You're never too young to dominate. Age is just a number and you can't let that number define how you feel or how you carry yourself. If you go on places like instagram, you can almost always find someone that is doing better than you or younger than you. It is like a highlight reel. Just because they are posting a nice photo album does not mean that they have a nice life.
When you go through an eating disorder recovery, you have to look inside and try to find out who you are because you have labeled yourself as something else for so long. Knowing who you are plays a major part in recovery as well as trying to build your personal brand. Once you know who you are, you can stop doing what you think you should do, and start doing things your way to go after your "why". Authenticity is a major key to success. Follow your "why".
