Another Monday Morning where Brad and Michael are off to the races chatting about personal development.

We've all heard of the saying, "It's not what you know, it's who you know." The truth is, you don't need to go to the most prestigious college to meet the right people, nor do you have to have a family that made all the right introductions for you while you were growing up. You can actually get out there and make connections yourself. It's not easy, but it can definitely be done. Heck.. it might even take years to make the right connections that will Propel you Forward. On that note, it's not just about going to networking meetings to get someone/something out of it. It's about going there to genuinely meet people... be open and truly connect.. Through those amazing connections you can make friends and maybe even some great business opportunities will come out of it.

Taking time to Reflect can help you be more mindful of your activities. This can help you feel like you've accomplished more in the day, which could lead to less stress and anxiety. We chat about some methods to reflecting, why it's helpful, and why some people don't formally take the time to reflect. We both are fairly new to journaling and reflecting and so far it has made a large impact on our mindset and focus.

Please let us know what you'd like to hear on our podcast and don't forget to subscribe to our channel!

Cheers!
