A limiting belief is a belief that you have about yourself that hinders your ability to achieve any goal. The tough thing about limiting beliefs is that many times we are not consciously aware of them. It is sitting in the back of your mind. If you have the wherewithal to recognize what it is, you need to write it down and work on it. Do not let where you come from determine where you are going!
