Cheyne Pearce: Man vs. The Man

Cheyne Pearce is on the cusp of securing a once-in-a-lifetime mobile phone deal when, mysteriously, the call with the telco salesman drops. Upon redialing, Cheyne discovers, to his disbelief, that the incredible deal has “vanished”.

Refusing to take 'no' for an answer, Cheyne embarks on a telephonic odyssey - days on hold, elevator music, scribbling notes and names like a detective tryin’ to crack a case. It's the classic David vs. Goliath showdown, but in a world ruled by call centers and customer service scripts.
