A deep dive discussion on the struggles of letting go with an update and review of the redacted Order Sustaining Demurrer on my civil case.
Show Notes
In this episode DSD talks about the struggles and importances of learning to “let go”. We discuss how difficult it is to actually do, being forced to learn the “lesson”, recognizing when you’re being pulled back in, and notice when you are stuck in the rumination cycle. Duane then shares how things really start to change ONCE you accept the situation and allowing yourself to “move on”. He also shares that unfortunately this process takes a LONG time and for some even years. DSD shares that it took him about 2 to 3 years for it to really sink in.
Duane then provides an update with a reading on the final Order Sustaining Demurrer that was finally sent and signed by the court. This leads into a discussion on various aspects of court.

CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist
It’s 1996 in rural North Carolina, and an oddball crew makes history when they pull off America’s third largest cash heist. But it’s all downhill from there. Join host Johnny Knoxville as he unspools a wild and woolly tale about a group of regular ‘ol folks who risked it all for a chance at a better life. CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist answers the question: what would you do with 17.3 million dollars? The answer includes diamond rings, mansions, velvet Elvis paintings, plus a run for the border, murder-for-hire-plots, and FBI busts.
