Je suis ravie de pouvoir, grâce à ce livre, vous accompagner dans votre quotidien. Je vous imagine dans le métro, en voiture, à la maison en train d'écouter ces phrases sur la spiritualité de chaque jour. Le livre comporte une quinzaine de chapitres avec, pour chacun, des petites histoires, des anecdotes, des expériences vécues. L'idée générale étant la suivante : nous pouvons facilement intégrer de nombreuses pratiques spirituelles dans nos vies. Et mieux encore : cela ouvre une autre dimension. Cela donne du sens.
