Dr. Jennifer Lefebre (PsyD, TCTSY-F, E-RYT-500, RCYT, NASM-CPT/CNC, ATA-AIT) is a traumatologist, yoga teacher, personal trainer, nutritional coach, adaptive athletic coach, Reiki master, and Integrative Wellness Coach, and is certified in Tibetan Sound Bowl Healing and Sacred Ceremonial Practices.
