should really probably
play on, should really play on what you'll call it.
But I don't go arena because I'm ornery old man.

Speaker 4 (33:17):
It's okay, but uh, a lot recently with the new
set testing out new decks, still have no idea what's
going to be good.

Speaker 1 (33:28):
Yeah, I'm that's the kind of side note.

Speaker 3 (33:31):
But I'm very excited for the season to basically start
up tomorrow. So we can kind of kind of see
what's going on and what the meadow is like. But yeah,
if you can't find the marketplace tab, just go to
cards and it has some very nice updates, and if
you're a little confused, there is a whole article about

(33:54):
it and all the new features and how you can
toggle it and everything like that. Favorites, YadA, YadA. It
is very very nice, and it is actually kind of
really cool to hover over a gray card and watch
it come to life with color, just like just doing
that on PC.

Speaker 1 (34:15):
For sure.

Speaker 3 (34:17):
It also just made me realize that season one I
was not able to get a full Adventure Pass because
things were still just starting up and it was before
we had the online support allowed. I did not get
the rare meditation training.

Speaker 1 (34:38):
And the rare is super cool.

Speaker 3 (34:40):
It's like a fully manifested elk compared to just wisps
in the Magic of Meditation training, so super cool.

Speaker 2 (34:52):
Yep.

Speaker 4 (34:52):
Love some of the alternate art cards that they've had
for the Adventure Pass stuff, Yep.

Speaker 1 (34:59):
Always always super cool. But yeah, that's just a.

Speaker 3 (35:02):
Quick little update there. The next thing is honestly, probably
more exciting to most people, but people still find a
way to complain about it, of course.

Speaker 2 (35:13):
Hold on how the world wig? Okay, so I could
do it by rarity, but how do I do it
by unique?

Speaker 1 (35:21):
You just go to filters and then do unique.

Speaker 3 (35:24):
They've they've kind of always separated it that way, and.

Speaker 1 (35:29):
I've gotten really used to it. Some people don't like it.
I think it kind of makes sense because.

Speaker 2 (35:39):
Oh, you got to light up this, Okay, I see, and.

Speaker 1 (35:43):
Then you have you have all so you can see
all of.

Speaker 2 (35:47):
The Yeah, you get. I mean there are some good
functions here. I mean you can get rid of certain
sets that you don't want to see. You can see
everything from an entire set. It's it is really cool
because I'm just actually playing with that a little bit
right now. But a lot of people every unique ever printed?

Speaker 4 (36:12):
Though?

Speaker 2 (36:13):
Or is this just scanned?

Speaker 4 (36:16):
Ever scanned?

Speaker 2 (36:17):
So one I one thing I'd like to see is
that might get crazy. Never mind, I'm not going to
say it because people are gonna be.

Speaker 4 (36:28):
Like, they're never going to do it. Key I know
it's a good idea for key Forge, but not.

Speaker 2 (36:33):
Altered well, because it's like what if I find one
in here, right and it's like I really like this one,
but it's got no price, and I want to context
this person.

Speaker 1 (36:48):
Yeah, there's people that have definitely suggested it.

Speaker 3 (36:50):
I I am on the side of, well, it's it's
not that it's hard to implement. I just don't want it. Please,
don't ever do.

Speaker 4 (36:58):
It people asking for your cards.

Speaker 1 (37:02):
No, if I want to sell it, I'll put it
on the market. Don't bother me.

Speaker 2 (37:07):
This is also yeah, this is yeah. I mean he's
not wrong, right, Like, if I was looking to sell it,
I'd put it on the marketplace. But I mean, let's
also say, if someone was willing to offer you an
absurd amount of money, wouldn't you want to hear that?

Speaker 1 (37:22):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (37:23):
I think the only way that I would be okay
with it is if it remained anonymous.

Speaker 1 (37:30):
I'm I'm sure there's been at.

Speaker 3 (37:32):
Least once or twice in KeyForge where someone really wanted a.

Speaker 1 (37:38):
Deck and they found out who had it.

Speaker 4 (37:40):
And they just like, well do we do that all
the time?

Speaker 3 (37:43):
Okay, No, But I'm saying, like, think of the worst
type of people. I'm sure someone's gone.

