The Emotions of Cancer with David Richman

As an entrepreneur, author, public speaker, athlete, and philanthropist, David Richman uses the lessons learned in his life to enrich and inspire others.  His mission is to form more meaningful human connections through storytelling.  In his first book, Winning in the Middle of the Pack he discussed how to get more out of ourselves than ever imagined. Over the years he has been raising funds and awareness for cancer research and care while sharing these stories of emotion and inspiration.

As a former overweight, smoker David took it upon himself to get healthy and fit.  Putting his health first on the priority list.  In this podcast episode, he shares that journey as well as how his sister's battle with brain cancer propelled him to make those changes.  In addition, David discusses his most recent book Cycle of Lives, interconnected stories of people overcoming trauma, and their emotional journeys with cancer.
