To help and become the best version of Yourself?
This interactive workshop will help you to not only understand the many reasons you are having trouble moving forward, but you will be given tools to use that will help produce love and understanding to create the healing we need to reach purpose, grow through stuck-ness and heal painful relationships current or past.
We will walk through the many excuses, stories and different modalities we tell ourselves to begin the understanding of what forgiveness means and defining the shadow within our personality. We have all suffered trauma’s of some type and we will learn to become aware of what that means within ourselves. We will look at types of apologies.
This workshop is designed to look inside of ourself and figure out how we can create a greater degree of kindness and compassion for self.
We can’t change others but we can change ourselves knowing that peace and love are on the horizon of a new reality. When that happens we can change and the world around us changes. The Workshop will offer techniques you can use at home, I will encourage class discussions and show how too manifest. Implementing these principles of Healing through Forgiveness will change how you look at yourself and others.
