Author of the blog Fire in a Bottle and creator of The Croissant Diet, Brad Marshall, is today’s guest interview.

Brad shares with us how The Croissant Diet that he came up with helped him lose weight and reduce his waist size.

He explains how historical French way of eating inspired the idea of creating the Croissant Diet weight loss experiment and the scientific hypothesis behind it.

We then find out about why fat quality trumps macros, why Brad decided to increase the stearic acid ratio in the butter he was using and incorporating carbohydrates.

We also go into discussing satiety, insulin, saturated fat and unsaturated fat ratios, as well as all things stearic acid (tips, cost, percentages and more).
