(Excerpt from Respite Now!, essay) Today, we appeal to the imaging of all of us together without taking thorough stock of strides and roads all have sojourned in making it to this point. In other words—we’re siloing more—while appearing to be with one another. Even simpler, we’ve found a phenomenal way of being alone, together. All us are in a slowly crashing car—and we all know it. Yet, we’re too confused to understand what to do about it. Solvency centered philosophies have to sustain us from here. No more do we have the privilege of loathing one another. No! We are now plagued with the burden of exploring real reasons to love one another… if we truly wish to sustain. Let’s have the real life discussions—at the table—while celebrating one another’s presence, in the moment. Grab your fave writing utensil and journal.
