I’m so excited to share this interview with you today with singer-songwriter Cristina Alice from Madrid, Spain!

Small steps every day towards your dreams, Giving yourself at least 10,000 hours or 100 epic fails before you give up on your dream, how to go from small steps to soaring, how to build your confidence, how mindset and self-compassion have a direct influence on confidence, how self-judgment paralyzes our progress, how to juggle two callings/passions (Cristina is a nurse but then spends at least 4 hours a day pursuing music!) and how if you can start with just 15 minutes a day, that 15 minutes will carry you through!