Speaker 1 (37:48):
A little too far to try and get it. Think
of that. I mean, I'm not talking about money.

Speaker 3 (37:57):
I'm talking about people like badgering and consistent.

Speaker 1 (38:01):
Yeah, maybe even.

Speaker 2 (38:03):
And he used to do too, maybe not so much threatening,
but like Z was big, and key Forge at least
was big into like, hey, you really want to stack?
What what will it cost? You know? Was this much?
This much that? You know? Yeah, I could see it
being like no, I'm not interested and then just being
very frustrating if and people are gonna be like, well,

(38:24):
I don't want to use it because now I'm just
gonna be badgered constantly. So I can see the I
can see the positives and the negatives to both.

Speaker 3 (38:34):
Yeah, if it remained anonymous, then it's whatever.

Speaker 2 (38:37):
And then if you would like to offer an amount
of money for any of my uniques, please reach out
to me. I am the wookie on this cord.

Speaker 4 (38:47):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (38:47):
I think it would be much worse with uniques.

Speaker 2 (38:50):
Unless it's a mag pen horder kicks the dumb's mind. Yeah.

Speaker 3 (38:57):
A lot of people also don't know that these search
does allow for I think it's called unicode. So if
you put in brackets, the fancy brackets like JA, it
will actually search. I can't remember what they are, but
if you can find a list of I think J

(39:17):
is from anywhere. It's like the arrow and then h
is from hand.

Speaker 1 (39:23):
So it does.

Speaker 3 (39:25):
It has supported that for a very long time.

Speaker 1 (39:27):
People just don't know.

Speaker 2 (39:29):
Also, people don't know how to use there's not a
ton of well maybe there are, I said, there's not
a ton of people out there who also know how
to use unit computers. That yes, that as well.

Speaker 4 (39:43):
Yeah, one of those people.

Speaker 2 (39:45):
Unicode is one of those things where like you either
know it or you don't, and it's a very helpful
helpful tool if you know it, but if you don't,
it's very frustrating.

Speaker 1 (39:54):
So yep, but onto the cooler thing for the most.

Speaker 2 (39:57):
Pool stuff for all the cool people. I just closed
that article. I can just the compensation cards that you balanced, slashed, erotted.

Speaker 1 (40:13):
I can give you a quick quick breakdown.

Speaker 2 (40:16):
Quick overview, so we we can we can do stuff
and things.

Speaker 3 (40:22):
Yes, so this is a system where if you've had
a card that's been erottued or banned literally whatsoever. It
even includes Willow Wisp and like some other cards that
I was very surprised to get credit for.

Speaker 1 (40:45):
You will get a.

Speaker 3 (40:47):
Pod credit of twenty five cents per card and then
it is a maximum of three cards. Perfection and per rarity,
so they have an example here, if you own four
common Robinhoods and one rare Robinhood, you would receive a

(41:09):
total of one dollar in compensation three times twenty five
for the commons, one times twenty five for the rare,
and then for uniques the system is the same, but
there's not a limit of three cards. All impacted uniques
will be compensated at twenty five percent or twenty five
cents per card, and for band unique cards, they will

(41:33):
give you one random unique card from the current set
for each band card.

Speaker 1 (41:39):
You own at the time of compensation.

Speaker 3 (41:43):
So this went retroactive as well. And if you have
not checked your wallet, you very well might have already
received some credit depending on what cards that you have,
and there should have been a breakdown as well if
you didn't know. If you go into your wallet and

(42:06):
you go into the history where you see the pod
credit was given, should have been around the twenty ninth
of last month, it'll tell you what cards you had.
So I had a bunch of Willow wisps, I had
three Afawness Free Havens, you know a.

Speaker 1 (42:26):
Couple other things here and there. The only card currently.

Speaker 3 (42:33):
That it matters for on uniques being banned is the
jellyfish as they did not find a way to fix
all the jellyfishes. Those cards will be loaded into your
account the week of October sixth, and you will get

(42:56):
one unique.

Speaker 1 (42:57):
To replace your jellyfish on there.

Speaker 3 (43:01):
Then there's just a bunch of other details in like
FAQ and stuff like that.

Speaker 1 (43:06):
The main thing to know is this is.

