Being in business for the right reasons is very important. That being, making money vs. making a difference. Having previous struggles can help you relate to clients that you are genuinely trying to help. The ability to relate to clients is a huge advantage when turning an idea into a thriving business. For both parties, having a good support system is crucial, especially because you will have struggles, not only with the business but also with yourself and staying motivated.
The best businesses start with messy action. Whether people are perfectionist or procrastinators, they tend to wait way too long to start their businesses. It's not going to be perfect at first but after bringing in your first few clients, it will start to snowball after that. Just take your business off the ground, even if you don't have everything lined up perfectly. Each step could fail but you will learn from it.
