After going through years of healing, Caroline now helps many others to find that same freedom. She is a certified peer specialist, speaker, and author and now speaks at mental health conferences, hosts her own mental health support group and podcast, and mentors others to help them in their healing journey.


Caroline has a MS degree in theology and is pursuing a Doctor of Ministry degree in psychology and counseling ministry. She created and hosts the Mental Health and Faith: A Closer Lookpodcast. She and her husband have four grown children and many grandchildren. Caroline offers encouragement for life in a complicated world.
