HEARING the VOICE of GOD

I remember before I was a Christian, I was somewhere I should not have been, doing things I  should not have been doing. When someone tried to rob me. They asked me for all my money. And I had no money on me. But I was wearing a gold cross that was given to me. The individual that gave it to me said, “the chain is so strong that if somebody tries to steal it, thet chain will never break. But, fortunately the chain did break that day. The robber snatched it and ran. I said I was a Christian. But, actually I had no clue what that meant. I was a seeker. I was seeking for God. Within seconds of the cross being pulled from my neck, I heard a voice. It was not audible. Yet, it said, “you have tried everything to be happy, why don't you see what the Christians have to live for. That was the start of my journey to understand Christianity. You will hear 3 voices in your life. You will hear your own voice; you will here Satan's voice; and you will hear the voice of God. John 10:27 says, My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me. That's why you must study the Bible, the Word of God. Because the Word is God (John 1:1). By studying the Word, you will know God's voice when you hear it because God's voice sounds like His Word. And this is the help you will need in order to know His voice. We never like to close our program without giving you the opportunity to make Jesus the Lord of your life.  Would you pray with me?  Say, Lord Jesus I repent of my sins, come into my heart, I make you my Savior and Lord.  Friends, if you prayed that prayer, I believe you got Born Again. Keep God first place in your life.  I believe He’s going to take you further than you ever dreamed.