Speaker 2 (43:11):
A breakdown. I don't see a breakdown. I see that
I got a credit. Click on the credit to all
click on it.

Speaker 1 (43:21):
Okay, and then yep yep.

Speaker 2 (43:26):
So wait, do I get all because he's not he's
not lame because he's not only got because robin because
the the robin hood's not technically banned. So I only
got what did I get? Twenty five cents?

Speaker 4 (43:46):
Twenty cents for a unique card to a max of three?

Speaker 1 (43:51):
You had a unique robin hood?

Speaker 2 (43:53):
They did? I had a unique robin hood and Lyra
I have two.

Speaker 3 (43:57):
Yeah. The thing is is unique robin hoods are still
hypothetically good. There's people that will still place them. So
you got twenty five cents because you're unique, changed but
you can still use it.

Speaker 2 (44:10):
Yeah, because you got technically they are now yehechnically.

Speaker 3 (44:14):
So the thing the most important thing to know about
this is it's retro and proactive, so if you are
in a country where you haven't been able to activate
your wallet yet, when that country opens up. Also, this
is just a guess, I promise, I don't actually know

(44:37):
based on responses I've read from in talks and things
they've said around the wallet's being deactivated right now, I
think this month we will hear pretty big news about
more countries being added.

Speaker 2 (44:53):
So by that that means this month you'll hear about
more countries being added.

Speaker 1 (44:59):
Hey, I don't, I don't, I don't lie in promises.

Speaker 3 (45:03):
It's just my guess as what will happen.

Speaker 1 (45:09):
But if you activate your wallet, then you'll get the credit.

Speaker 3 (45:12):
If you scan a unique jellyfish or a unique robin
hood that you open, you know three months down the line,
you'll get the credit, YadA, YadA.

Speaker 1 (45:24):
It is a very cool system.

Speaker 3 (45:27):
And I was incredibly surprised when I got credit for
even willow WISP because the the errata is not necessary,
like functionally a detriment. It was just a change so
that it fits better into Skybound Odyssey. Yeah, you said

(45:52):
you only got nine dollars in something dexter, that's more
than I got, yeah, got six six fifty, So well.

Speaker 1 (45:58):
I don't.

Speaker 3 (45:59):
I don't scan extras super often. I have the donation boxes,
so there's probably cards I do have that I just
didn't skin.

Speaker 4 (46:06):
I mean, it was still only to a max of
three for your robin hoods, but I mean I probably
have three of all the commons and rares for all
the ones that they were giving you twenty five cents on.
So yeah, and I haven't had a few unique robin
hoods and jellyfish yep.

Speaker 3 (46:24):
So the the complaint, of course is twenty five cents
per card that doesn't even let me print, uh the eratted.

Speaker 1 (46:33):
Card or whatever.

Speaker 3 (46:35):
I think it's important to realize that no other TCG
does this.

Speaker 1 (46:41):
This is incredibly a lot more.

Speaker 2 (46:46):
Yeah, we cannot say you're about a yoga pop of
the TCG world. This is incredibly generous. Like I understand, like, oh,
just twenty five man. They didn't have to give you shit. Literally,
they owed you nothing. I remember back in the day

(47:10):
when a card got banned or rota, you were I
mean still to this day, when a card is banned
a rotted in some game, you're just fucked. Yeah, talk
to all those people who bought jeweled lotuses for their
Commander decks that's now banned in that format. Ask them
if Wizards is paying them fucking shit for those things. Yeah,

(47:33):
answer if anybody was answering and wondering.

Speaker 3 (47:38):
I always like to bring up the story of Bucky
in Lord Kanna and that whole scheme of how you
got the new card. But the other, the other thing
that I think is important is sure technically it's you know,
about a dollar to print a card. You don't have

(47:58):
to spend a dollar to buy the card, but it
is a dollar to print it.

Speaker 1 (48:04):
But you don't.

Speaker 3 (48:05):
You're not forced to. Is the other thing about Altered
you You are not required to play the erotted card.
Because of the QR code and how Altered's card system works.

Speaker 1 (48:20):
You can play.

