På 10 år er antallet af diagnoser som autisme eller ADHD til børn og unge steget til omkring det dobbelte, og i dag får 15 ud af 100 børn og unge en psykiatrisk diagnose, inden de fylder 18 år. Den voldsomme stigning har flere årsager og forklaringer. Men sandheden er, at ingen præcis ved, hvorfor vi ser sådan en eksplosion i antallet af diagnoser.
