I honestly don't remember how and why Geraldo Alken came across my radar. 

Maybe it was the YouTube or Instagram algorithms just doing their thing. 

Or maybe I was doing my usual exploration of inspiring, motivational content as produced by individuals showing us what living your personal truth looks like in even more unique ways. 

Or maybe it was because Geraldo's energy, smile, positivity and sense of generosity of self just broke digital borders and reached me somehow. 

Or maybe it was trying to figure out how he was making those phenomenal jump rope routines and techniques look so flawless in their execution.

I don't know anymore. But I'm so SO grateful that he said yes to my invitation to be a featured guest as his has been quite the exciting adventure.