Speaker 3 (48:21):
An old Robin Hood just the only thing that is
required is you have to tell your opponent, oh, hey,
this card was erotted. This is what it really says,
and if they want to scan it to confirm they can.

Speaker 1 (48:35):
So.

Speaker 3 (48:36):
I also believe a lot of TCGs will not let
you play the original card.

Speaker 2 (48:44):
If it's not they will, probably they will, or its
probably most of them. Most of them do. But you
have to play it. You have to play it as
the erotted version, right, like you can't feel you know, obviously,
I think that goes without saying. But you know, I'm
sure somewhere somewhere along the line somebody was like, oh, yeah, definitely,

(49:07):
this is what it does. Weird, you know, Like and
that guy that part, that poor sap who was playing
against them, was like, that card's busted. You know, it
just didn't realize it. But yeah, I'm sure it's happened
somewhere along the way. But no, I mean, I have
played TCGs and CCGs for years. Typically if a card
is erotted, like you still play with the same card.

(49:28):
You typically don't even have to At high levels, you
don't have to tell your opponent because like at a
high level, it's kind of just expected you understand the errata, right.

Speaker 3 (49:39):
So, I mean, but this brings up a good question
that we can use to explain that happened to me.
I opened a duplicate key Forge deck. Is there anything
that I can do to get refunded for that or
get a different deck?

Speaker 2 (49:54):
Yeah, you can contact ghost Galaxy and tell them I
got a duplicate deck. You use their little supported galaxy
dot com. No, I don't know if they're I believe
they are just sending new ones now. So originally what
they were doing is they were sent they can. They
stopped doing twin decks because it takes there's a much

(50:17):
different process to doing twin decks as there was to
doing just giving you and it was just easier to
give you new decks. So I believe you're able to
use their support at GG and tell them like, hey,
I got a dupe deck and they just send you
probably just send you a new PV deck because that's
what's being printed right now.

Speaker 1 (50:37):
Do they do they like mail you physically a deck
or just give you the code.

Speaker 2 (50:42):
No, they mail you physically a deck. There's no online
for KeyForge. Yeah, so it's not like well they're sort
of kind of is nothing nothing uh official, right, Yeah,
but they're not like not like Asthma Day and FFG,

(51:03):
who don't even fucking recognize TCO, because they very much
are grateful and happy that TCO is a thing and
happy I mean that they do it for free for them.
But other than that, like I mean because ship for
years and years and years, f FG was like, what's TCO.

(51:24):
It's like Comumbro you know there, you know what it is.

Speaker 3 (51:28):
Yeah, but they have a weird policy about online clients.

Speaker 2 (51:34):
Yeah, and I know they shut down like there was
a Star Wars one. I think they shut that one down,
right yep, because yeah, yeah, because they they wanted to
do their own or whatever.

Speaker 3 (51:51):
But the the reason that I got a duplicate was
like a major fuck up.

Speaker 2 (51:55):
Right, yeah it was. It was so this is You've
got to remember that it was the first set for
everything coming back, right, so that the algorimorithm wasn't perfect.
So there there were a few decks that slipped out that.

Speaker 4 (52:17):
Were printed multiple times.

Speaker 2 (52:21):
Printed a couple, well, print it twice.

Speaker 3 (52:24):
Yeah, I guess, I guess a poor example. I'm glad
that they do, uh fix the major fuck.

Speaker 2 (52:30):
Up because they used to do twin decks. Now they
just send you a new deck and then like here
you go. But I just have to do that probably
cheaper and easier for them to be like, here's a
new deck. Good time.

Speaker 1 (52:42):
Yeah it is. It is a very good policy.

Speaker 3 (52:46):
I was surprised with how far it extended. And I'm
looking forward to my lottery ticket unique next week. Basically
sometimes it'll be it'll be very interesting. The uniques from
Skybound Odyssey are looking pretty cool as well, so hopefully I.

Speaker 1 (53:08):
Get something interesting.

Speaker 3 (53:10):
We haven't received OP pack at my lgs yet, hopefully
we have them miss Thursday.

Speaker 1 (53:17):
I only have one unique from sky.

Speaker 2 (53:20):
Asthma Day is still in charge of Skybone Odyssey, right.

Speaker 3 (53:25):
Yeah, which I guess I can talk. I can comment
on that real quick because it's been kind of funny,
so from all.

