Hon hanterar kriser för andra men hennes egen historia är brutal. Elcim Yilmaz, PR-expert och affärsstrateg, växte upp i en turkisk familj där kärlek blandades med manipulativa spel och fysisk bestraffning. Hon fick stryk, blev golad på av släktingar och insåg tidigt att hennes mamma var hennes största fiende.
