On To Blue: Turning Grief Into a Legacy of Hope

"Dad, I want you to tell my story to as many people as possible, so women can detect their cancer early and not go through what I have." Keesha, who passed away at a tragically young age of 34, told her father. 

Her father, Bob Furniss, who joined us for this episode, has gone above and beyond with her request. He wrote a book: On To Blue: The Story of a Breast Cancer Warrior Through the Eyes of a Dad (learn more here), started an early detection nonprofit for younger (WarriorPrincess.org), and is sharing his daughter's fierce fighting spirit and sage wisdom with you today!