Speaker 2 (53:35):
Of my funny ha haas or funny in a terrible way.

Speaker 1 (53:40):
Maybe a little both.

Speaker 3 (53:43):
From yeah, from all of my conversations, it was thought
of that Asthma Day would continue to sell Set four
and previous for like you know, a while or whatever,
because they probably still have stuff, and that is possibly
still true. But since they are not doing it afterwards,

(54:10):
they've been like dumping everything on.

Speaker 2 (54:13):
Doing what they did the key forge or fire sale
in that ship.

Speaker 3 (54:17):
Yeah, so good news for us that go to weekly
OP every week.

Speaker 1 (54:22):
We've been getting a ton of extra.

Speaker 3 (54:25):
OP pecks and I've seen people like get posters and
you know, little deck boxes and other things because Asthma
Day just like tossed it in a storage order.

Speaker 2 (54:38):
Are they doing have they done the altered yet? What
they did the key Forge and just start dumping boxes
at incredibly low prices.

Speaker 3 (54:50):
Uh not yet, but I have heard that they are
going to start shredding stuff at.

Speaker 1 (54:56):
Some point, which is they're going to shred it here.

Speaker 3 (55:00):
Yeah, so I think, I mean, it's a very common
practice in a capitalist society, which is super unfortunate. Like
I worked at a you know, game store, and when
they had an xcess amount of games or whatever, instead
of you know, hey, just give these out for free
or you employees take them home, they would always be

(55:23):
like pick them out back and take a razorblade across
the disks and throw.

Speaker 1 (55:26):
Them in the garbage.

Speaker 3 (55:28):
So it's it's stupid stuff, but I think they're at
least trying to send off as much as they can
before they start doing that.

Speaker 2 (55:36):
And then what they I don't know forge is they
just sold it for pennies on the dollar, Like literally
you were able to buy boxes of the stuff, and
I guess maybe it's a little different because they didn't
know if this was coming back or not. I mean literally,
they were selling key Forge for ten to twenty dollars
a box and just getting what they could out of it,

(56:00):
which obviously was super detrimental to the game. I was
hoping they weren't going to do it to this so
it sounds like they're not going to, but you never
know Tasthma Day, they might just be like, hey, yeah,
I guess they wouldn't have Kickstarter boxes, but you know,
Skybound Odyssey boxes for twenty bucks.

Speaker 3 (56:20):
Yeah. The downside is because they seemingly don't care anymore.
It looks like distribution of Skybound Odyssey has been pretty rough,
which is awesome to see because you know, there's stores

(56:41):
that haven't gotten their boxes yet and my store, like
I said, doesn't have opie packs yet, which is actually
pretty normal for Asthma Day. But people not being able
to buy booster boxes is unfortunate and it seems a
little worse this time.

Speaker 2 (57:02):
So so for you investment UH gurus out there, buy
up all the Skyborne odyssy you can because it'll be
very tough to get and then one day you'll find
it all to Goodwill in Minnesota, right across the street
from right across the street from the games enter. Didn't

(57:25):
hear that from me?

Speaker 3 (57:27):
You got to go to that Goodwill like just once
a week, every Wednesday or something, and see.

Speaker 2 (57:33):
Well, I wish I lived there, and I totally would
when key Forde was going out, but that was that
was the rumor. Is like somebody went to Goodwill and
literally like just picked up gobs of key ford stuff
because they because like a key forder used to have
a prize wall. So when you went to a Vault tour, right,
you could use your your Ember shards and buy sleeves

(57:54):
and T shirts and hoodies and hats and uh and
Messenger Blake. They just had all this merchandise that you
were able to do. And I'm sure they have something
very similar in Star Wars, but they're big.

Speaker 1 (58:09):
They'll be want to altered worlds.

Speaker 2 (58:11):
Yeah, like you just be able to get like promos
and you know, just cool stuff. Right, and we're on
the street, is like when the algorithm was lost and
they're just like, we're not doing anything. When they knew
they weren't going to do anything with the game anymore,
they just dumped it to the goodwill. That's literally like
literally there's a good will across the street from from

(58:35):
the studio, the Asmade studios in Minnesota, So they just
dumped it all there. And so supposedly one guy went
in one day and just bought it all up. Yeah,
it's Asmida is such a such a crazy company sometimes
so but buy up all up, buy it all up now,

(58:58):
so that you know it'll be I'm sure so yeah.

