Matt "Money" Smith and Lorenzo Neal are BACK together for a brand new episode of Bleav in Chargers and this time they are talking about the leadership that they have seen at Phase Two. Team leaders like Derwin James and Justin Herbert have all shown up at Phase Two  this past week and are showing the new rookies what Chargers football looks like in order to set a good example of what is expected of them.
