We were so girls on the out of the spectrum.
How can you help manage executive functional executive
dysfunction? Talking about all that right
now. Let's get into it guys.
Welcome back. My name is Dan.
I have a waters, I'm an ADHD andthen we quickly videos all about
this stuff because it's my mission, it's my life, it's my
passion, my life's work to help autistic individuals reach their
full potential. And I know we can do this.
We can do this together because I am just like you and I was

(00:22):
just like you. So if you want to come along

absolutely change the world, remember to hit the subscribe
button down below by clicking the notification bell.
I am so pumped. You're amazing.
Like, let's get gored. All right, guys, First things
first, girls in the autonomous spectrum exist.
A lot of people don't talk aboutthis.
It's really, really weird. Like people did forget that

(00:43):
girls can be on the autonomous spectrum.
Now, I know many girls who are on the autonomous spectrum.
Some of my closest friends are on the autonomous spectrum and
they're female. So my closest friends are on the
autonous spectrum and they're female.
So that is important. OK, next thing to talk about, I
have a free Autism Life Fax PDF book that you can get for free
because I told you I'm all abouthelping today.

So executive function. Executive function is things
like organizing and managing everyday tasks, everyday life.
It could be organizing a list togo to the grocery store.
It could be organizing your laundry.
It could be organizing anything in your life that needs to be
done. That's an executive function
that you need to do to complete a life task.

(01:24):
We're in on the open spectrum, just like males on the open
spectrum will have issues and it's called executive
dysfunction. Now, executive dysfunction is
exactly what it says you, you'redysfunctioning from those
executive functions, right? How we can help with this and,
and I mean this in the best way possible is technology.
People are like, well, how does technology work?
I'm all about getting results instantly, quickly and as fast

(01:45):
as I possibly can. The best way to do this, that
the most efficient way to do this is with technology.
Now we all have either a smartphone, a tablet, or a smart
device like an Alexa or a GoogleHome Hub or one of the many
things like a Siri Home Hub. But there's so many voice first
technologies, what they call these personal digital systems
we all have everywhere. My Alexis behind me here.

(02:07):
Yeah, she's there. And I use these all the time.
Things like remembering to pick milk up from the store where I'm
going to take your medication, remembering to pick up your dry
cleaning or or even your kids from school.
All of those things can be scheduled.
You just have to ask them. So using voice vest technology,
you say, hey, Alexa, remind me to take my medication tomorrow
at 9:00 PM OK, I'll remind you tomorrow at 9:00 PM.

(02:30):
There you go. Alexa's tell me now what I need
to do to take my medication at 9:00 PM tomorrow.
It's as easy as that. The alert will actually come
through to your phone and it's there in stone.
You can even ask them to repeat this.
Every single appointment that I have with a doctor or a
specialist or anything like that, I have to ask my phone,
Siri to put that in my calendar at a specific date, at a
specific time and set an alarm. I just talk to them and they do

(02:52):
that. This one hack of using Voice
First technology to eliminate stress from emotional
dysfunction, executive dysfunction.
You can literally 10X your life overnight by just implementing
everything that you need to do to be put on a reminder through
Voice First technology. Yeah, I know.
You're welcome. You guys are amazing.

(03:14):
If you are having trouble with mental health, you can
definitely check out the app Better Help down below, which is
a mental health app. You get on your phone or your
tablet and you can just connect straight to a therapist within
24 to 48 hours and talk to a specialist in areas of autism
and ADHD. It's pretty awesome and I think
it's an amazing medium. Check out the link down below
and if this view is helpful, please share it.
I love you. Peace.