Speaker 3 (59:03):
Uh the other the other things here in the main topic,
I can run through the next two super quick and
then scold everyone for the last bullet part bullet point.
But they've started doing something really cool that I have
not read yet, but I need to. Which are the
stories so far articles on the website. So if you

(59:27):
don't know, in Altered the Lore, we are playing like
directly within the lore. So Beyond the Gates was just
that we were leaving the gates for the first time
in hundreds of years and then try by Frost. You know,
we were going through frozen tundra, YadA YadA YadA. Whispers
from the Maze, we go to the City of Scholars.

(59:49):
There's all the maze stuff. We have the tumult events
where we're trying to figure out what we're doing. The
big story of Whispers from the Maze was are we
going to eradicate the hunger or are we going to
find out what it wants and try to, you know,
work with it in some way.

Speaker 1 (01:00:10):
But if you cannot.

Speaker 3 (01:00:11):
Read every single lower article that happens during the season,
they now have the story so far articles. I think
there's two of them that can catch you up a
little quicker on the story. The lore for Altered is
super duper cool and those are just on the Altered
dot gg website. The while it creation is paused, I

(01:00:35):
already mentioned that before. There is something coming is what
they've said. That is why it is paused for right now.
And outside of that or tied to that, there will
be information coming out on October fifteenth of you know
what stores are going to see, what people are going

(01:00:57):
to see with.

Speaker 1 (01:00:57):
All the game found and YadA YadA.

Speaker 3 (01:01:01):
The last bullet point is, you guys all killed a
little girl. I did not.

Speaker 4 (01:01:07):
We who is this? I did nothing?

Speaker 1 (01:01:10):
Okay? Uh did you?

Speaker 4 (01:01:13):
Oh?

Speaker 3 (01:01:13):
Did you?

Speaker 1 (01:01:13):
You did not play in a tumult? Did you dexter?

Speaker 4 (01:01:18):
I know I did. I played into tumults?

Speaker 1 (01:01:21):
Okay, So you did kill a little girl?

Speaker 4 (01:01:25):
Oh well, I won with Axiom and then I also
lost the other time.

Speaker 3 (01:01:32):
Okay, So let's let's look at this team team eradicate
the Hunger. Who's on that?

Speaker 1 (01:01:40):
Oh? Axiom? Okay? So uh so I have not read.

Speaker 3 (01:01:51):
The lower yet, so I'm not the right person to
describe what happened or who's was. But basically, the Hunger
was a younger girl named Sophia, and something happened, you know,

(01:02:12):
something involving the sap and other things, and she became
the Hunger. The factions that won the Tumult Championship picked
to eradicate the Hunger, and.

Speaker 1 (01:02:29):
Thus they killed the little girl as well.

Speaker 3 (01:02:33):
There is art. I thought they posted it somewhere here.
The art is actually really sad because from the Tumult
results we got the Sophia first out post, which is
a landmark, and I can't find the art easily right now.

Speaker 1 (01:02:59):
But there is a version of the art.

Speaker 3 (01:03:02):
That we would have gotten if we appeased the Hunger
and helped Sophia. Instead of just the scene of the outpost.
There's a little like ghostly girl just chilling on the rooftop.
But we killed her, so no, no more, and good job.

Speaker 4 (01:03:25):
Everybody, that's good to me. We got any card good enough?

Speaker 1 (01:03:33):
You would have got the card either way without killing her.

Speaker 2 (01:03:38):
Maybe you would have gotten two if you didn't kill her.
Oh you never know. That would be a fun thing
for them to do, because I do enjoy these little
story events that the tumults that really affect the story
and all that good stuff. But that would be a
fun thing for them to do, to be like, you

(01:03:58):
have two outcomes, and obviously they don't tell you the outcome, right,
be like, oh, if you do this, you get this.
If you do this, you get this, but like all
of a sudden at the end, to be like, all right,
well you did this, this is what you get. And
then it would have been like you could have gotten.

