Bat Minute is a podcast that originally investigated Tim Burton's 1989 movie 'Batman' one minute at a time, three days a week... and has now moved on to the next films in the franchise! Your intrepid hosts on this journey are Jon Parker and Niall McGowan! Episodes release on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

The Joker has transformed back to Drake. Terry’s got him easy.
The laser hits the factory and absolutely annihilates the whole place. This isn’t just a little bit of destruction, the whole building erupts! GET ACE OUT OF THERE!
As the satellite drifts off into space, calm is restored. It's over. It's all over...
Meanwhile, Dee Dee receive a prison visit from dear old Nana. She seems familiar...

Minutes 66-70
Batman lies prone, at the whim of The Joker… except he’s got that dawg in him. Kind of.
Ace attacks! He’s very well trained - he could eat The Joker’s face clean off but chooses not to. Good boy!
Not all that good actually... the tackling sends Joker's buzzer careening right into the electronics, triggering the deadly space laser! Maybe ya goofed, dog. INCOMING!
Terry goes at it - he isn’t backing down. This is THE mo...
Minutes 61-65
Bruce oversees Terry’s invasion of the Joker’s candy land. Tim is also there... unconscious, but alive.
Once Drake is back in actually, the young Bat goes full crazy on the dude! Is it justified? HE DOESN'T DO THIS ANYMORE!
Except... he kind of does. Literally. Physically. THE MAN BECOMES THE JOKER, DAMN IT! HE TRANSFORMS! We've got Lost Highway going on up in here.

Minutes 56-60
We’re back as The Joker (or is it?!?!?) chats away on the big screen to our Terry there, revealing his entire plan! Nice villain move.
Joker halts the call and Terry leaps into action… only to instantly be shot down by a hidden laser. Two lasers. Three lasers. Four lasers... they just keep coming!
After Batarang-ing his way to safety, Terry then heads to the nearby candy factory for the sweet treat of JUSTICE.

Bats is still trying to save this FOOL - THIS ABSOLUTE FOOL! Leave him man, he doesn't deserve you.
Well he DOESN'T leave him and manages a rescue, so I guess it's a success. Yay? As they fly away we're treated to quite a banger though.

Bruce FORBADE Tim to be Robin ever again. I get it though - I mean, the kid was REALLY messed up by all of this. He also said that he would never take on a young partner again. ...

HOW COULD HARLEY DO THIS?!?!? Eh, she's done... well, maybe not WORSE, but things of a comparable nature I suppose.
An errant bazooka blast sends both her and Batgirl careening over a dangerous edge of the building. One will fall... to a death?
Meanwhile, we discover just WHAT The Joker did to this poor kid and... oh boy... it's DARK, people!
The Joker even goes full Palpatine. Their fleet is lost... but then his damn...
Minutes 36-40
We’re back as our dear little Robin lies flightless. IS THIS THE END OF THE BOY WONDER?!?!? Kind of... you'll see...
Batman heads out to look for him night after night. By “look for him” we of course mean “beating the crap out of crooks to get answers”. Would you expect any less?
After jumping through some rather explosive hoops, The Joker's lair is revealed and the Battle for Robin's Soul is on! Or is that "Little J"...
Minutes 31-35
The fallout of the wild night of dancing is felt by all. That was a rough one. PARTY ON (Mr Wayne?)!
Bruce sure isn't getting down though... he's down and out - the enemy has struck. Most importantly, HE HURT THE BLOODY DOG! That's it, time to go John Wick.
We see the true face of the enemy, however... the NEW face of Bruce.
Barbara is also here and she start getting some info about just what happened to one Tim Drake...
Minutes 26-30
Terry's bro wishes he was an only child. We've all been there, man. CEREAL FLICK TO THE FACE, LOSER!
Cut to the club. Again. Did you expect this much clubbing action in a Batman film? We sure didn't!