Speaker 3 (01:04:17):
If you could complain so much good you know, it
sounds to me it would be great.

Speaker 2 (01:04:22):
It would be great. I didn't get to talk to
Loki for long, but it sounds to me like he'd
relish of that kind of thing, to be like, well,
you know, think and make better choices. Yep, you know.
So it's that's kind of where I'm at. It's like,
make better choices. You know, you you could have gotten this,
but you chose differently, so this is what you get.

(01:04:44):
So that that'd be that'd.

Speaker 1 (01:04:46):
Be kind of a cool thing, I think for sure.

Speaker 2 (01:04:50):
But that's gonna do It's late, that's gonna do it
for us this week. Thank you all. For joining us.
Don't forget we don't have Patreon questions this week, do we.

Speaker 1 (01:05:00):
So ask us some questions.

Speaker 2 (01:05:02):
Yeah, yeah we have. We haven't really been doing a
good job of pimping that. So make sure you head
over to the Patreon, you know, ask us some questions
over there. You get the you do get the episodes
early most times.

Speaker 1 (01:05:17):
The last one was my bad bos, but you get
that last one.

Speaker 2 (01:05:24):
You do get the episodes early, and uh yeah, that's
where we're at right now. It does help benefit you
as that is what helps do all the not the
a wall but the ace uh stuff that mister Cole
Robbie does. Make sure you go over to w dot

(01:05:44):
gg use code draw better to get yourself ten percent off.
And maybe you're going to France and you're gonna get
jet lagged the hell like really bad and you're like, man,
I don't want to drink terrible energy drinks that are
bad for me. Well you could get yourself some a
w dot gg is totally sugar free, keeps you live

(01:06:08):
alert and awake. It's basically it's it's basically like adderall.

Speaker 1 (01:06:18):
That'd be a good way to sell it.

Speaker 2 (01:06:21):
W WGG didn't say that that's the look he's saying.
So I just want we got to make sure that
we're clear on that one. I'll tell you guys the
story about that another time, about all the whole weird
adderall bullshit that used to be in Competitive magic. But
go over them, help us out. We don't have any
shirts yet. Maybe one day we'll make some shirts for

(01:06:43):
this show. I haven't really decided on a Maybe I
should just slap our logo on a shirt and then
make sure you go over all the normal things are happening, right,
the No Unique Challenge, Yeah.

Speaker 3 (01:07:00):
For events, the nu see has like their own bull
server now with a ton of events, so I'm not
even gonna try to list all of them.

Speaker 2 (01:07:10):
I love those guys, I like I like the no Unique,
the no Unique stuff. I'm a big fan of the
proponent of it. I dexter. When you're old like me,
you don't even have time to play with yourself, just saying.

Speaker 3 (01:07:29):
And A Wall returns tomorrow, which is October sixth, will
continue on Monday and Wednesday since all of the admin
team will be in France, but there will be a
break during that week. But ACE will return in November
because I'm not as crazy as Simon. I will take

(01:07:50):
a break before I start up the season, but we
are doing a special event sometime this week depending on
the votes.

Speaker 1 (01:07:58):
If you jump into this.

Speaker 3 (01:08:03):
Discord if you haven't already, you might be able to
catch it, depending on when you hear this and when.

Speaker 1 (01:08:09):
You join and when it happens.

Speaker 3 (01:08:11):
But I am working on a revamp of the Altered
Corner website that will have events be much more consistent
and have a little more information easy or to see,
so you can check it out on Altered Corner dot com.
The Patreon also helps pay for that, which just going

(01:08:34):
off of analytics and things like that, it does do
a decent job of letting people know what.

Speaker 1 (01:08:40):
Events are where and when. So yeah, that's.

Speaker 2 (01:08:44):
It all right, Thank you all for joining us again.
It's a late Sunday in the chat. Thank you all
for listening. Thank you to everybody on the tubes. The

Speaker 4 (01:09:13):
Saying, oh gosh, it is not Wookie.

Speaker 2 (01:09:16):
No, you don't think somb nails.

Speaker 1 (01:09:19):
They're so bad?

Speaker 2 (01:09:21):
What was wrong with my thumbnails?

Speaker 1 (01:09:24):
